"We usually dine here once a week and really enjoy the hamburger steak—it’s excellent. However, I’m not sure if there are new owners or staff, but our orders have been incorrect a few times lately. It's important to note that the food isn’t inexpensive, and we often arrive hungry, looking forward to our selected meals. When I reach out about the mistakes, the response is often just an apology, as if they’re saying, “What do you want us to do about it?” While I’m not asking for anything free, I did pay for something that I couldn't eat, and I think it’s reasonable to expect it to be corrected properly. Unfortunately, we’re considering not returning to this restaurant due to the poor customer service. Additionally, the quality of the food has also declined over the last couple of months. At this price point, the quality we receive just doesn’t justify it!"
