"I'm giving this restaurant a 3-star rating primarily because our server was friendly and efficient. However, the food deserves only a 2. We tried the special, which included chili relleno, enchilada, and taco, but it was quite bland and the meat was served cold. The salsa tasted heavily of tomato and ketchup, lacking any real spices aside from perhaps a jalapeño. The restaurant wasn't very busy, but it was clean. The highlight of the meal was the sopaipilla drizzled with honey. Would we go back? Probably not."

The restaurant was quite busy for Father's Day, but it didn't negatively impact the quality of the service. Not only was the food excellent, but our waitress was also fantastic.

Great food, amazing service. Albert was a fantastic server. My husbands green Chile enchiladas were definitely the star of the meals. The fried ice cream redeemed my husband's opinion of fried ice cream. The ladies up front were kind and welcoming. The salsa and chips also fantastic!

My new go-to when passing through Clovis, NM. The salsa was excellent. The horchata was probably the best I've ever had, and the green chile enchiladas were amazing. My husband ordered the fajita tacos, and the waitress suggested a half order. She was right. It was a ton of food. Great value, excellent New Mexican food, and great service. View menu

Very disappointed with this place I?m a bariatric patient and they denied me the ability to order from the kids menu because it says ?12 and under? a very rude waitress said said she has worked here for 37 years and they have never allowed and adult toorder from the kids menus. So shameful and disrespectful I hope the manager reads this review and makes changes, providesbetter customer service and allows anyone to order from any menu.

This was our first visit to the restaurant, and we truly enjoyed our meals. The bathrooms were very clean and well-maintained, and our waiter was outstanding. He was attentive without being overbearing, always available when we needed him. I ordered the carne guisada, while my wife chose the special of the day, which came with a taco, enchiladas, rice, beans, a drink, and a sopapilla. We were thoroughly satisfied with our meal. Our waiter, Albert, was phenomenal. Everything was delicious!

"I hadn't been to Prime 13 since it opened several years ago, not for any particular reason. We visited for a Father's Day dinner celebration as it is a local steakhouse. The restaurant is beautiful, dark but relaxed ambiance. Full for a Thursday and it seemed kid friendly which we appreciated as parents-to-be. Patrons were in very relaxed summer attire so it didn't feel so fancy that you had to dress up. They only had two mocktails, tried the one with cucumber and it was very refreshing but at $10 I felt it was a bit overpriced at only $5 less than regular cocktails. They have a pretty good date night option for weeknights so we picked two small salads, one protein dish to split and one side with two (very small) desserts. We added on a starter that we probably could've done without but we wanted to try the Cajun bites. It was steak tips in salsa with chips. Good but not great. For the start of dinner our salads were okay, mine was pretty basic dinner salad I would've preferred the wedge but it's not an option with the special even though it's priced the same. Now for the tomahawk steak, this is where they wowed. It was huge!! we couldn't even finish half and VERY tasty and tender. Definitely the star of our visit; the sides were once again good but not great, for the seasonal veggies they brought out seasoned corned and we added on the hatch Mac and cheese (not spicy at all, which I was happy about) otherwise the special only comes with one side. My husband had two cocktails he said were good but he didn't seem overly impressed compared to other old fashioned's he's had. Overall we did enjoy our dinner and thought the service was good. We had them package our desserts to go. It was a chocolate mousse pie and creme brûlée. I liked my brûlée but it was a tiny portion, (not that I needed more). after all of our add ons and tip we spent several hundred dollars. I'd visit again to try other selections but for the value (minus the steak) it's not breaking into my favorite local places for a nice dinner."
