"This is a fantastic family restaurant! The food is great, and it's a wonderful place to dine. My favorites are the Chicken Parmesan and the Chef's Salad, but they also serve breakfast, turkey dinners, broiled Tilapia, and more. I generally avoid fried foods, so I can't comment on those, but it's hard to find places that serve real turkey breast in their club or turkey sandwiches. I also believe this is one of the few places in the city where you can enjoy a traditional turkey dinner every day (unlike others that now serve pressed turkey... yuck). Don't miss out on their amazing homemade Greek dressing—it's some of the best I've ever tasted. The service tends to be better earlier in the day and not as good close to closing time. The owners are fantastic, always caring for their customers and accommodating their needs. The prices are very reasonable too. You really get a hometown feel in this restaurant!"

"We had the cheesesteak and chicken fingers. Both were just so so, we may have been expecting a little more than what we got. Cheesesteak was small and dry and the chicken fingers were Luke warm. People were nice and had a neat atmosphere. We love Bee Gee sauce but the one at the restaurant didn't seem to be as good as what you get at the store. I would like to try the peanut butter milkshake one day. Parking: Hard to get out sometimes due to traffic."

"Before the installation of the staff, there were many issues to contend with. I placed an order through the app and arrived to pick it up. I stood there for ten minutes without anyone, not even the manager, acknowledging my presence. They were busy with a single DoorDash order and seemed overwhelmed, constantly complaining. Meanwhile, my order was bagged and sitting right in front of the employee; all she needed to do was check my name and hand it to me since it was already paid for. It took half an hour to receive a fast food order, and when I finally got it, it was stone cold. The staff’s response to my clear frustration was to suggest I should have gone to another location. I’m not one to worry about that. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I have never had a positive experience here, and I'm regretful I even tried. There are other places nearby that offer much faster and friendlier service."

"Went to this location with my husband on his lunch break. While we were standing in line waiting for our order what I can only assume was the manager, a blond woman in plain clothes came in, walked up to the counter and loudly scolded the whole crew who were busy filling lunch orders for not line bussing cars outside. It was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing to her crew who were working and showing great customer service before she walked in. She was loud and obnoxious speaking to the crew, on her phone and allowing her child to climb all over the seats in the dining room. My husband has gone to this location in the past when they had a worker outside taking orders rather than using the drive thru and he asked for a menu and was told they didn’t have one. He left. What is the point of having someone outside taking orders if the customer can’t even look at a menu to order? We will go to another location from now on. Very unprofessional and disappointing."

"I don't know what to do with the night shift at this jack, but ive went a few times in the last months and received every time passive attitude from another worker. went around 8 and got 2 meal times, received an entry for easy order. I got my meal and made a quick leak. wrong side, false drink size and none of the sauce I asked. after the job I got for the order, I thought it would be worse if I went in and asked about the right thing. I guess I'd better get to the cloverdale jacks."

"When I pulled up the line was wrapped around the building and out into the side street so I knew I was in the right place! Sure enough the service was fast and efficient without compromising one iota of friendly southern charm. And the food?! Simply delicious! I got a breakfast platter with scrambled eggs and turkey sausage and country fries as my side item but the variety of options is wonderful and the team clearly is a team and they know what they are doing. I also tried my first Cheerwine and that was also a very pleasant experience. Biscuitville is worth every one of the 5 stars I have ranked it and if you haven't yet you should definitely check it out!"

"Incredibly rude in the window, would not listen to our order and again and again the wrong element. Do you have arguments with my partner, and said ?we don?t have chicken sandwiches by 10:00?, when it was 9:58. Had?t even around to try the food, just ran away because of the increasing rude/annoyed attitude of the person on the window. We also tried to be polite and reasonable, but this person clearly had a day?, and instead of potentially escalating, it was better to just go. It seems to have a staff/management problem quite consistent. In the past, when others have taken my order from this place, objects (hazardous) have been understated. I suggest waiting for about 4 exits and meeting the next Bojangles near Gibsonville. Nicer, better prepared."

"The food was ok but the service was not. The person taking orders stopped taking orders and made us wait while she answered and took a personal call that lasted quite a while without any urgency as more people lined up behind us. I would have ordered a plate lunch but thought I should stick with a sandwich since it was so long ordering. No menu was in sight, we had to request a munu twice before finally getting to see one. When the canned soft drinks were brought to the table, they were hot, no cup or ice was offered and we had no opportunity to request it as she hurried away. If I had not been with others, I would have left and done without. I won't be back any time soon, if ever."

"I visited Jack's before 8 PM on a Monday night and was disappointed with my experience. My chicken took 15 minutes to prepare, the fries were cold and undercooked, and the pie was barely thawed. I had to come home and put everything in the air fryer for 7 minutes just to enjoy my meal. This doesn't really qualify as 'fast food.' Additionally, they never seem to have the strawberry pies available; I think they should just remove them from the menu! Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner."
