"Horrible pasta! Never had anything that bad in either Italy or a good restaurant in the US. If you want to eat bad food after being shown to a terrible table, this is your spot! I was told you only get a decent table if you request its number when booking. Who knew?! Very sad how they treat patrons from the local neighborhood. I guess you either need to be a tourist or a celebrity to command their respect. But wait, is catering to tourists the best business model during a pandemic? One positive, the wine list is impressive. My advice if you go, just order a good bottle of wine and leave as quickly as you can"

"A group of us stuck in Mickey Land for a convention were looking for a Sunday brunch spot. Oskars in Waldorf sounded like what we wanted and off we went. While I'm not a fan of buffets, this one looked amazing, with more variety than usual including a smoked salmon bar, ham bar, and honey dripping from a honeycomb! There were lots of families with kids so it was a bit noisy but that didn't really detract ... everything the group of 4 tried we loved. Only two things that were a little strange was that the cost of the buffet only included mimosas, not **** Marys and no eggs Benedict on the buffet. However, what impressed me most was the commitment to making the customer happy. When I got to the salmon bar it was empty even though two staff members I asked told me it would be replenished. When I mentioned it to our waiter he came back and said they were going out which was disappointing. The manager came over apologetically and said they even sent Hikton next door but they were out until Monday ... not what I wanted to hear. 15 minutes later the manager appeared with a plate of the best smoked salmon I've had in a long time ... THAT is service."

"Awesome ? Italian food Great Service. IL Venetian is owned by the same people that own the Marble Room downtown, however this sister restaurant is a fancy Italian food restaurant and not just a steakhouse. I took my wife here for her birthday this year and the food did not disappoint. We both felt like we were eating at some fancy Italian restaurant in Chicago or New York City, but nope we were in downtown Cleveland. The staff is very knowledgeable about the menu and will take the time to walk through everything on it. This is definitely a great restaurant to take your significant other on a nice date or special occasion and feel like you are eating downtown in a big city. Get the Gnocchi and try there meatballs you will not regret it. 10/10 would go recommend and eat there again!"

"My husband and I recently went to DaVinci's while on our baby moon. We were overwhelmed by the quality of the service and the delicious food! We could not rate the food and atmosphere any higher, but what truly made the experience memorable was the staff. We were greeted by what I assume, must be the owner, who made very pleasant conversation and greeted us with such friendliness. The true star of the show, however, was Adrian E. our server. I am a former waitress myself, and both my husband and I agree that he was by far the best server we have ever encountered. He was extremely pleasant, kind, friendly, attentive and had excellent suggestions for food and wine. At one point I had dipped my napkin in my water to start to blot a spot of oil I got on my dress and he appeared within a minute with soda water, a fresh napkin and a new water glass for me all during the dinner rush. And don't get me started on the home made pasta! I had the linguine and clams and my husband had the fish special and we were blown away. The food was excellent. Truly authentic Italian. Any time we are back in Marco Island, I know this will be our first stop. Thank you DaVinci's!"

"Maybe for you but not for us. The food was ok, but as someone who regularly enjoys fine dining, I was less than impressed. Item descriptions were enticing, but the food left a bad aftertaste (some experienced indigestion). Nothing worth complaining about to staff but certainly worth a mental note. We took leftovers home that we ultimately threw away after deciding it wasn't worth it. Note: It's better for bartenders at establishments such as this to admit when they can't make a requested cocktail instead of experimenting. The caprese salad description makes no mention of onions, but it definitely comes with onions. Be sure to inform your server if you intend to split the check. The mood noticeably changed after we mentioned a split, which we ultimately didn't request due to the uncomfortable response and found odd because it severely impacted the server's tip. Great setup but just not for us. I can't envision a circumstance that would compel us to return, but that doesn't mean others shouldn't give it a try."

"Have eaten here several times. Was surprised that with a reservation we were still sitting at a booth looking into the kitchen. We could have asked to be moved, but we didn't want to. The waiter was very enthusiastic, but failed to fill glasses of water without being asked. My husband's lasagna was a huge brick in the middle of an unadorned plate. A little salad or something green and crispy would have been nice. Not an à la carte fan, especially when it comes to the price of the main course alone. The room was very dark and a bit noisy. I would ask not to sit in this area another time."

"After giving us only the options of 7:15 or 7:45, not 7:30 as we wanted. When we arrived for our 7:15 reservation they kept us waiting half an hour. Although they were apologetic, they did not offer us a free after dinner coffee or any other sort of tangible apology. That kind of service does not encourage a return visit. The rest of the service was good, other than the waiter trying to suggest the Dom Perignon Champagne for $350 (he didn't tell us the price)."

"Booked an early dinner, wanted to check this place out for a while. Having read some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant, but we were promptly seated. Ordered drinks, the bar was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. My wife ordered the steak salad, which was good. I ordered the prime burger and sweet potato fries and a salad. Burger was really good, two patties cooked to order, they brought fries instead of the sweets, but they corrected the mistake and the sweet potato fries were tasty. Would have been better hot. The salad was fresh with two big strips of bacon. Overall the food, service and ambiance of the restaurant was between fair and good. Might give them another shot, but wouldn't rush back."

"What a mediocre meal. Can’t say any food was bad, just nothing great. To start off a nice lady sat us, was a nice crowd not too crowded. I asked for a taste of another and he came back with a full glass no taste. I was thirsty so I took it. But again bad communication he did not listen at all. Then he asked if we want water didn’t offer filtered house just brought us a bottle and popped it open and poured pretty presumptuous! And a fee he did not even ask about profit bottle. Which I often order but sure is nice, professional, and respectful when we are at least asked. We waited and waited and waited to place our order got some bread THANK GOD WE WERE STARVING!!! The bread was mediocre at best what Beverly Hill restaurant doesn’t have awesome bread????!! As we ordered, asked about veal and he points to duck I speak VERY clearly and veal means veal not duck. Order in, chopped arugula salad, eggplant app, pasta, veal. Over an hour from the start our food came no check ins from our waiter or anyone was terrible service TERRIBLE we were invisible and we’re a nice, kind, we’ll dresses polite couple who eats out a LOT! Salad was ok, not bad, ok. Eggplant app delicious!!!! Wine “good”. Aperol very good/normal. Pasta homemade good, not great, but pretty good. Veal huge portion with old school potato’s and veggies pretty bad, tasted like Lysol like canned mushroom sauce no salt or anything special on veggies VERY OLD SCHOOL *Chef this is Beverly Hills this meal should be amazing but was far from it. In summary food was “ok” but far from good, service was HORRIBLE AND VERY SLOW. WAITER please train this guy. Others look up “service”. Price very fair, assuming food would have been good. We’ll never get these 2 hours back. If you want a mediocre Italian place like you’d find in a strip mall you got it. If you want delicious LA/Beverly Hills good and SERVICE this is not the place."

"We drove two hours for my husband's birthday brunch on Sunday. We had hoped to sit outdoors and watch the freighters go by. The outdoor patio was closed and that was sad since it was such a lovely day. This was not mentioned on their website. Our server, Tony was personable and perfect. He was the best thing about our dining experience. We won't be going back since the food was just fair and a disappointment. There were several choices but the fish was mushy, the beef and peppers were chewy, the eggs Benedict were overcooked, the bacon was too salty. The desserts were substandard. The peach cobbler was made with canned peaches, the eclairs and strudel were still frozen. My husband did like the waffles, roast beef, ham and breakfast sausages. Others had told us the food wasn't that great but we wanted to dine outdoors so we took a chance. We should have listened to our friends and family."

"We made a reservation at this restaurant for lunch after a business meeting in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and delicious comfort food. "Brought my mom here after shopping around. She’s already asking when we can go back We sat at the bar because it was Friday evening and every table was taken. "We had reservations actually at another restaurant near by and never was waited on after thirty minutes so we walked and found Bevardis. The outdoor seating was endless..... and was nice with the lights. We ordered a few drinks and calamari appetizer. It came out very fast..... it was alright. We also ordered for entrees the mushroom risotto and veal marsella. Both dishes were good. It was pricey. Our waiter was very professional and attentive...... the two bussergirls could be more interactive and friendly when at the tables. Live music a plus."

"This is a lovely old world Italian restaurant that reminds of another time. It was a snowy day and the restaurant wasn't crowded for lunch, but the food was great. The bread was fresh and delicious. The homemade minestrone was light and fragrant. The shrimp were excellent. "We dined at Nino 's in Greenville tonight. On arrival they seated us pretty quickly (We arrived about 20 minutes before our reservation). Initial impressions were NOT good. They sat us RIGHT next to a large family with young boisterous children despite empty tables evident in all directions. Our menus were soiled with food film smears on the outside and greasy fingerprints on the paper inside. The restaurant was freezing. A bartender (I think) was repeatedly tossing empty bottles into a trash can or something so there was a periodic loud glass crash. Being an old curmudgeon I of course had to of course complain. The manager came over and apologized and the noise stopped. Temporarily. Until the bartender forgot and did it again. I had hoped to get the (recommended) Pork Ossobuco, but it was not on the menu tonight and was probably a special. I inquired about it and the waitress replied What is ossobuco? She then brought us a bread service of four VERY oily soft squares of focaccia which were really delicious. I know now where the greasy fingerprints on the menus came from. My wife ordered chicken parmesan and thought the flavor was good, but the chicken breast was a little chewier than expected. It was served with spaghetti and was a large portion. I ordered spinach pappardelle with a wonderfully rich and creamy burrata and white truffle sauce topped with blackened shrimp. This dish was VERY good and I 'd order it again if we return. The shrimp were cooked perfectly... just the right complement to the delicious sauce. We enjoyed a bottle of Nino 's Falanghina, a white wine somewhere in the ballpark of an albariño or sauvignon blanc. It was very good and was a good value. It paired very well with the meals. We passed on dessert but there were several interesting options. All in all, I truly enjoyed my meal and would order it again. My wife felt that the chicken parmesan was pretty pedestrian and was no better than we can make at home or get in"
