"This used to be our favorite pizza place when we moved here six years ago, but after experiencing a few incorrect orders and disappointing meals, we decided to try other options. Recently, we decided to give it another shot, hoping to support this local business. Unfortunately, not much has changed. Tonight, we ordered a thin crust pizza, a kids' pizza, a salad, and some breaded mushrooms. When the delivery arrived, the salad and mushrooms were missing, and the kids' pizza, which is supposed to be star-shaped, was just one big, uncut circle. The driver was very apologetic and quickly went back to retrieve the missing items. However, when he returned, we found our salad along with cold (not even lukewarm) mushrooms and just about a tablespoon of ranch dressing. It definitely wasn’t worth the price. I really wish they could return to how things used to be."

"My quick, no frills go-to breakfast place! Everyone that works there is always so kind. Their dishes and bakery items are straightforward and absolutely delicious. They have a great lunch menu as well. My mom loves their plain croissants and I love their coffee rolls! I love stopping by everyday for a quick break from the hustle and bustle. There's also a 15 minute parking spot right in front which is super convenient for takeout orders! Five star service deserves five star gratuities!"

"I always order the Fried zucchini and it's super delicious! The chili fries are also really good! Also the chicken salad is delicious as well! I like that they always pay attention to the notes of your special requests when you order on door dash. However yesterday I requested extra ranch dressing and they didn't give me extra ranch dressing like they always normally do so I was kinda disappointed yesterday because they didn't pY attention to my request of extra ranch dressing. Hopefully next time I order they will honor my request of adding extra ranch dressing. Oh by the way the reason why I order extra ranch dressing is because its super delicious! "I placed a pickup order on a snowy Saturday morning. I know, I know—breakfast is best enjoyed fresh from the kitchen! Although A&A is a small establishment, they do offer a dine-in option. When I spoke with Michelle, the lovely lady at the front with pink hair (my favorite color!), I let her know that I've lived here my whole life and have passed by countless times, but with the New Year here, I finally decided to stop in. I usually check Yelp for restaurant recommendations, and since they weren't listed, I had overlooked them. However, they do have excellent reviews on Google. Here’s what I ordered: The Pork Grand Slam, which includes sausage, two strips of bacon, eggs, and your choice of grits or home fries, plus pancakes. I also asked for French toast, but they mistakenly gave me waffles instead. It wasn’t a big issue, and the waffles were delicious! Michelle mentioned that they will soon be adding smoothies and grab-and-go options for busy morning commuters or anyone in need of a quick breakfast fix. The service was incredibly friendly, the atmosphere had a delightful Philly vibe, and everything I tried was bursting with flavor. And the best part? The prices are fantastic! "Before the installation of the staff, there were many issues to contend with. I placed an order through the app and arrived to pick it up. I stood there for ten minutes without anyone, not even the manager, acknowledging my presence. They were busy with a single DoorDash order and seemed overwhelmed, constantly complaining. Meanwhile, my order was bagged and sitting right in front of the employee; all she needed to do was check my name and hand it to me since it was already paid for. It took half an hour to receive a fast food order, and when I finally got it, it was stone cold. The staff’s response to my clear frustration was to suggest I should have gone to another location. I’m not one to worry about that. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I have never had a positive experience here, and I'm regretful I even tried. There are other places nearby that offer much faster and friendlier service."

"I was on my way to a work assignment around noon and was planning on skipping lunch, but I saw the storefront out of the corner of my eye as I was driving by. Still having a 70's era Coke sign with your restaurant name on it means the owners either have supreme confidence or complete apathy about their business, and since I was craving a slice, a made a U-turn to find out which one it was. The physical building probably has not seen an upgrade inside or out since Jimmy Carter was president. Red vinyl cushion stools at the counter on one side, shabby tables on the right and you have to walk through the kitchen to get to the bathrooms. This is my kind of place!!! I sat at the counter half way down from the one other person in there and could not resist ordering a plain slice and a cheesesteak with fried onions and hot peppers.Slice: thin crust and crispy at the edges. It was fine, but lacked salt.Steak: Excellent crusty roll, chopped meat was blended with the onions and peppers which is the way I like it, layered over top of the American cheese in the bottom of the roll and finished in the pizza oven. This gave the bread a delicate crunch that balanced the salty, just-oily-enough filling. It is a decent size 10 roll and I devoured all of it.This place is classic Delco. Go enjoy it!!!"

"I don't know where Lilly's gets their bread, but it is the softest and freshest around! I haven't had a bad meal here yet, but I highly recommend the meatball sub, the BLT and the pretzel bites (especially the pretzel bites with the cheese), so delicious! Everything is always tasty, freshly made and in large portions with great prices! I wish there was a larger indoor area for tables, there's only 6 or 7 available and some chairs at a small bar. However, they do also offer take out. I've never had an issue grabbing a seat, but it feels a little cramped. There are a few parking spots in the front and a few in the back lot too."

"Went to this location with my husband on his lunch break. While we were standing in line waiting for our order what I can only assume was the manager, a blond woman in plain clothes came in, walked up to the counter and loudly scolded the whole crew who were busy filling lunch orders for not line bussing cars outside. It was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing to her crew who were working and showing great customer service before she walked in. She was loud and obnoxious speaking to the crew, on her phone and allowing her child to climb all over the seats in the dining room. My husband has gone to this location in the past when they had a worker outside taking orders rather than using the drive thru and he asked for a menu and was told they didn’t have one. He left. What is the point of having someone outside taking orders if the customer can’t even look at a menu to order? We will go to another location from now on. Very unprofessional and disappointing."

"Long time customer of Joe 's. We stopped in for a family dinner 6:45pm on a Saturday 9/10/22. We were told there would be a wait on food we were okay with that. Our server is new and she had a party of ten next to our table. No problem, we understood. When the food did arrive, 2 out of 5 meals showed up, luckily they were for our children, but it took another 15 minutes to get the other 3 and we had to request silverware as we were never given any. I ordered a pot roast sandwich for myself and the kids version for my youngest. The pot roast was so dry that half of it was inedible due to being the consistency of beef jerky and they sent fries instead of the mash potatoes I ordered....I had to feed this to my toddler. The waitress came by and asked how the food was and I politely explained that the pot roast was super dry. The waitress then proceeded to tell me that she believed me and would comp the inedible meals if she could, but only managers could do that and she said, I can talk to my manager, but I highly doubt she will [discount the ticket], and then brought us our ticket without even attempting to have the manager come to our table and ran our card for payment. I feel bad for the waitress, but also, for $90.00 and ample waiting time, I expected much better food. I 'm sad to have to remove Joe 's from our night out rotation as it used to be some of the best food in town, but we won 't be coming back."

"Yesterday was a pretty awesome day. I had the precious honor to share in front of a whole bunch of beautiful women at the NWA Business Conference some of them are friends...which made it so much less scary . I didn 't eat because I was a little nervous. I went to pick up kiddos from school and then ran through Schlotzsky 's Cinnabon Rogers, AR to grab a quick bite. I reached for my wallet in my purse and it was not there....I figured surely I left it on the counter at home. The sweet people at Schlotzsky 's said to take the food and pay when I find my wallet....is that not amazing? go Schlotzsky 's!!! it felt so sweet, like 'small town ' kindness....it really WOW 'd me . I ran home...no wallet. I got that sinking feeling, you know the one? The last place I 'd seen it was at Walmart Rogers W Walnut St the night before when was checking out....so I called. I was disconnected 4 times. I remained calm. I spoke to someone at the service desk.... 'red wallet, Rebekah Shaffer ' asked to hold on a minute .... then 'what 's your name again ' .... 'Rebekah Shaffer '....silence on the line....I hold my breath...praying a whole awful lot, begging in fact.... 'It 's here Mrs. Shaffer ' PRAISE JESUS!!!!!!!! I ran to pick it up and found out that I 'd dropped it in the parking lot....over $100 cash inside....still there, as well as all my credit cards. PRAISE JESUS!!!!!! ps...you Walmart peeps are pretty awesome and thought I was quite hysterical is my time of praising God over the awesome blessings of the day! Then I ran right back to Schlotzsky 's and paid for our meal....that was really the sweetest. ps...I know I 'll never who the angel was who turned it in, but I 've prayed crazy blessings on you and your family!!! #crazy grateful pss....Go eat at Sclotzsky 's in Rogers this week!!! "I don't know what to do with the night shift at this jack, but ive went a few times in the last months and received every time passive attitude from another worker. went around 8 and got 2 meal times, received an entry for easy order. I got my meal and made a quick leak. wrong side, false drink size and none of the sauce I asked. after the job I got for the order, I thought it would be worse if I went in and asked about the right thing. "Went here because I hadn't been for over a year. When we got there it was trivia night to start with. It was loud but we wanted to have the pizza so we stayed. We ordered the stuffed cheese pizza with pepperoni but when we got it, it was a deep dish pizza. I actually thought about getting up and walking out because it was taking so long to get our order because the waitress was spending more time with trivia customers then paying attention to other customers in the building. Then once we got our order told her it wasn't we ordered and was told that they don't stuff crust. That wasn't what we ordered but we ate it because it took forever to get it. The pizza wasn't very good anyways, didn't even taste like it was fully cooked.The waitress was so wrapped up with the people doing the trivia game that we just wanted to get out of there. I use to love coming to this place but it will be a long time before I will come back to it again."

"I love Schlotzsky's but there's not one where I live, so I try to plan a stop if there's a store close to where I'm going to be. The girl/woman at the window wasn't very friendly. Tried joking around with her and she seemed to be very annoyed. Maybe she was having a bad day? My order of an original was great, as always. "I had an eggplant sub, and it was absolutely amazing! The bread was incredibly delicious, which really made a huge difference in the overall flavor. The eggplant was cooked just right—perfectly sliced and with a nice crispness! The sauce and cheese were great as well, not too overpowering. My only suggestion would be to spread the cheese out a bit more. I would definitely go back and order the same thing again, and I’m excited to try something different next time!"
