"while we do not enjoy our experience in this special night, I would recommend gg italian. the first time that we dined there was a great experience good eating, good service, etc. this expedition was however less than average. the bar offers seemed very distracted and uninterested at providing good service. they did not smile, did not react with the moats and did not extinguish used glasses from earlier mozen, unless they wanted it. I had mainly held up for a high tip, but when we went to get a place, they were sitting on a regular table. when I asked about my reservation especially for a high top, they said we could wait longer for one (what we chose to do) the waitress was great; very attentive and friendly. that was terrible. the chicken was overtaken and the risoto was cold. I don't complain often, but the manager came around and asked for feedback, so I thought it necessary to deliver the feedback. the manager did not offer a discount on any kind. becasue we had two very different experiences there, I would like to apply italian again to give them the opportunity to redeem themselves. we are happy to support the local economy, so I would like to give them the advantage of the doubt."
