"My driver went above and beyond to deliver a hot pizza after I made a mistake entering the address. I've not received customer service like that for years.The gluten free pizza was amazing as well. The crust was nothing special, for those of us used to the standard GF crusts. But the way it was cooked, the cheese, and the toppings were exceptional. Highly recommend for my Celiac homies."

"Took the kiddos there. It's a nice place, the waitress wasn't too friendly we ordered pizza and spaghetti for one it's was a small plate. When the food came, it smelled like dish water pizza was on the overcooked side when we got home. Boy, did we have a line to the bathroom because we all got sick? You see, the last time we went there to eat it was great so we won't go there again and the waitress demanded a tip"

"Ate here w our kids and had a nice meal. Kids had a buffet designed for them which worked out great and. Ore higher end restaurants should heed this call. $15 each but included lots of choices which kids love as well as deserts and a drink. I had the swordfish which was a bit overdone and a bit tasteless. My wife had the filet which was served over a tomatoe based medley of zucchini and squash which really didn't go with it very well. Read reviews and told side of Russell sprouts was roasted but they arrived steamed and again tasteless. All in the best part of the meal was our excellent waiter. Ate at pacific grille the night before and that meal was a lot tastier."

"I usually go to 67th but i was in the area and ordered from this Jerk 48 thinking I would get the same quality as the other location, but that was not the case. The prices was not listed on the menu board or on the receipt had to get a menu for the prices. 20.08 for a jerk chicken dinner with cabbage and mac cheese. The chicken was dry and not seasoned. The peas and rice was dry and only a spoon full in the box. The mac cheese was creamy with no cheese. $13.23 for a jerk chicken Alfredo and it was a box full of noodles. No sauce, barely any meat/broccoli. $9.41 for a 1/4 white chicken and had to buy sides separate $5.19 for green beans potatoes and they were dry with all potatoes and 3 beans. $5.19 for mac cheese that was creamy with no cheese. All the portions sizes was small and the food was not edible. I spent $59.00 dollars for nothing i just wrote the money off as a loss. definitely will not be wasting my time or money at this establishment again."

"The outside seating with built-in table fire definitely added to our dinner experience. The food was also some of the best Greek food I've had in the suburbs. Unfortunately, there were both delays in receiving our drinks as well as missing orders that couldn't be resubmitted due to kitchen closure; however, our server was very apologetic did what able to rectify the situation."

"Jess 'n Nic's Pizzeria Pub is undoubtedly the best place to eat in the Gray/Windham area! The service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the food is simply amazing! "Update: Have stopped going as the pizza price for a cheese pizza is now $11 and most specialty pizzas are around $18. I get the need to increase prices but $5 to $11 is a bug jump.When the prices started going up the quality seemed to have gone down. Last few times we ordered there we were disappointed in the pizza itself. Not sure if a management/staff change happened or what but it all started when prices began to rise. I can get as good, if not better, of a deal from other places that deliver.This is my go to pizza place. One of the best pizza places in the area and only $5 for a cheese pizza!Quick, friendly service and a good variety on the menu."

"I've been a long-time fan of this restaurant and usually order delivery since I have a lively 6-year-old who keeps me on my toes. Going in to place an order can be quite a challenge for me while trying to keep up with him. I ordered the family meal, which included pizza, wings, and a large salad. I knew I would have plenty of food—it's convenient for me and the leftovers make for a quick snack the next day. Last night, I was informed that delivery would take 55 minutes, and I had no problem with the $4.99 delivery fee plus a $5 tip. However, I didn't expect the pizza to arrive cold. It was disappointing to pay $45 for a medium pizza that wasn't warm. To top it off, they were 20 minutes late beyond their estimated delivery time. Anyway, that's that!"

"This is my first time eating at THIS location on Vandyke 696... I first ate at The Crab House many years ago at their location on 7 Mile and Evergreen area and that was when the small crab leg dinners were $9.99 when they first opened up. I remember living in Clinton Township on 16 Mile road and Groesbeck and driving all the way to 7 Mile and Evergreen several times a month. The food was good at this location customer service was pretty good. My picture isn't the best picture because the lighting was terrible (sorry about that and my daughter tilted the bag and they rearranged the food and some of sauce spilled out. One daughter loves the eggs and my other daughter wanted a piece of chicken with her fried catfish) but it tasted really delicious. It was fresh and hot. The wait wasn't too long and you can also dine in. The dining area is fairly large and it was clean. I recommend this place and I will be returning."

"I had a delicious dinner at this restaurant with pasta and creamy dishes. I highly recommend trying the buffalo penne pasta with blue cheese and the Caesar salad, as well as the garlic bread with cheese. The Caesar salad was okay, but the pasta and bread were excellent. The portions here are generous and satisfying. Although the prices are slightly higher than other places, the quality and quantity of the food make it worth it. The staff is friendly and parking is convenient. The restaurant is a good size and the atmosphere is cozy. The only downside is that the street parking can be a bit tight. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return for another meal."
