"First issue: the woman at the front was lounging on the counter and didn’t even bother to get up when I approached. This is a restaurant! Staff shouldn’t be sitting on the counter like that.
Second issue: I ordered chips and queso, but it wasn't in the bag. Instead, she brought me a small half-filled paper bag of chips. When I asked about the usual plastic bag that the chips come in, she insisted they always serve them in a paper bag. I explained that they typically come in a taped plastic bag with reheating instructions, but she continued to argue. Eventually, I requested that she just add more chips because the portion was too small. Showing irritation, she went back and returned with maybe a handful more chips, without any apology.
Third issue: the entire order was cold! I live only five minutes away, so it didn't get cold during transit. Clearly, the food was prepared too early and left sitting out for too long.
Fourth issue: I was given California heat tacos instead of the tempura shrimp I ordered. From now on, I’ll drive a little further to the Prosper location, hoping their employees provide better service."
