"Absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE! They close the doors at any time and say they are only serving drive thru. When you go to the drive thru, they come to say they will be with you in a minute. Then, they NEVER come back!!!! If there is a car ahead of youand one behind you, you will be STUCK in that line until someone finally realizes that nobody will be getting any food anddecides to leave! "I found a hair in my food today, which was disappointing. I called the restaurant to let them know and possibly suggest they use hair nets, but they took no responsibility and claimed that no one working there has brown hair. It was a funny response, as I was just trying to inform them of an issue, not looking for a refund or replacement meal. Overall, the service and food quality both received a rating of 1. This was a take-out breakfast meal that cost between $20 to $30 per person."

"The restaurant was very noisy to the point of discomfort. The menu was interesting, the food very good, and the service outstanding which makes me uncomfortable not to recommend it, but the noise level overwhelmed its good features. The restaurant has hard surfaces that reflect the noise. The louder the customers were forced to speak, the worse the atmosphere became."

"we had a pleasant family dinner here. eating was good and atmosphere was fun. definitiw a kitschiges cajun chain restaurant. The thema is quite heavy in your face when you get through the door? but this is part of the fun. we ordered a cheese and chicken fondue to start. came with garlic bread to immerse in it. it was really hard, but delicious. the Jalapeno chicken was okay, not as exciting as he hoped, but pretty good. buttermilk chicken baskets were good. came with mais, pommes and hush puppies. the chicken was tender and the brot was the real deal. not excessively fat. child meal was very economical! if they have a child with a healthy appetit, I strongly recommend ordering from the adult menu. raw oyster were not the best. we regret to order them, but we have finished them. would have been nice if they had been hot. we didn't ask, so I think this is with us? fish basket was very nice. the teig was good and the fish was fresh and fluffy. cajun tricky fish was excellent! dirty rice was perfect, étouffé was on the spot and the black tilapia perfect. service was good. we were never left with empty glasses, but the empty glasses stacked on the table. our courts of our starters stayed with us all the time. once a superior came by and made a lot clear. manager also came a few times and seemed really nice. we never asked to take those plates, but it would have been nice if they were. I shouldn't have to ask for my opinion. overall we had a good experience and enjoyed our meal."

"First of all there was no customers inline or no inside. I drove up to drive thru to place order...I waited and waited and waited and I said hello and someone said wait a second...another minute went by and I said hello again and was told to keep waiting. I immediately said I am in a hurry. A few seconds later another person took my order, I then proceded to window...I waited and waited while I was on the phone talking to someone for a while. I hung up and notice nobody opened window or said nothing so I drove off. I would, if I was upper managenent, look at video and find out why I was not attended properly. It happened today between 234-237pm."

"Walked in, there’s 2-3 people sitting in the lobby, after almost 1 minute one guy gets up and walks toward the back and calls back to another employee, “counter”. He says this twice. Another lady walks to the back, comes to the counter and calls over to that same employee, “counter”, and says it twice. At this point I just walk out. "During the summer and mostly autumn, this Burger King had a "made to order" service. While we would wait about 10 minutes, the food was consistently hot and fresh, which I really appreciated. However, now that winter has arrived, it seems the BK is under new management and has returned to a faster service. Unfortunately, this means that half the time my food is warm and incorrect, and the other half it's overcooked and dry from sitting out. I rated it 4 stars for the summer service, but my recent visits have left me less impressed."

"Honestly, it was the best Burger King experience I've ever had. I was driving along West Flagler Road with my 8-year-old daughter, and she wanted to stop at the restaurant. We parked and went inside, where we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff. I ordered two savory meal combos for us, and everything was perfect. The fries were perfectly cut and crispy, and the salads were a nice touch on the burgers! The manager was wonderful, and we were served by a great man whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. He really exemplified excellent management! We'll definitely be back—5 stars!"

"The service here is quick and friendly. Today was the first time I forgot my wallet at home and only realized it when I reached the window. Luckily, I had most of the money in my purse, but I was still a bit short. Instead of forcing me to reduce my order, the young woman at the window kindly let me have my full order without any hassle or embarrassment. "Razzoo?s is a cute Cajun chain restaurant. The food is always decent but not very extravagant. I love the chill bar feel. The drinks are always good, pretty strong, and big in size I got the Gator Punch). Today for food I got: A side salad $5 ? which I thought was a little much for just a side salad) and the Stuffed Shrimp it was like a crab cake on top of the shrimp so FREAKIN good). My total came to about $35. I feel like it all should?ve been) $20-30 based on portion size, quality, and the restaurant environment, BUT I can?t say anything was *bad. I?ll be back! It?s in a convenient location close to a lot of things and not far from my spot. Also, the do ?to go orders?. Like I said, a good casual bar spot."

I find it a bit steep to pay around $9 for a meal when I would prefer something under $6. **Products: 4** I ordered one of their promotional burgers with bacon and mushrooms, which was tasty. However, I couldn't shake the feeling that, being a national chain, there wasn’t much emphasis on quality for my individual burger. The fries were hot, which I appreciate. One downside is the lack of those modern Coke beverage machines. It's a good idea to eat here before shopping, but if you want fry sauce, make sure to ask at the counter. **Employees: 2** While the staff was polite, it took quite a while for our food to be prepared. I broke one of my own rules by reading another review that mentioned the employees being quite chatty during their shifts, and I noticed the same thing. I can't say for sure if they were preparing our food, but if they were distracted, it likely slowed things down. At one point, a customer walked in who seemed to work at another Burger King and started recounting a story about being robbed in their store, detailing how a 365 employee intervened until the police arrived. The staff joined in with their own stories, which, while interesting, shouldn’t have been so loud that customers could easily hear. Employees should be more mindful of their conversation, especially in front of paying customers."

"This poor place is on its last leg Whole place needs to be revitalized here soon and given a face lift. Stopped here the other day with the drive thru backed up pass the bank and 12 people at the cash register line and 5 others waiting on their food.. There was 4 people all staring at the screens, handing out the wrong food to the wrong people saying oh well ‍ One poor gal trying to make all that food as 2 of the 4 people just staring at the screen complaining. How about two more of you go out back and help make food as one works the window and one works the register? There was absolutely NO TEAM WORK HERE and lots of people were walking away.
