"We made a reservation at this restaurant for lunch after a business meeting in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and delicious comfort food. We ordered veal scallopini and lobster salad, both of which were fantastic and reasonably priced! For dessert, we enjoyed a unique treat: limoncello ice cream filled with something delightful inside. It was light, not overly sweet, and bursting with flavor. This is a wonderful hidden gem!"

We had the leak and potato soup, the special salad and the Artic Char. All were excellent including the cooked spinach. The service, food ,coffee, and tiramisu completed a relaxing and enjoyable evening.

DeCarlo's offers an attractive, diverse menu at reasonable prices in elegant surroundings. Its location in the Westchester Apartment complex makes it a bit complicated to access, but it is worth the effort to do so. View menu

Elegant dining, outstanding cuisine, attentive service, and genuine linen tablecloths—what more could you want? We’ve dined here many times and have always been satisfied. The kitchen is very accommodating with special requests and consistently delivers quality dishes. This is not a “fast casual dining” spot; instead, it offers a more relaxing and formal atmosphere. This is dining as it was truly meant to be!

The only challenge we had was locating the restaurant. It’s inside the lobby of a residential complex, several buildings in from Connecticut Ave, with extremely little, small signage. We parked on the street and wandered past at least 2 buildings looking for the restaurant, then called for further directions. Would be helpful to have a sign right on the street and further location directions down the pathways.
