The fish is fresh, although it's certainly not the best in the area. The service is... Awful. It took more than 2 hours an hour to receive everything in a restaurant that wasn't even half full. It seems that they prioritize takeout, which is unacceptable in a restaurant with this setup. I should not be able to watch the sushi chef make different rolls in front of me only for all of them to go in a brown bag and shipped outside of a restaurant. I don't care how good the food is if the servers don't bring it. To add to this, the server barely understood English. This place is extremely unprofessional, and I will make sure not to come here again."

Place is terrible. It’s overpriced for miniature sashimi and tiny, tasteless rolls. Please don’t waste your money.

Easily the best local sushi place. There's only really one other option and that place is terrible. The fish here is fresh and the chefs really know what they're doing.

The fish is fine fresh but overall lacking flair. Drinks are horrible and atmosphere is bad. This place must mostly do take out because it is not operated to encourage dining in.

This is definitely the best sushi in Bronxville, without a doubt. It's extremely underrated. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend you do. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the atmosphere feels truly authentic.

The food here is quite good, but the atmosphere is just average—nothing to write home about. The service was a bit challenging, as the waiter seemed to have difficulty understanding what club soda or seltzer is. Initially, he served my friend a Coke, and later just brought her a glass of water. This was my second visit to Kaito; my first was for dinner, and they were busier then, which I think made the food better. During this lunch visit, there weren't many customers. I'm sure I'll return, but next time I'll ensure it's for dinner.
