"eating is excellent, but this is it. place was empty, but they sat us at a tiny table in a strange place. Excessive, sticky, plexiglass usage throughout the whole. I understand that, but there are many better options nowadays. eating was brought out in a strange order that they simply diceed all on the table instead of moving to a niche in the completely empty restaurant. our server was very uninterested to take care of us."

"First time at the restaurant. Great food. Very generous portion. Fantastic service. Shout out to our server, Jack. He was so friendly and attentive. Outside of the food, We would come back for him. He made us all so welcome. We had the love boat for two for three ppl. Also added a spicy girl specialty roll, baby bok Chou, and house fried rice for our non sushi eater. They gave us the fried ice cream in the house for one of our birthday. We will definitely come back again. Cheers Ohayo, you gain another loyal customer."

"This is a great place. We arrived at a quiet time on New Year's day and the place filled up while we ate a wonderful meal of excellent sushi and sashimi with wine and green tea. The servers were attentive and helpful with suggestions about which specials might appeal based on our other preferences--which proved quite accurate. We had a great time!"

"I was so happy to have sushi after a long time. Someone I know got very sick after eating at a different sushi restaurant in Connecticut and we did not frequent any during the Covid shutdown because I did not know how much the food was turning over. We were in New York at a nearby hotel and Hirsohi Sushi popped up as one of the possibilites for dinner. The food was excellent. I was happy we went and will likely stop there again when in New York."

"Who would have imagined that tucked away in a tiny nondescript strip mall, you would find a Japanese fusion restaurant that is a delight from the minute you walk in? Very simple yet artfully comfortable and welcoming decor. The server was extremely pleasant and attentive. The service fast and professional and the presentation, incomparable. Did I mention the food? Outstanding! Fresh, attractive, vibrant, creative, widely varied and OH SO DELICIOUS. The price? Food this good deserves to be a bit pricey. It was worth it. Our new Fairbanks favorite! Can't visit again soon enough. An incredible dining experience! You simply must experience Fushimi.."

"A restaurant must do two things: first it must give you high quality food. Second, it must give you the food in a smooth and timely manner. The food here is... Good enough. The fish is fresh, although it's certainly not the best in the area. The service is... Awful. It took more than 2 hours an hour to receive everything in a restaurant that wasn't even half full. It seems that they prioritize takeout, which is unacceptable in a restaurant with this setup. I should not be able to watch the sushi chef make different rolls in front of me only for all of them to go in a brown bag and shipped outside of a restaurant. I don't care how good the food is if the servers don't bring it. To add to this, the server barely understood English. This place is extremely unprofessional, and I will make sure not to come here again."
