"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant recently. I arrived just after 8 PM and ordered a #5, intending to swap the drink for a milkshake, fully aware that it would cost extra. However, I was informed that the shake machine was out of service for the night, so I requested tea instead, but they didn’t have that either. When I drove up to collect my food, the fries were cold. I asked for a fresh batch and eventually received them. Then I took a bite of my chicken sandwich, and to my dismay, it was COLD—not just lukewarm, but genuinely cold, clearly having been sitting out for quite some time. I was incredibly disappointed! I recommend not wasting your money here."

"I visited the drive-thru and ordered three snack packs and some fries. When the employee asked if I wanted to make a donation, I politely declined, saying "no thank you" and that I might consider it another time. When I reached the window to pick up my order, the woman didn’t even bend down slightly to hand it to me. I struggled to reach the food, even after unbuckling my seatbelt. She chuckled at my predicament, so I had to open my car door and get out to grab my order. I couldn't help but wonder if her behavior was due to my appearance or my decision not to donate. At the very least, she could have stretched her arm out a little more or leaned forward. The way she looked at me was quite unpleasant. Overall, I had a disappointing experience at the Arby's on Michigan Avenue."

"I ordered a chicken wrap the same for my daughter but with fries a Ruben sandwich ALL of the food was cold I'm not even 5 minutes away from the place! It was noon when I got there. "The original cashier was fantastic, but the manager who took over was not as good. Our experience was terrible. When we asked for our food, she just threw everything into a bag. We requested Arby's sauce and she threw in 26 packs of it. Two other customers asked for their drinks after us, only to be told by the manager that they didn't have their drinks in the drive-thru. The manager then started screaming at the customers, using colorful language. Overall, the manager displayed poor customer service."

"This experience was quite disappointing. It appears that the restaurant chain is reducing the amount of protein in their regular sandwiches and has completely eliminated sautéed veggies. The French Dip Swiss sandwich is no longer as outstanding as it once was, which is a shame. It used to be a favorite of mine, but unfortunately, it is no longer recommended. The service was satisfactory, with a rating of 5, and the atmosphere was decent, with a rating of 4. Overall, the price per person for lunch was between $10-20."

"She waited all day for the woman to pick up the work, she worked late so too late to go to a restaurant for vaters day dinner, so I was ok with some roast bark sandwiches. I didn't have long time. So we drove there 10 miles high and ordered, ordering was ro ready to 1007, we came around 1008. doors were locked, no one at the drive thru, all lights on, sign-inside etc. we tried to call and no answer and get an automated message on the answer machine. they are open until 11. we waited near 30 minutes, and nothing? So now I was was wasting an hour of my time, about a gallon gas, and they have calculated my credit card the $40 for eating that I cannot get. Now I have to call the credit card company to fight. unreal."

"Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, a mixture of (American) Wagyu and regular ground beef. In a previous review of Arby 's initial Wagyu's test marketing, I was impressed. It was burned and covered w/an orange house served, ahem, sauce. This was cooked correctly, but also w/Orange Goo. Why do all Fast Food Drive-by cover everything with their special sauce? if some decisions, say Waygu and Arby 's sells it on a supposed premium beef mix? It lacks taste, maybe a little bacon and a little liquid smoke, some meat spices and A-1! Throw the GOO somewhere, but forbid it from the burgers. $7.00 dollars, I won't rate it a purchase until it's improved."

"I had a great experience at the Arby's on Liberia Avenue in Manassas, VA. I tried the delicious smoked brisket sandwich paired with their new fries and iced tea, while my mom went for the Reuben sandwich combo. Both meals were excellent! The restaurant's decor is quite stylish, similar to a café you might find in an international airport. I will definitely be coming back! It reminded me of Colossians 3:23, which encourages us to work diligently as if we are serving the Lord and not just people. The customer service at this Arby's truly reflected that sentiment, as both the food quality and service were exceptional!"

"Arby's is a solid choice for fast food. I decided to stop by for lunch today since it's close to my workplace and I was in a hurry. I ordered the Buttermilk Chicken Bacon and Swiss sandwich with curly fries, and an Apple Turnover. The Apple Turnover was especially delicious! I have generally had good experiences here in the past. The staff is usually friendly and welcoming. Surprisingly, they also have a tasty fish sandwich. My only complaint is that the restaurant could use a renovation as it looks outdated and worn. It's time for a makeover."

"I love Arby's and I KNOW it's pricey. That being said, this Arby's has a great, friendly staff. I used the drive-thru and there was a Lincoln County Sheriff unit ahead of me. In the past, I had tried their regular crispy fish sandwich but found it lacked crispiness and flavor. The King's Hawaiian Fish Sandwich, however, was a pleasant surprise. The fish was flavorful and tender, with a hint of sweetness and complemented by the tartar sauce. The addition of cheese and tomatoes gave it an extra boost. I also tried their beef and Cheddar sandwich, which was tasty. The spicy 3 Pepper Sauce was a new discovery for me and I was impressed. The staff at this restaurant is always quick, friendly, and polite. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience here."

"If I could give zero stars I would. The management and the employees are so beyond very rude and disrespectful at this location. Two separate times now I?ve ordered from Uber eats and my driver has waited an hour+ time, The first time they told me it was because the customers in the stalls who had already paid come before the Uber eats customers who have already paid.. The second time was tonight which is May 13, 2022 till when the male manager told me that he did not see my order in the Uber eats system therefore he was not making my order, and hung up on me. This night I literally called 40 times trying to get an answer I only got an answer one of the times and the manager only spoke with me for about 10 minutes maximum then told me what I just stated as he told me and then hung up on me. Of course Uber refunded me my money both times like they always do but to me this is absolutely absurd for a manager of a business to refuse to make a paying customer food. This is happened two times to me now and I am just very much over it I will never be paying this Location anymore of my money!"

"I like their sandwiches. They have a variety of sauces to choose. It seems to me, that there is less meat and larger buns. I know they weigh the meat for each sandwich. If you compare other chain resturants and deli's that load on the meat to increasethe prices to go through the roof and along with inflation. I get it. Arby's doesn't. They want to make more money. "I have stopped in to this location a few times for lunch. The food is good, the service is usually quick, and the place is clean. This time I tried the Beef 'N Cheddar sandwiches they were almost as good as I remember from my youth (when I could get 5 for $5). "My experience at the restaurant was amazing. We ordered a salad through Uber Eats and it was missing dressing, so I went to the drive-thru to grab some. While I was there, I also decided to order cherry turnovers. The staff was incredibly sweet and the manager was very accommodating. They apologized for the mistake and even gave us the turnovers for free as a gesture of goodwill. It was such a pleasant surprise and really made my night."

"This is the first time in over 2 years that I have found an Arby’s location with the dining room open. All the other locations I have been to only had drive-thru service. I loved the caramel cinnamon shake -- it was so delicious. The Reese peanut butter cookies were also amazing. They were warm, soft, and delicious. The menu hasn't changed, but Arby’s is one of my favorites. I just wish more Arby’s locations had their dining rooms open."
