"This will be an ongoing review with edits for additions of menu items, and customer experience. Customer Experience: As of 9.27.22 I 'll start by saying the food so far has been mostly good, I 've worked through a chunk of the menu and this experiencereflects that. The food if prepared correctly (and sometimes not) is very tasty and reasonably priced. The unfortunate part isthat it seems 50/50 if your food is made as ordered. This can vary from getting the wrong meat, wrong size, wrong fixings,incorrectly charged both undercharged and overcharged. It really does seem very random and chaotic yet with every visit thus farI 've only had at most 2 others orders in queue. I have noticed when ordering in rather than to-go there is a greater chance ofsuccess, food for thought. Due to these incorrect orders I have ordered a few items more than once in order to complete thisreview. I do look forward to trying the rest of the items on the menu in time and will be sure to update as I go. MenuItems: Note post dated, each item ordered on separate date, Sat, Apr 16: Italian: 4/5 : Quality meat/cheese but a little onthe small side. Clam chowda: 3/5: bit on the chewyside but above average flavor. Hot Pastrami/extra meat: 5/5 best hotpastrami I 've had in Corvallis so far. Must get with extra meat. Cream cheese and cucumber: 1/5: Bland, not enough creamcheese poor cheese choice by default (American it seems). Fri, Apr 29: 1/5 Have received two wrong orders 1: not hotpastrami (received cold roast beef) 2: Not hot pastrami (cold ham with random cheeses) -This double order was an attempt to showoff the quality, oops. Sun, Aug 21: French Dip: 3/5 I ordered extra meat and definitely didn 't get it and it looked to be nota large (on either sandwich) I guess there is no swiss cheese which any good French dip has, my mistake. I added swiss myselfwhich turned a 2/5 into a 3/5. Good Toasting of the bun though. WIP"

Everyone at our table was very pleased with their experience. It's definitely worth a return visit. The interior has a great vibe, reminiscent of a place in Charlotte that I used to enjoy going to.

Large sandwich, and it was large alright. Giant. Roast beef, corned beef and pastrami. A bit salty, even though I asked for no extra salt- so you do the same. Tasty, but don't expect Togo quality pastrami. Decent. Made fast. View menu

Came back here and ordered the Meatball. $7.75 for a small. Great deal plus the small is big enough to fill a 225 pound man. I liked this much more than the Hot Pastrami I ordered previously. Homemade meatballs, perfectly toasted bread, tasty sauce.

Order a 4 meats large sandwich and specifically said only pickles and ranch several times. I wait 25 mins for my order and when I got home it had 1/2 pound of veggies on it. I called and explained the issues I had with the making of my sub and she said I made it correctly. Whst you want me to do about it. Use to be the best subs in town! Would give it a zero if Google would let me.

Generally, I really enjoy the subs here. Every time I?ve had them they?ve been very tasty and even the small subs are huge. This evening I ordered a Ruben and was really disappointed. The pastrami seemed more like ham (was it actually just ham? and the bread was so soggy it was like eating uncooked dough. I couldn?t get through more than a few bites. In the future I think I?ll just stick to the cold sandwiches, but it would be really awesome if you could make some improvements to the Ruben. Rye bread would be sweet too. View menu

I haven?t been here since pre-pandemic. My teen son tried it with me for the first time today. We are both uncomfortably full! He had the veggie sandwich and I had the Avocado, both on wheat. It was so good, we can?t wait to go back! They were very busy, the team of ladies worked well together as they were making a lot of food! Really nice staff, they apologized for the wait (nice, but unnecessary as we saw how busy they were and how hard they were working). So happy to see this place still open after so many years, looking forward to lunchtime here again soon.

There have been instances of receiving the wrong meat, incorrect sizes, missing toppings, and both undercharging and overcharging. The process feels quite random and chaotic.
