"I honestly never know what to expect when I come to this jacks From them giving me the wrong order or giving me food that’s not fresh. I truly don’t even know what to look for when I come like today. They gave me the order that they wanted me to have. I asked for a two cheeseburger combo with no onions and no pickles. Also, I had a kids tender meal that had a fruit punch and I got a lemonade. They gave me a two cheeseburger combo WITH PICKLES and a lemonade. The kids meal order also had a LEMONADE when I asked for a FRUIT PUNCH, but at least my food was fresh. So I give them a 7/10 today. NOT TO MENTION THEY TAKE SUPERRRRRRRRRR LONG IN THE DRIVE THRU LIKE WHAT IS REALLY UP?? Place is expensive. Got 2 breakfast burritos in the morning. Things were tiny, Lil bigger than my thumb. At over $2 a piece, not what I would call a good value. Got a burger there for lunch. Can’t figure out how to punch an order in to save their life, even worse was, I was the only person in the drive thru. Gave me the smallest pieces of chicken, supposed to be a breast and two “chefs” choice according to their receipt. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. However it won’t happen again. (Jacks Owner) that responded to the review, you’ve said sorry on 90% of your reviews. Should probably flush the crew ad start over, or sell the restaurant. If only I could give zero stars. Terrible management and service. I came in drive thru and my order wasn’t fulfilled. I parked and came inside and every single employee was on their cellphones wearing PPE’s (gloves) while handling food. As a 23year Federal compliance officer with USDA, I observed cross contamination while handling food being served to the public. I spoke with the manager about the noncompliances I observed. I swore to protect the public from foodborne illnesses but these employees do not care. We been working recalls that’s causing harm and death to people nonstop and these establishments don’t care.
