"PMS Deli is located along London Bridge Rd. just south of the intersection with Dam Neck Rd. It is part of a small shopping center, and can be accessed heading southbound on London Bridge Rd. or through the back entrance to the shopping center inside the Lake Placid neighborhood. My most recent visit here was on July 3, 2021. Every time that I have been here, parking has not been an issue in this shopping center. You can see some specials and signage along the windows and such as you come up to the place. Once you come inside, you can see to the left that there is ample seating for dining in here. You can also see their cases to the right, such as a catering ad and that they proudly use Boar's Head brand meats. Some spots may have looked a little outside the normal, but at that time, they were getting ready to do some re-painting and such in the following days. So, what brought me in on this visit? I actually had a coupon through the Entertainment Book. My mom and I were just looking to get something simple for lunch that day. After looking over the options, I ended up going with the General Booth (normally it's on a panini, but I asked and they were able to do it on a sub instead). The General Booth consists of Grilled Chicken, Provolone Cheese, Avocado And Roasted Red Peppers With Pesto Mayonnaise. My mom got the Hero Sub, but no vinegar. The Hero Sub is similar to an Italian sub. After the food was ready, it was time to check out at the register. They also have a loyalty program that you can earn points for on each purchase. After everything was done, it was time to go home and eat. After getting home shortly after, it was time to indulge. The General Booth on a sub was really good. The chicken was nice and tender. The other parts that went into it also hit the spot, and would totally get it this way again in the future. My mom loved the Hero sub. That was filled quite well with deli meats and also hit the spot for her as well. Overall, you can't go wrong coming here to get a sandwich, panini, wrap, etc. There are many options to choose from, including the sides. Even if you come in without having PMS, when you leave, will definitely leave with PMS, whether for take out or in your stomach if you dine in. The staff here definitely have PMS all over them as well. Oh, and if you haven't figured it out by now, PMS stands for Professionally Made Sandwiches. If you are in this area and looking for good local place for a sandwich, etc., this place is definitely worth it."

"Went to Silks tonight for my fiance 's birthday. We were hoping to have a fun night of trivia, drinks and food with a group of 6 of us. We were unfortunately greeted very rudely by the bartender who said we wouldn 't be able to find seating upstairs and when I politely asked if I could check, he told me I was calling him a liar and continued to be arrogant. We talked to the trivia host explaining it was a birthday and we were running late due to a diabetic incident and we were offered a table with another team who generously made room with us. We even bought them a round of drinks to show our appreciation. Anything 's the bartender from downstairs sees us and comes up in a manner like he was trying to show dominance over the situation or trying to instigate an argument/fight. Basically, insinuating that we stole the table from the nice regulars and we should have just turned. He said other things making us all feel uncomfortable, unwelcomed. It even got to the point where we asked if he 'd like us to leave, and he just responded, doesn 't matter now . He was really slow with our service the rest of the night, didn 't make eye contact and wouldn 't ask if we needed anything else unless we flagged him down. This isn 't our first bad experience with the bartender either, just the first time he 's spoken so aggressively towards us. Normally, he just is really slow because he 's off in the corner talking to his friends. I will say that the food is really good and that 's why we kept coming back despite his behavior, but tonight might have been the last straw. All I wanted to do was give my fiance a great night out with his family for his birthday."

"When I finally reached the front of the line, I ordered two Black Angus Steakhouse sandwiches and requested that they be made without cheese and mushrooms, as well as double toasted. I explained that I had driven over an hour and a half and preferred crunchy bread that would stay warm on my way home. However, the employee simply replied, “We don’t do that,” and placed my sandwiches on the conveyor belt oven. I wasn’t able to get anyone’s name as none of the employees were wearing name tags or any form of identification. As I waited, I heard the employees putting cold ingredients on the sandwiches of the customers in front of me, who had also ordered Black Angus sandwiches. After they checked out, they asked for two sides of Au Jus dipping sauce, which they received without any issues. When it was my turn to add toppings, I requested lettuce, only to be told that my sandwiches had already been wrapped. I was taken aback and ended up with no lettuce or additional toppings. Also, when I requested a side of Au Jus, I was charged for it, while the previous customers were not. I’m not trying to blame those customers, but if you’re going to charge for items, it should be consistent for everyone. When I asked why I was being charged and requested to speak with the manager on duty about my simple requests being ignored, the young employee just walked away. I felt pressured to complete my payment quickly since there was a line behind me, so I left without resolving the issues. Once I got home, I found that my sandwiches had not been double toasted, they contained cheese and mushrooms, and the wrong type of bread had been used. Living far away, I had to throw them away. I understand that I should have checked my order before leaving, but I had prior commitments to attend to. I’m very disappointed that I have not heard back from either corporate or the shop in almost a week, despite using their feedback tool online and in the app."
