"The service at this restaurant was very slow, as it took 15 minutes to receive a drink. The chicken on the California club sandwich was bland. Additionally, the Nashville hot chicken sandwich did not taste like traditional Nashville hot sauce, which typically has a hint of sweetness from brown sugar. The hot sauce was thick and lacked any sweetness, leading to a disappointing experience. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the server, he argued with me instead of apologizing. The server eventually offered me something else, but I chose not to order anything else. Even without ordering a full meal, the dinner was overpriced at $61. I would only consider returning for a drink in the future."

Buffalo wrap was good, but all the sauce and cheese were on one end and the other was very bland... Service was good and friendly and nice enough atmosphere.. View menu

Ate here for lunch. Cool place and great food. It did take a little too long for the waiter to bring the bill and then come back to get my card. But other than that, it was a good experience.

Yesterday's Sunday brunch was wonderful. The steak and eggs were great, served withpotatoes and whole grain bread. The coffee was excellent.Service was attentive and friendly. The tables in the garden made a great place forconversation amid greenery.

Food was average, good but nothing super special. Nice sized portions. Service was good. Outside seating was nice until the L passes which adds some downtown ambiance. We actually enjoyed it, sipping our drinks until conversation could resume. Overall we enjoyed everything!! View menu

A trendy downtown spot for happy hour, attracting a yuppy crowd. The music is decent and at the right volume. They have a nice selection of beers and a surprisingly spacious interior. It's the place for those who enjoy a good IPA and dress shirts. The bartender is top-notch, always hustling and providing excellent service.

Living with major gluten issues, is difficult-especially when I go out to eat. I called ahead of time to ask about their GF options. I told them I was interested in a salad dish. They called the chef, got ingredients, and I called them back. They told me specifically the ingredients of the dressing and it was completely GF. When I arrived, they knew about my gluten issue and they were able to prepare my dish separately!!! I didn’t get sick. The strawberry salad and chicken was DELICIOUS. I’ll be going back! My boyfriend loved the shrimp tacos.Dietary restrictions: They went over and beyond to cook my dish separately (gluten allergy).

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
