"Prices are relatively high but could be OK if the food was good. Menu was limited to some degree. Had the salmon and potato red pepper special $24). The salmon was a nice and generous piece of fish but what was described as a pan seared preparation was actually more breaded and pan fried. The potato and red pepped hash was also fried. The potatoes had large pieces of uncut garlic cloves included several were bitter. The fish was well cooked well but there was way too much residual oil in everything on the plate. The plate could have maybe have benefited from some sort of green vegetable to lighten it. The experience was worsened by the fact that the service was slow and the server very inattentive. In general a poor experience."

Service was terrible and food was average. Portion sizes were very small for the price.

The food was different but top notch. The Beef Cheeks that we ordered may have been the best we have ever had.

Superb food, excellent waitress, even got a bday dessert for my hubby! Would recommend this and go back for next seasons menu! Eat the scallops over purée and duck gnocchi! Yum!!!

We were in the area for a working dinner and decided to see what has changed in the three years since we last aten there. We were pleasantly surprised, everything was excellent and Stephanie was very attentive. Will definitely be back.

We had a large group to celebrate birthdays and the holidays and Black Creek Bistro accommodated us very well. Service was very good and the food was wonderful. There is convenient parking right across the street. Would definitely recommend! View menu

The $35 four-course menu during Restaurant Week showcased some fantastic flavors. My favorite dish was the cheese-stuffed cheese appetizer, a delightful combination of fine dining and comfort food. The baked trout was cooked to perfection. I would skip the fig-flavored cheese course, but everything else was spot on, especially the creamy peanut butter dessert which paired wonderfully with coffee.

The appetizers, including the croque monsieur and pizza fritte, were delicious. Three of us ordered the ribeye, which was good. However, one person ordered the trout and found it to be dry and fishy. Thankfully, the restaurant quickly replaced it with fried chicken, which was very tasty. The biggest letdown of the night was the wine experience. We ordered their best bottle, Darioush Caravan, but were served in thick-walled wine glasses more suitable for a casual dining chain like Applebee's or Chili's. If the restaurant is going to offer wines priced over $40, they should invest in proper glassware.
