"I ordered the lobster bisque, which was good and contained chunks of lobster. Personally, I think it could have benefited from a splash of sherry. We also tried the seafood-stuffed jalapeños, but they were quite disappointing. Despite having a mix of ingredients like seafood, speck, and smoked gouda, they lacked flavor.
For my main course, I had the Chilean sea bass, which was exquisite; it practically melted in my mouth. It had a delicate, thin crust and a delicious savory flavor. Unfortunately, the rice and carrots were forgettable, and I found the rice a bit undercooked, which didn't pair well with the fish.
My partner ordered oysters, which he enjoyed, followed by the boneless rib. He found the rib excellent, nicely charred on the outside with a tender medium finish inside. He also had the garlic potatoes, which were good, but he remarked that mine were better.
Overall, the prices are quite high, and the steaks are a la carte, meaning sides like the potatoes come at an additional cost. Despite this, we will likely return, as the lobster bisque and ribeye were delicious enough to guarantee a second visit."
