"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant recently. I arrived just after 8 PM and ordered a #5, intending to swap the drink for a milkshake, fully aware that it would cost extra. However, I was informed that the shake machine was out of service for the night, so I requested tea instead, but they didn’t have that either. When I drove up to collect my food, the fries were cold. I asked for a fresh batch and eventually received them. Then I took a bite of my chicken sandwich, and to my dismay, it was COLD—not just lukewarm, but genuinely cold, clearly having been sitting out for quite some time. I was incredibly disappointed! I recommend not wasting your money here."

The atmosphere was very warm and quite uncomfortable. I asked if they could lower the temperature a bit, but I didn't receive a response. The food was decent, but I couldn't wait to get outside. View menu

I ordered two Greek gyros, which were as delicious as ever, along with the Diablo chicken sandwich. Although the sandwich wasn't as spicy as I expected, I have to admit it caused me some indigestion the following day. I would recommend giving it a try at least once.

If you have debit or credit cards that are overly sensitive to contactless scanners, be cautious. I experienced an issue where a purchase was made on a card I didn't intend to charge. The card that was charged was still in my wallet, while the one I wanted to use was in my hand!

I had an excellent lunch at this restaurant. The sandwiches were delicious, and the service has greatly improved. The manager was present and very attentive, doing an excellent job. Iordered just the simple bnc that said 9 dollars and some change yet charged 24 plus for 2 meals. I'm sorry. I understand beef has become expensive, but there are other restaurants that offer better food for less. So, figure something out because yourfood is not worth the price. Better service, slogan or product. Any other way you're gonna lose business and I really like you.

Our entire meal was not ok. The left over hard as rock fries we cold and small left over bottom clean out end of the night gross. The mac and cheese was so cold it was not only fogotten but then cold when put into the bag. The chicken bacon sandwichwas in question if was cook to temp we threw it out. The wrap was just chicken even through we asked and paid for extra onionand lettuce. After waiting over 25 minutes this was the meal we received. 30 dollars and nothing was ok. We have tried 4 timesnow... every time it gets worse... no more chances as this was the final never- again
