"Incredibly rude in the window, would not listen to our order and again and again the wrong element. Do you have arguments with my partner, and said ?we don?t have chicken sandwiches by 10:00?, when it was 9:58. Had?t even around to try the food, just ran away because of the increasing rude/annoyed attitude of the person on the window. We also tried to be polite and reasonable, but this person clearly had a day?, and instead of potentially escalating, it was better to just go. It seems to have a staff/management problem quite consistent. In the past, when others have taken my order from this place, objects (hazardous) have been understated. I suggest waiting for about 4 exits and meeting the next Bojangles near Gibsonville. Nicer, better prepared."

Friendly pleasant service which is refreshing for a fast food drive-thru.

I used to come here every morning for breakfast. They serve fresh biscuits every morning. Today I came for lunch and they still had fresh biscuits available. The customer service is excellent. View menu

Adorned like an off-brand KFC with a light touch of spices. Over salty the frits so bad I thought I would lick a salt block. I put them in the garbage. Biscuits were good and the staff was okay.

The restaurant at this specific location is incredibly warm and welcoming, reminiscent of Southern hospitality. However, the bacon could have been cooked a bit more thoroughly, and there is inconsistent use of masks to protect diners.

It was late in the evening and they were short on chicken however the manager made us a deal with the chicken they had left. I was very well pleased with the service. Even though they did not have the chicken I wanted the manager took care of us and made sure our experience was pleasant. View menu

Ordered a fish sandwich and asked for extra tarter sauce twice when she handed me the sandwich I asked does it have extra tarter sauce and she said yes. I checked it in the parking lot and it barley had any so I went back to the drive thru and asked for some tarter sauce to put on my sandwich and they refused to give me a pack or little cup of it. I'll never go there again.

I?ve been meaning to leave this review for a while. I came to this location about 2-3 days ago, and there was a girl working drive thru..her name was either Amy or Ashley (I can?t remember I?m getting old) absolutely amazing customer service and she made me smile with her unique sense of humor, and kindness!!! When you start to get older it?s the small things that make your day! Can?t wait to visit this location again! Hopefully she?s working drive thru, when I come.

"The Park has become one of our favorite spots for breakfast. They offer a wide menu featuring classic southern-style breakfast options and lunch diner fare. Our go-to choice is the breakfast special which includes two eggs, sausage, bacon, choice of grits or hash browns, and either pancakes or a waffle for around $5. Unlike many other diners, the eggs here are not greasy. Our review is based solely on breakfast as we have not tried their lunch menu. The standout feature of The Park is the exceptional service. The staff is incredibly friendly, engaging in conversation and ensuring that coffee, tea, and water are always topped up. They regularly check in to ensure everything is to your liking and always wear a smile. It's a delight to dine here. Saturday mornings at The Park are something we eagerly anticipate. While the restaurant is often busy, it doesn't usually take long to be seated. We frequently bring our young daughter along, and the servers are always kind and attentive to her. They love when she draws them pictures and engage with her warmly. While the food may not be the absolute best we've ever had, and there aren't any standout unique dishes on the menu, the focus is on serving tasty and fresh diner fare that is always served piping hot. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable, but it's the friendly service that truly sets The Park apart."
