"The burger at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! I visited with a group of friends a few weeks ago after hearing great reviews, and I must say the burger definitely lives up to the hype. We also tried the Steak Frites, which were also delicious, but I felt they could use a bit more variety. The fries were tasty and there was a generous portion, but adding some greens to the dish would be a great addition. The drinks were just right, both refreshing and with a nice kick. I wouldn't hesitate to come back for another Wolf Burger."

"I am very disappointed by the service. there were so many things wrong when they were charged for 3 courses during Valentine's Day! here to name a few: first, the host tried to sit in the outside for a 3-course dinner. the lounge table and seats are much lower than a standard dinner height. then we asked to move inside and sat on a community table for Valentine's Day. I hadn't expected to share table with someone else, especially we had a dinner reservation. Secondly, we waited almost 30 minutes and no server came by. later we found out that bartender was too busy making cocktails and no time to serve tables assigned to him. I think manager should help in this situation, but nothing happened. we had to literally ask ourselves for the bartender attention. After barkeeper had taken over the orders, it took about 30 minutes to serve the first appetizers and it was a wrong order. at the time we could not even get the attention of our bartender because he was too busy at the bar. then it took another 30 minutes to serve me a main course while my date had to wait for eating. after another long waiting period he finally got his main course, but the next court was missing. we had no choice and started eating. my steak has already become cold. to give them an idea, we came to the restaurant at 7:15 o'clock and the main course was served at 9 o'clock. it's so bad! the missing next-court finally came when we almost ended our meal personally, I don't think the bartender should all take blame. I hope that management can give the manager and all the staff a proper training. this is my first and also the last time to visit the restaurant. I'm sorry, I'm not coming back soon."

After another long wait, he finally got his main course but the side dish was missing . We had no choice and started to eat m. Also, my steak already turned cold. To give you an idea, we arrived the restaurant at 7:15PM and main course was served at 9PM. This is how bad it is! The missing side dish finally arrived when we almost finished our meals Personally, i don’t think the bartender should take all blames. I hope the management can give more proper training to the manager and all staff. However, this is my first and also the last time to visit the restaurant. Sorry, I won’t be coming back anytime soon."

"I recently dined at LEVEL Restaurant Bar, and it exceeded all my expectations. This establishment truly stands out with its remarkable blend of delectable cuisine, impeccable service, and inviting ambiance. Visiting during lunchtime, we ordered shrimp tempura rolls, Philly rolls, Singapore noodles with chicken, and the lunch salmon hibachi bento box, which was accompanied by a flavorful miso soup and a refreshing salad with ginger dressing. Surprisingly, even items I typically overlook, such as the soup and salad, proved to be exceptional. Our waitress was incredibly hospitable and attentive throughout the meal. Moreover, the Asian red sangria served here was simply divine. Despite any initial reservations one might have based on the exterior appearance, the interior of the restaurant is stunning, particularly the dynamic display of colorful lights at the bar. I wholeheartedly give LEVEL Restaurant Bar a perfect score of 10 and enthusiastically recommend it. Without a doubt, this establishment has earned its place as my new favorite spot for sushi in Richmond, VA."

"We celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. Our server, Jess, was incredibly sweet, attentive, and truly a joy to be around. The food was outstanding! We ordered baby clams, crab cakes, halibut, and the special sea bass, and everything was cooked to perfection. The only drawback was that our clams had quite a bit of sand in them, but as a cook myself, I understand how challenging it can be to clean baby clams. Our teenage son is a big foodie and seafood lover, so we ended up ordering an extra round of crab cakes for him. Overall, it was a lovely evening with exceptional food. The front host and hostess were also very welcoming. Kudos to everyone for a job well done! We will definitely be returning! Thank you for making our anniversary so special. We truly love this place!"

"My bf and I went to bully boy for Valentine’s weekend made reservations at first it was hard to find parking bc all the different restaurants sharing the same parking lot. The hosts got us a nice table in the back of the restaurant. It’s small so it was packed but not uncomfortable. Our server was cool and helpful. The drinks was good and the food was great as well. Only thing I have a problem with is how small the food was. Plus it’s was kinda expensive for the portion. Overall nice place to eat but probably come back again if we I have a group of people."

"Really love the Bao buns here, my favourite is the Spicy Thai the sauce is spicy and delicious. The Bao is fresh and soft and worth trying. They have various options and i am sure that everything tastes good. One Bao is small and may be should try more than one. The Fat fries here are good too, the kimcheenaise tastes in the fries is really good. The fries are thin and crispy. Overall it's a good experience. It's a self service restaurant and I recommend finding a seat before you load your hands your order! ?"

"The server was excellent and the owner was very kind. However, when we arrived at 5:30 pm, the music was too loud and gave the restaurant a club-like atmosphere despite there only being a few people. As more patrons arrived, the music got even louder and everyone had to speak louder to be heard, making for a very uncomfortable noise level. It was a shame because the restaurant had the potential to be a lovely Asian dining spot."

"Ambiance is great especially if you want views of the SF skyline. The staff were nice however the service was painfully slow and some of the servers were not familiar with the menu. We went of NYE pre fixe menu and there were only 2 options for mains and we opted for the bossam with 3 diff fillings. My family and I expected a rather decently sized amount of fillings and sauces with a few baos for each person. What came was literally a slice of each type of meet person and only 3 baos to share amongst 3 people. I was down right flabbergasted. So it seems like what we paid for was just 1 bao per person and 3 slice of meats/ mushroom. I had never expected this from an Asian inspired menu and never experienced this little of food even from the Michelin starred restaurants. My family did not have a great meal to end the night and ring in the new year unfortunately."

"I found the Popcorn Chicken to be overly greasy, even for fried chicken; it tasted more like fried chicken fat. The Baos had a rather dull flavor. The pork belly was just a single slab that didn't fit well in the bao bun. The duck meat was completely lacking in flavor. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place."
