"When ordering Planet Pizza I've always ordered from main avenue Dave Kubans place in Norwalk due to the fact I was starving and eta was 25 mins sooner so I ordered Planet Pizza westport.. I CANT STATE ENOUGH WHAT A MISTAKE!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER ORDER PLANET PIZZA WESTPORT not only did they overcharge their meal deal they took long , messed up order and woman who called to verify order was rude. Although specific directions for driver for my drop off , he was leaving my food at neighbors as I was speaking to him on phone! If I didn't run down driveway my neighbors would of not enjoyed my incorrect cold order"

"We went on a weekday, lunchtime. Ms. Sharon was our waitress and had amazing customer service and was very attentive. We ordered a plethora of items, all of which were flavorful and cooked as we specified. We had the clams, nigiri , vegetable spring rolls, crab Rangoon, and chicken and steak hibachi. Everything was delicious- loved the clams! We will definitely be back! Service: Dine in"

"I ordered a penne vodka with grilled chicken, which is exactly as it is described on their menu and on DoorDash. When I received my order, I found bacon in my food, which is a problem as I have a bacon allergy. They claimed it was not their responsibility and told me to contact DoorDash. I understand that, but I will make sure to inform others that this restaurant needs to improve and take care of their customers, whether they are dining in or ordering delivery. All I wanted was a penne vodka pasta, so why is there bacon in it? This is not what I expected from them."

"Love this place for when I really want to treat my family to something special. I had Spanish mackerel sushi which was was smooth and buttery. The waitress suggested the banh-something roll and I was quite pleased with the flavor... the spicy little kick at the end was good and not too spicy.The only hiccup was that the waitress forgot to put my mom's order in, so unfortunately it came much later, but I'm still eating it a 5 stars because the manager took care of it right away and the waitress did a great job otherwise, from answering all our questions, seeming very knowledgeable, and asking if we were there for a special occasion; it was my son's birthday and the free mochi dessert was a lovely touch ?"

"party of 6 with reservations at 5:30 on a Friday night. obviously sitting waiting. john was our principal was very friendly attentive. Eat was served at once. however felt like the sweet (ground squash, spargel) was hardly warm; some bark meats chew a little; don't really cook very tastefully. my favorite was the juicy ribeye steak and the carrot cake for dessert was miraculous! coffee served with dessert was only warm (I like piping hot) but I did not complain. twenty percent congratulate automatically added to bill, but we have left john an additional cash tip. rabatt for seniors and husband dessert was given free as it was his birthday. was really a great experience would recommend if I knew someone in the opposite, but it is very expensive."

"We spent the day in the Bishops Arts area. Stopped in Enzo's with a party of 6 for pizza. We had salads, artichoke dip and pizza. The bartender was very friendly. The waiter was attentive. The artichoke dip was good, totally different than the usual, salads were fresh, the pizza is more of a flat bread. It is like pizza toppings on a cracker. It was a nice change and everyone enjoyed it but it was not the usual pizza. The atmosphere is lively and the restaurant has a great location. We had a good time and would come again."

"We just used Planet Pizza to cater my daughter’s first birthday on 3/9/24 and we were thrilled with the experience. The communication from Dave and his team was so clear and easy. They dropped off dishes for us to try prior to choosing, helped set everything up at the birthday party, were punctual and efficient. Everyone was raving about the food and I even had plenty to send my guests home with leftovers. We ordered pizza, chicken francese, salad, rolls and penne a La vodka. Everything was so delicious and perfect. Was such a treat to not have to worry about food for the party. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again for an event or for a dinner in or out! Thank you thank you!!"

"The service at this restaurant was very slow, as it took 15 minutes to receive a drink. The chicken on the California club sandwich was bland. Additionally, the Nashville hot chicken sandwich did not taste like traditional Nashville hot sauce, which typically has a hint of sweetness from brown sugar. The hot sauce was thick and lacked any sweetness, leading to a disappointing experience. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the server, he argued with me instead of apologizing. The server eventually offered me something else, but I chose not to order anything else. Even without ordering a full meal, the dinner was overpriced at $61. I would only consider returning for a drink in the future."

"I also liked the Chilaquiles, but they weren't exactly what I expected. The menu indicated that they were supposed to be served with a blend of green and red sauce, but it tasted more like a vodka sauce, which I do enjoy, but I missed the flavors of the green and red sauces. Other than that, everything was excellent and flavorful. I also had the best Piña Colada ever here! Instead of being frozen, which I initially found odd, it was packed with so much flavor! I've tried Piña Coladas in many different restaurants, bars, and even different countries, but this one was by far the best! I would definitely come back for more!"

"Every other Saturday, I go out to dinner with two girlfriends who are part of my bubble. This was the first time our travels took us to The Spring House Tavern and we will be back! The service and food were outstanding, although being glutensensitive I was disappointed that there were several menu items I would have liked but which flour to thicken the sauces and soups. I had the filet and it was perfectly cooked and quite delicious"

"Loved the pizza. I only took one star away because I got delivery and it arrived 20 minutes late and cold. Even though it was cold, this pizza still shined compared to many other pizzas I've had. This was the cauliflower crust which expectedly costs a bit more but the size was smaller and it was pricey. Separate from that the meat, cheese, sauce and crust were all good. Very rarely do you find a place where all the pieces are good which is probably why I was okay with the cost. They also made it to my online order specifications- light cheese, extra sauce. I got a meat pizza and all the meat was quality. I don't eat pizza often. Maybe 3 max 4 times a year. This was definitely worth the deviation from my normal nutrition. Yum! I'm sure I'll eat again once more this year."

"my man drove out new jersey because when we were used in brooklyn, that was our favorite place. "Do not ever come to this restaurant. My friend and I went through mistreatment, our server lied about happy hour pricing and we also experienced racism. Both my friend and I are Caucasian and the hostess flipped out on us because we wanted to stay longer and claimed that they were fully booked for the night when I saw only other couples seated. The hostess called us white sht and f it if we wanted to stay longer since the lying server tried to give us plastic cups to take our margaritas to go. We obviously left. I called the GM immediately as soon as I got home and he compensated both my friend and I for their nightmare service we experienced. Do not ever go into this restaurant. The food and drinks are terrible but the service was the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life"
