"Let me start off by saying I’m really upset and wish I didn’t have to write this review. My husband and I have been coming for quite some time now and WE LOVE THE FOOD. Yesterday (08/24/2023) my husband placed an order for a #9 but got a specialty pizza so the price came out to $60. We immediately called back and asked to change the pizza for a regular one topping so we could get the deal for $45.99 instead. The lady on the phone was super helpful and said it was no problem. When picking up the pizza we let the cashier now we switched the pizza for a 1 topping and the price should be different. The lady was going to ask a male worker and another lady w/ a strong accent told her “ don’t ask him questions and charge the customer “ we let her know what was going on and it didn’t make sense why we would pay 60. She got upset and proceed to ask us if we wanted to see the pizza she originally started to make and had to throw away. We let her know that we called right away to make sure it would be okay and we we’re told it was. She did not want to change the price so we paid over $15 extra bc I was not going to sit there and argue with someone who did not care to even work with us.I will never be coming back due to the disrespect she not only gave us but her employees. You do not speak to anybody especially your staff like that. She then says “ I can give you a dessert and that’s about it” horrible customer service on her part."

This is a cool spot the customer service was amazing my waiter name was Jax, she was awesome. Felt a little pricey and I wish the bar Ada’s set up to grab a drink watch tv and eat a slice of pizza. I’ll def will be going back.

This restaurant served incredible food that I really enjoyed, and the kids loved it too! The service took a bit longer than expected, but overall it was fine. I think your establishment is fantastic with all the delicious offerings you have. Keep up the great work!

I order from Napoli from either Doordash or Uber..By far this is the BEST pizza I've had in Las Vegas and Im Italian. I like that its very New York style this crust and the sauce is amazing. I did try the french fries and they were not very good. But I highly recommend the PIZZA. ? View menu

Called and they put me on hold for over 10 mins.. drove over hoping they will pick up as I drive so I can place my order and wouldn’t have to wait so long and unfortunately that didn’t happen. Instead I walk up to a empty counter and get my order taken as soon as I walk in.. wonder how much business they lose over people being put on hold long periods of time

This restaurant always delivers on the food! The quality is excellent, and the portion sizes are generous! Some people might claim that other places are better, but that’s only because they haven’t tried this one! Don’t listen to the opinions about other spots. They even offer a massive 32-inch pizza that's so big you can't fit it through a standard front door unless you have French doors! Trust me, it's definitely worth a visit!

I placed an order for food at 5:30 p.m., but at 6 p.m., I received a call informing me that my Chicago deep dish pizza wouldn’t arrive until 7 to 7:15 p.m. They mentioned it would take 45 minutes just to cook the pizza, which left me wondering about the extra hour before it would be delivered. When I asked if I could cancel the order, they said it was too late since it was already in the oven. The woman on the phone had poor customer service skills and was quite unpleasant. They didn't offer any meaningful compensation for the inconvenience; instead, they gave me six extra fingers that were only slightly lighter but tasted the same. I ended up going home with 16 pieces of chicken that I couldn't even eat, no refund, and still feeling hungry. To top it off, they offered me a free ranch dressing, which felt like a poor joke. I even asked to swap the chicken for wings since the cashier claimed they still prepare those the same way, but was told they could only replace what I ordered. UPDATE: On November 18, 2022, I decided to give this place another try since we were unwell and needed food. Sadly, we will NEVER order from here again. We ordered chicken wings, French fries, chicken noodle soup, and dessert éclairs. The French fries were terrible—not as good as the first time. On top of that, we received half a chicken wing, not a whole one. The soup wasn't very good either.
