"I previously gave this place a 4-star review, but after today's experience, I'm lowering it to 3 stars. We went for breakfast just before the lunch hour, and though I understand they might have been trying to use up leftovers, the tater rounds were unacceptable. They were drenched in grease and simply a mess of scrap bits. My mom didn't receive a receipt, and since we ordered to go, we ended up having to blot the grease off with paper towels before eating. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, while my mom had a BLT. Unfortunately, both of our dishes came with fatty, chewy bacon instead of the usual crispy kind. My mom's BLT also had a soggy tomato. To top it off, we had to reheat our food (BEC and BLT) when we got to her house. Although the food was technically edible, it was quite disappointing. I would recommend not visiting when they're close to switching to lunch. On a positive note, their cheeseburgers are good, and while the fries are a bit bland, they taste fine with some ketchup, honey mustard, or any sauce you prefer."

Jacks is probably the most consistently good clean reasonably priced fast food that we go to it's just convenient, reasonably priced and it's always the same at each location which is apparently a rare quality as of late.

The food here is quite good, the service is quick, and the restaurant is well-maintained. I have no complaints! The quality of the food surpasses that of most competitors, and it appears to be freshly made. Unlike some fast food places that serve soggy fries and burgers that have been sitting around too long, Jack's has got it right. I can genuinely enjoy my meal here. I have no hesitation in recommending them!

I absolutely love Jack's! Today, though—oh my goodness! Every employee was overwhelmed. The microwave broke, which meant no pancakes, and the restaurant was packed with customers who had already placed their orders. Some people were getting quite frustrated because their orders were incomplete. My order was incorrect as well. The staff was so busy that it felt almost impossible for them to keep up. Things got a bit heated at the front counter and drive-thru a few times. After about 35 minutes of waiting, they finally managed to catch up and get our orders sorted out. It was a long wait and a bit chaotic, but I know it was just a rough day. I still love Jack's!
