"Wow! At first glance, I thought this was hole in the wall and was skeptical to try it but I am so glad I did. The food was excellent!! My husband ordered the double decker turkey BLT and it was huge. The picture might no do it justice. My husband normally does not have an issue finishing his meal but he struggled with this and left half of the fries. He really enjoyed the sandwich. I ordered the Capri salad because I wasn't super hungry and wanted something on the lighter side. It was so much bigger than I expected. I thoroughly enjoyed it and my only recommendation would be to put a little more of the balsamic dressing on it. We also ordered garlic balls for an appetizer. Again, the portion was large. They came out with fresh grated parmesan and had wonderful flavor. We had to take them back to the hotel room because it was too much to finish. This place is only 10 minutes off the strip and I would highly recommend anyone stop by. The food and service were excellent!"

"This restaurant is fantastic—it's so much more than just a café! Almost the entire menu is gluten-free, and their gluten-free pizza is exceptional. The carrot ginger soup is incredible, and the pasta with stir-fried vegetables, including portobello mushrooms and baby spinach, is delightful. The chef is accommodating and prepares dishes to your liking, and he truly knows how to cook!"

"Oh my goodness! When I am in the mood for a good ol ' cheesesteak, this is my #1 place. Hands down, the cheesesteak suds here are the best in the Columbia area. Much better than that higher priced place in the mall. This sub is loaded with fresh not frozen beef steak. Lots of options for toppings. And its a full sized real sub roll . Not those small miniature sub like rolls one can find in a super market. This is hole in the wall good. Friendly staff too."

"Let me start off by saying I’m really upset and wish I didn’t have to write this review. My husband and I have been coming for quite some time now and WE LOVE THE FOOD. Yesterday (08/24/2023) my husband placed an order for a #9 but got a specialty pizza so the price came out to $60. We immediately called back and asked to change the pizza for a regular one topping so we could get the deal for $45.99 instead. The lady on the phone was super helpful and said it was no problem. When picking up the pizza we let the cashier now we switched the pizza for a 1 topping and the price should be different. The lady was going to ask a male worker and another lady w/ a strong accent told her “ don’t ask him questions and charge the customer “ we let her know what was going on and it didn’t make sense why we would pay 60. She got upset and proceed to ask us if we wanted to see the pizza she originally started to make and had to throw away. We let her know that we called right away to make sure it would be okay and we we’re told it was. She did not want to change the price so we paid over $15 extra bc I was not going to sit there and argue with someone who did not care to even work with us.I will never be coming back due to the disrespect she not only gave us but her employees. You do not speak to anybody especially your staff like that. She then says “ I can give you a dessert and that’s about it” horrible customer service on her part."

"Looking at the other various reviews for this fine establishment, I can personally tell you that the staff of Andy’s Deli NYC is misunderstood. All you have to do is be competent and know what you want to order and not be a complete peanut brain. It is a shame that these troglodytes are giving out 1 star reviews for a quality, affordable place of business. They are the most efficient deli in the area and they provide GOOD QUALITY FOOD. These people come on here to project their own insecurities at hard working people. Highly recommend this place of business. On another note, if I ever find a girlfriend, I would take her to Andy’s Deli."

"Great option for a quick work lunch if you work in the area. Fast, efficient service, and good seating options. I love their soup selection and come here often. "If I could, I would give this place ZERO stars. I'm not sure if these other reviews are fake but the food and service was not good. I started off with the queso fundido chorizo and there was not enough cheese. I also ordered the combo #2 which was a taco, quesadilla and an enchilada all with beef. The taco was alright, the meat was very dry and the tortilla tasted stale. The quesadilla barely had any cheese and no meat. I couldn't even eat the enchilada because it smelled like the elephants at the zoo and did not taste good. The waiter also overcharged me on my food even though the menu clearly states the prices. It was a waste of my money and I will never come here again!!!"

"Found this place because a customer and I had to take a look at a 65 C10 he was thinking of buying. Due to the wait, we got lunch in the city of Rome, GA. Customer found this Mexican place. Reminded me of an old style Texas Restaurant from the 70's. Service was average and the wet steak burrito that came out was large. The food was average, meat was not seasoned and/marinated. Just Ok. I am from the West coast so I don't understand why certain Mexican restaurants have to change thier taste of food for the people here. You can tell it's predominantly white area here, still no reason to change the taste lower that authentic taste. C'mon brothers and sisters make it like in Mexico!!!! Man I miss the West Coast Mexican restaurants they kill it and have you begging for more. This place is just MEH!!! Oh chips and salsa was that cheap thin stuff. No No No."

"I was called by Tom George to let me know that they were not going to be serving brunch during the summer months, only dinner. The hostess was very nice and asked me to reschedule for dinner which I did. The hostess also offered my party a round of drinks for the inconvenience. So I arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm on Sunday as I scheduled to celebrate Father's Day with my family and the restaurant was closed. We were very surprised and disappointed. The restaurant did not call the next day and I decided I will not try to eat there again. So on Sunday I went to LA Chapter at the Ace Hotel where we had a lovely dinner which I knew I would because I have been there before.I do not know whose responsibility it is on Open Table to be sure the information about a restaurant is up to date and accurate, but nothing like this has ever happened to me at any restaurant before."
