"nougatine at jean georges is the perfect pre-lincoln center dining place. our waiter was very nice when he came beyond the programmed what brings you to us today? and service was attentive. the early evening views of columbus circle at this time of the year are funny. the pointed zehenkuchen appetizer was excellent. unfortunately the lachs was overcooked. the list of weeping through the glass offered some very nice choices. the exquisite amuse beech before dinner were thin sparing in a spicy panko crust with a lemon based dipping sauce. the French pommes were too salty. dessert was the always excellent warm varona chocolate cake. we're coming back. not always perfect, but close."

Went in for breakfast on my birthday and the seats were super sticky, a HUGE MOTH flew on our table (i kno insects are everywhere but it just added to my ehh experience). And my solvklaki was SUPER GREASY and under seasoned for like the 2nd time ever in 10+. My husband also had a steak omelet and meat super under seasoned. The service was ok, she seemed understaffed and or overwhelmed. Ima give this place a break n revisit next year maybeDietary restrictions: Wished theyd consider non pork eaters who loved their food n separate meats, first sulvaki reeked of pork. Asked to be sent back n the waitress kindly obliged."

"The staff is consistently kind, which is especially nice because many places aren't very accommodating when you bring a baby. However, this restaurant has always treated us warmly when we visit with our little one. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who has served us during our last few visits. She’s such a delightful person with a friendly and welcoming smile. She's also incredibly attentive to her tables, always on the go. When I remember her name, I’ll update this review to give her the recognition she truly deserves for being so wonderful!"

"The Buttery had been our favorite dining spot in Lewes until this trip. We often celebrate our anniversaries on the beach and have enjoyed many memorable meals at The Buttery. However, the new menu just isn't the same. While the food we had was decent, it wasn’t good enough to justify the prices, and the portion sizes were outrageous. We’re accustomed to fine dining, so it's not a matter of not knowing how upscale restaurants operate. For instance, the $17 octopus appetizer, while tasty, contained what could only be about 2 ounces of octopus - and that's probably a generous estimate. We’re now on the hunt for a new favorite place to celebrate on the beach. The menu just didn't resonate with us, and the food quality was inconsistent (like the overly salty ramen served with the scallops, chef!). Overall, The Buttery no longer seems worth the cost."

"A large order of biscuits in gravy is under $6 and enough for two people. It's 3 huge split biscuits. Best breakfast here to St Louis Service is prompt- attitudes are awesome and it looks like a little quiet bar with good home cooking. A plus for me is always rye toast. They have country fried steak dinners $10 with all the fixings and blackberry cobbler for $3 as their special today. Best pre-covid pricing since they've re-enslaved Americans under this imperialist Roman-American empire. Long live the king (of breakfast)"

"highly recommended. they were here a few times and love her gelato. it is $6 for a small (you can choose up to two aromes), it is very rich in taste, so a small is always enough for me. I also bought a pint before I take home. the mascarpone and berries is my absolute favorit, not too sweet. the dark chocolate is also really good, but it is definitiw for the dark chocolate lovers, as it is light on the bitter side. if they are in the city, would recommend taking a shovel or a pint home. they also have the opportunity to get espresso over the top, which could be better"

"I recently enjoyed a delightful breakfast with my husband, which included a bakery item that I requested—a small cinnamon bun. However, when the server brought it out, I was pleasantly surprised by its generous size, and it tasted amazing! I couldn’t resist taking some home to enjoy later. Yesterday, I returned to Polly's for lunch with a friend, and we both opted for the chicken salad sandwich, which was once again exceptional. I also picked up some raisin bread and a lemon meringue pie to take home. Everything was delicious! I would definitely visit Polly's again."

"On the website it said 7.95 for a wrap. I ended up paying a little over 10$. I asked what came with it and nothing, no fry?s, chips, pickle. I enjoyed the wrap but 10$ for a small wrap really is not worth it for me, especially when I was expecting to pay around 8. There are other places to get good food that will come with a side. I?d double check the price before ordering here again."

"My favorite dine-in spot over on the east side is Effy's Kitchen, I take my family friends there for breakfast after church service on Sundays. Super nice staff, great atmosphere, the best service ever food is really fresh and great, we always leave feeling nourished ready to take on the day. So this morning I decided to give Effy's Cafe over on the west side a try thinking they might be affiliated so I expected same service food quality... I ordered the avocado toast sunny side up eggs w/ an iced americano.... sadly the takeout plating at the cafe was not the best. I wouldn't do take out here again. The pita toast was really soggy, drenched in running egg white and yolk, I asked for extra avocado it was smothered all over the container top lid. It was just that the take out container was much too small for the dish, looking at it made me loose my appetite... it had to go to waste but the iced Americano was superb! ... However, I'm not giving up on the cafe just yet...perhaps it will be a different experience dining in ... I'll hit the spot in person tomorrow after church .... but they definitely need to improve their take out service ... a bit of thought effort I'm sure customers would greatly appreciate Effy's Cafe for it."

"Absolutely delicious! I can't get enough of the banberry pie. It's a delightful blend of banana cream pie and strawberry-banana shake! I can't quite find the words to describe this pie, but one thing is for sure: it's the best pie I've ever tasted, and I would recommend it endlessly. Just order it already—you won't be disappointed, I promise! Adding extra whipped cream takes this slice of pie to a whole new level of amazing! "First time here. We live a block away and have been meaning to try it for a while. We got the breakfast sandwiches (both bacon ham) and they are hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. The cheese danish and coffee cake were so good. You may have to wait on the weekend because of their (well earned) popularity but it is 1000% worth it. Everything is made fresh."

"As a first-time visitor, I can confidently say that I will be returning. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. "We usually love Sano Cafe, but this morning we had our usual avocado toast and green juice orders and both were completely different versions of the usual excellent dishes. The avocado toast had what appeared to be pre-packaged (Costco probably) avocado smeared on top. It was definitely not fresh and tasted like greasy citric acid. The green juice was mostly just canned or jarred apple juice with some green powder blended in. There was no green taste, just sickly sweet apple. We love Sano and hope that they can go back to being our go-to freshly made healthy breakfast spot."
