"I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner."

"I've been here four times recently, each time with different friends. The food is really outstanding and everything we've had has been something I would happily reorder. If you're a thin crust (think NY style) pizza lover this might not be for you, because this is a thicker, chewier crust. Still delicious and has the brick oven flavor. The pastas are amazing, and we've had several. The Branzino was delicious and perfectly prepared, and you cannot miss out on the flaming cheese appetizer! Several friends have ordered the Sangria, which you can get red or white, and they loved it. Our only complaint is the service. One gentleman server has hit on one woman in my party each time we were there, and they were different friends each time so this is clearly a pattern. You have to ask to place your order, and you will sit for a long time before anyone even asks if you want a drink unless you flag them down. But I will keep going back because the food is just that good!"

"Very disappointed! My husband and I went to dinner and drinks today. We were sitting in the small bar area for 20 minutes. No one came to us. It was super unpleasant and unpleasant. We moved the road to another place that was super friendly to serve us quickly, and we had an explosion. I wish 320 Market Cafe had been what I hoped. I was so excited for the burgers I saw in the Google menu. Amazing business. Amazing selection. I loved it. But no one is supposed to serve us?"

"Do yourself a favor and skip the many unfounded negative reviews, this is one of the single best cocktail bars I have ever been to. Dear Irving has a speakeasy vibe to it, a funky, dimly lit interior that feels exactly how you want it to. If you can, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar. Watch the bartenders work. Marvel at their brilliance. If it's not too busy, talk with them. Ask questions. They are happy to oblige and will likely educate you and let you try some new concoctions. For us, … – show"

"One of our “go to” locations when we come out to BI and decide to dine out. Have had the good fortune to have the same server “butterface” the last two times. Great service, friendly and followed up with great selection for food and drink. Personal favorite is the beet salad, should not pass it up if you like beets. The blackened salmon special was perfect as well along with the calamari appetizer and the chicken parmesan. Don’t miss the opportunity to dine at Kimberly’s"

"We visited on a Monday evening and enjoyed the four-course meal for $24.99. We had the option to choose from five different entrees, in addition to a delicious soup and a tasty salad. As soon as we were seated, our water glasses were promptly filled, and we were served warm pita alongside a flavorful olive oil mix. Our server took a moment to explain the entrees, which we appreciated. We also indulged in two pieces of baklava each. Although we were curious about the $2.97 corkage fee for our bottle of wine, it wasn't a significant amount, so we decided not to ask about it. We never felt rushed and had a wonderful experience overall. We will definitely be returning!"

"The salmon was good. I never complain or send food back, so I 'm far from picky. However, I thought the Churrasco steak was not acceptable because it was extremely rubbery and I could not even chew it. As well, it came out with so much salt seasoning, I could not enjoy the flavour. at all I sent it back uneaten. The server brought out my check and did not remove the meal I could not eat. After asking for the manager, he brought out a second check with the meal cost removed. But, it just added to the bad taste in my mouth I already experienced. The server also objected to my complaint because he liked to eat that dish and failed to acknowledge my unhappiness with the quality of the meal."

"DON'T be fooled by the cute decor and curb appeal that this restaurant puts out there. I was so excited to try this place out, and I was disappointed within the first 15 minutes. I honestly wish I had just gotten up to leave instead of ordering food. There are sooo many amazing places in Midtown/Wynwood and I wish I had spent my money elsewhere. For starters, I'd give thefood 3 stars, and the service 1 star. The service was HORRIBLY slow. I arrived by myself and was seated immediately. It was aTuesday night around 8:30pm, and there were only 4 tables occupied, 3 of which had only one person seated (myself included). Sothere were MAYBE 10 people in total at the restaurant. All of this considered, I never got water (I eventually asked for itafter 30 minutes) and I sat twiddling my thumbs by myself waiting for the male server to eventually come around and take myorder. He couldn't have cared less about his job or the people waiting for him to come around to their tables. He would standaround chatting with coworkers or just....stand there....consequently delaying bringing out food to the table with a handful ofpeople. I noticed that 4/6 people at the table got their entrees, but the other 2 were left waiting an additional 15 minutesuntil their food came out. Yikes. Not a place for groups, I guess? After finally ordering my appetizer and an entree, it tookforever to get my food out to the table which makes me curious how long it takes for customers to get their food when therestaurant is crowded. My meal finally came, but wayyyyy before the super simple appetizer that I ordered, which eventuallyarrived 15 minutes later. The server never checked if I liked the food (I like the entree, hated the app which is sayingsomething because I rarely come across a food I don't like). I sat and ate my food while the empty tables around me had trashand empty plates sitting on them during the entirety of my time at this restaurant. Talk about a vib"

"First of all, I don't agree with the description of energetic for the noise level. It was more annoyingly loud than energetic. I was expecting something similar to Texas Roadhouse but, felt more like we were at a Hooter's! This was one of the few places we were able to reserve a table at while we were in NYC. We showed up a little early, there were open tables everywhere so we did get in earlier than reserved. However, when we made it down stairs and inside I thought we'd walked through the back door. The hostess was sitting down with someone else and eating her own plate of food. Took her a while to even greet us. Once she raced us to our table we had to wait seven minutes for a server to acknowledge us. There was only one other full table in her area. She wasn't friendly either and still don't know her name. The restaurant doesn't offer a gluten free menu so I had to take a chance and hope I didn't get sick. We ordered the fajitas to share thinking the meat should be prepared safely. When it arrived my first thought was it was the frozen, ready to heat sliced fajita meats. They added so much paprika and seasoning the peppers and onions couldn't be tasted. My side of broccoli came later after I reminded them there was one. The kitchen staff who served that was much friendlier than our waitress. This was just an unfriendly experience and not an establishment I'd recommend while in NYC."

"Driving up to this hotel, you question the good reviews and the photos. It looks like an abandoned apartment building. Very dated. The hotel is clearly in the beginning stages of a remodel. They seem to need the business to help pay for it. The loby was nice and clean and the staff was super nice. Our room #200 for two adults with a king bed had fresh paint. I am assuming newer furniture, but it was pretty beat up. The linens were thin, and bedspread was dated. The carpet was very stained. Have flip flops on hand. The bathroom was painted, and the cabinet and shower title looked newer, but the sink and tub were skipped. The tub was stained. There was a window unit. It kept the room cool. We had a view of the lake and the pool. The lake is not accessible. There is a pool off to the side in a field? Pool access is to walk out the front door, through the parking lot, and across the grass through construction tape. It has weird hours. It looked clean and had chairs but no umbrellas. No shade. The bar is only open early in the week.Behind the hotel they had a firepit with Adirondack chairs that looked nice. No access from the back of the hotel. The gym was across from our room. Basic needs covered. The area is a business park, but if you walk down a quarter mile or so, there is a nice park. Nice neighborhood with many people out enjoy the day walking and jogging. We stayed two nights. No maid service. Not a room to hang out in. Just sleep. This is a one night get in late sleep and get back to the road trip.If you are picky this may not be the hotel for you.Room was clean and safe.No frills and no breakfast."

"The food was tasty, but the portion size was small and the prices high. There was no drink menu and the waiter was not aware of what the bar couldcould not make. When I asked what kind of martini they could make, he said, “Just the regular kind.” Huh? My husband’s margarita was just mediocre. Desert was delicious and they sent us home with two tiny cannoli also delicious because it was my husband’s birthday. The noise level was very high even though the restaurant wasn’t to capacity. Beautiful view, which is obviously what you’re paying for. Loved the scan to pay option. Would I go back? Ehhhh...maybe?"

"This is a new place in Napili, the BBQ pork was excellent with a nice smokey flavor, though called pulled pork it was actually bite size pieces. The chopped brisket is excellent and available as sliders, making for yummy appetizers. The service is good, the portions are more than ample and the sweet potato fries an excellent option. The blue cheese dressing was very watery so not a good option for dipping the fries into, the tarter sauce would be better. The BBQ sauce on the table had a good flavor with just enough bite to be able to enjoy it without having a moment of fire in your mouth. The fish n' chips was cooked in a light tempura style beer batter and was excellent, with fresh local fish of the day. You do need to ask before ordering since the fish varies, the night we were there it was Ono which is more of a steak consistency fish then a soft flaky fish as most people are used to. Reasonable corkage policy and on Tuesday nights all wines on the menu are 1/2 price which is a great deal, if you don't mind a limited selection of wines. The menu isn't big, they focus on beer more than wine. For beer lovers, this is a good place. Don't let the name mislead you, this is a good restaurant and one that is reasonably priced compared to others in the area and give you a lot more. Recommended without any question. Though the night we were there, they weren't that busy at 5:30, reservations might be recommended for later in the evening."

"We enjoyed some good Mediterranean cuisine in New York City. Our group of four had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated, but the staff was attentive and quick. The appetizers were the highlight of the meal, and the pita bread was fantastic. While the main dishes were decent, they didn't quite live up to the quality of the appetizers. For dessert, we ordered Knafe and Turkish coffee, but both left us a bit disappointed. Overall, we had a wonderful time and appreciated the food, though it may not be the top spot for Mediterranean fare in the city."

"I made a reservation here for my birthday with a big group of friends. Upon arrival, friend had admitted she received horrible service here before, but maybe it was just a one time thing. Upon arrival, our table was unprepared with the correct amount of chairs. There were only two menus given to us for 10 people. It took forever for someone to come over and take our drink menus and even longer for the drinks to come. Finally, we ordered and a few peoples' food came out in the wrong order multiple times. Throughout the meal the service was pretty terrible, although the food itself was pretty good. Someone in our party whose meal was particularly messed up complained about the general service and then someone (the manager? came over and literally showered us with 2 bottles of free wine and one of every dessert on the menu. While that was fun, he did not address that he was making up for the service which was very uncomfortable and we were already quite full and didn't actually WANT tons more food. It was not my preferred method of apology, but they did make an effort. Although the food was good, it was not good enough to return. Unfortunately, service is clearly a problem at this restaurant and my friends experience was clearly not a one time thing."

"Exceptional food in an authentic, non-demanding environment. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, which added to the great experience. For bread lovers, there are 3 different breads, all of which are made there and are all wonderful. I stop on the way out of town to pick up bread and take it home to friends. My salad was fabulous and the vodka chicken pasta (a specialty) was cooked perfectly with a wonderful sauce. The specials change with the seasons. Desserts are all made there and everyone looked great. We share the ice cream on Sunday with homemade caramelized marshmallows and chocolate ganache. It was wonderful. You can share it with 4 people as it is very large. We will definitely have dinner here again when we return to Mayo and Golf."

"A weekend brunch favorite for my partner and me! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is simply amazing, and they have a fantastic menu that includes vegan options. I love their breakfast wrap, but honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on their menu. The interior is also very charming, with lovely shelves adorned with small decorations. It's a great place!"
