"Great food. comfortable atmosphere, felt welcomed and appreciated for my patronage of their business. Custom made artsy décor heightened the dining experience., fast service however the wait staff seemed to have slight language barrier communication issues, however the wait staff does actually try to make your visit pleasant and the food is great so you really can't complain. The meats inside my huge burrito was perfectly cooked. rice was excellent so were the beans the chorizo inside was perfectly smoky and spicy ... fresh chips made in house... churros were warm and yummy... Prices were average, for above average quality, good value. big portions. left full and satisfied with out breaking my wallet. the décor on the inside was much more enticing than the outside of the building. typical 17th century Spanish look, yet with modern custom hand made art was everywhere. even in the bath room... Hand made iron and colorful glass chandelier was the center piece of the main dining room. really made for a pleasant experience. this is my 4th visit to this place in about 4 years.... every time the experience was very consistent. One of the top tasting meals you can get in morgantown..."

"Absolutely terrible service, the waiter messed up our order, the food was terrible. I ordered a taco salad with chicken, it had no cheese, no taste only wet water chicken on salad in a taco dish, disgusting. We ordered the lunch menu they loaded from the dinner menu. We ordered chimichan gas with rice they forgot the rice. We ordered Mac n cheese from the children's menu and it is obviously combed Mac n cheese, it was dry and not mixed it had powder lumps in it. We ordered 21 ounces of margaritas and got 12 ounces and were charged for the 21 ounces. the service was terrible, the food was terrible. Manager or whoever came with a setting and said well that you ate it. For years his food has always been good snoring service well, but not today. If you are Mexican, get red carpet treatment. Our waiter hardly communicated with us, we had to show another waitress to get attention. Don?t order queso unless you want to dive less than 4 ounces near $5 for watered cheese. The waiters were unclear today and the food was disgusting. Go back. Next time Casa Grande will try. Spent $53 for a miserable meal and miserable service and a manager with an arrogant setting that seemed rude and arrogant. We weren't rude to her, but they informed of everything that was wrong and the best she could was good that you ate it. Yes, could I? just sat there and waited for the waiter who disappeared and asked her to take it back, but it was quite frustrating trying to get someone?s Attention! I ate only part of the bowl, the salad was slimy from the watery chicken. Don't go here. We'll never be back. A long customer lost today."

"We have ordered from here many times and never had a problem however today that was not the case. A chicken quesadilla was ordered ONLY chicken and cheese and was made incorrectly. no big deal, we drive back to the restaurant and ask for it to be remade and the man up front was very rude but went to tell the kitchen to remake it. long story short, it was made wrong again. when brought to their attention they were very rude once again. will not be going back. how do you mess up a chicken quesadilla amd then attack the customer when its brought to your attention ?????"

"Mariachi Loco is by far the best Mexican restaurant in the area. The staff is welcoming, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is lively. We have been dining here for three or four years now and have never been let down. My wife, who is vegetarian, consistently finds excellent options on the menu, while I, as a meat lover, have enjoyed a variety of beef, pork, chicken, and shrimp dishes. Even when the restaurant is busy, waiting for a table or booth is always worthwhile. The staff is very attentive and happy to accommodate special requests. The service is quick, the food is superb, and the vibe is friendly. We have never had any complaints and couldn’t ask for a better dining experience."

"Fantastic place to bring a date or family. The music isn't loud for a Latino place. You can talk and hear others....!!! The food is perfect, with this touch of the family square as no other. Authentic Mexican Flavor and the entire staff is bilingual. No mini skirts on the waitress, the point to sell a good experience, no fishing for costumes interested in sexy experience like other Trashy Latino restaurants. "We went to Sauza's on a whim last night after not being able to get into the restaurant we wanted to and we were thoroughly impressed with this place. We were seated right away and our server took care of us immediately. We think maybe due to a bit of a language barrier she didn't understand a question my husband had and she quickly went to get Daniel, who we found out is the new owner and that's when everything got even better! Daniel is an AMAZING person who has GREAT hospitality skills, a genuinely good personality and a true passion for his business. He answered our questions (we're very well versed on Mexican cuisine) and once we had our food, even came back to ask how everything was. I had a minor tidbit of constructive criticism about my dish although it was delicious and he took it very well (I mean I ate it all LoL)! We will definitely be back and encourage anyone looking to support a small business with great food to visit Sauza's and let Daniel know that Danny and Jenny sent you! ?"

"The salsa was bland and lacked any texture. The Skinny Margarita was far too sweet; after two tries, it went from overly sugary to just ridiculous. The bar staff really needs some training—if they had focused on perfecting just a few quality margaritas, they could have achieved a much better flavor balance. The white cheese dip was too runny and had no chili or texture; it was even thinner than paint. While it tasted okay, my son couldn't finish his hamburger because the bun was soggy and unappealing. We've had enjoyable experiences here in the past, but this time was disappointing. I hope my feedback is helpful to the small business owners, but sadly, we won't be coming back. It's a shame because it didn't live up to expectations."

If the store cannot handle mobile orders promptly, why do they accept them in the first place? It felt like the staff was entirely focused on dine-in customers, completely neglecting those who ordered through the app. Mobile order customers are also customers and deserve equal attention. This was the longest wait I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant, and to make matters worse, no staff member even bothered to provide an update or respond to my concerns. "The building is nice inside and outside. The parking lot was clean and there was plenty of parking. I was there for a business meeting. I ordered the lunch portion of three enchiladas. The service was slow and the wait staff doesn't work together for the benefit of all customers. Eye contact is limited and I had to get the attention of someone to order. My water wasn't refilled and I never received my check. When I was ready to go, I walked to the register and paid for my meal. The salsa is wonderful and not very spicy. It was just right in my opinion. The guacamole needed lots of salt to bring out the flavor. The cheese sauce was delicious and, most of all the enchiladas were perfect. All in all it was a great experience but the wait staff needs to step it up. Tips are earned not just given because you took my order and handed me my food with no interaction. Overall I recommend going to this place for a delicious Mexican meal!"
