"Had lunch delivered and was not disappointed. This is the grilled fish po?boy: fish super tender, falling apart in the best way all over a burger bun. The coleslaw was not revolting and was a nice addition to the sandwich. I also had the chips and guac (very solid good size) and the jalapeño shrimp bacon things. These were very good when they were hot but the bacon was not great cold so definitely reheat in the oven or pan fry to crisp, if applicable."

"I was looking foward to giving this place a try because im from Memphis and I love BBQ and Korean flavors. The main reason I 'm giving 2 stars because it the food gave both my boyfriend and I stomachache throughout the night and the next following day. My stomach was a little better than his but he was woken up at 5am bad stomach pains. I 'm sure it was the chicken that left us in pain because my bf ordered fried chicken with greens and corn bread and 2 orders of wings to share. While I ordered each the bao buns excluding the jackfruit with coleslaw and greens. Since I did not eat much of the chicken, I did not feel as bad as he did.I am giving 2 stars is because the I was mostly content with my order. I like the flavor of the bao buns but there was no distinct flavor between each one. I could not tell the difference between them flavor wise, which was a bit dissapointing. I enjoyed the coleslaw, it was a standard coleslaw with a very slight Korean spin. The flavor of the collar greens were okay but over salted. I can say it was a good portion size for both the greens and slaw. I also really enjoyed the corn bread. Now to the fried chicken. It did not look that great when we opened it. The portion was smaller than other restaurants, it was dry, the taste was very bland and way overpriced for fried chicken. The wings was ordered with the Elvis sauce was not to our liking. It tasted very processed in a way. We could not finish even 1 order of it and unfortunately to throw it out. Maybe it would be better in a different flavor.Overall we spent $70 or so. Which was really expensive for something that made us both sick and tasted 'okay '. I understand there is inflation due to Covid and I usually don 't mind paying higher prices to support small business but this was not worth it. The ingredients just didn 't all taste too fresh. I really hope this place improves bc I love the idea they have. Give it a try, just don 't order the chicken."

"As many reviewers have mentioned, this restaurant has a lot of potential, but it didn't quite deliver in practice. First off, I found the fisherman's platter to be overly salty, and that’s coming from someone who generally enjoys well-seasoned food. Additionally, the seafood didn’t seem fresh; the smell was quite off-putting and lingered in my car for days after my visit. I also wasn’t impressed with the fries, as they tasted as though they had been refried multiple times. On a positive note, I believe the concepts behind this establishment are promising. If they could reduce the saltiness and improve the fries, they could really reach new heights!"

"I have always been turned off by the idea of coming here, because of the location only. However tonight I found myself tired of the same old same old and wanted to try literally anything different and not spend an arm and a leg. Still turned off by the idea I stepped inside and was firstly wowed!! Was sat down and got drinks in a timely manner. Katie was awesome! She didn’t bother me much and got everything right. The menu had lots of variety. I ordered 2 appetizers and 2 meals and was charged a fair amount. I received lots of good food and service. I truly regret judging this book by its cover. I am very satisfied!! 10/10 recommend!!"

"This was the single, craziest experience I have ever had with a restaurant. I placed a GrubHub order, and the driver called to say the owner was rude, combative and wouldn?t take any orders. It sounded fishy, so I called the restaurant. A worker said theowner didn?t speak English, but she would be happy to honor the order if I could drive over and provide a receipt for the order.No problem. I headed over. I arrived, and the Grub Hub driver was still there (more than an hour later) still trying to get memy food. Turns out, he was absolutely telling the truth. I showed the receipt. The workers wouldn?t look at it. They fake calledthe police and said they wouldn?t be giving me food or my money back. The owner gave me a double bird. Other patrons in thelobby were receiving the wrong order. He was just as rude to them. I?m a big wings fan. Go to Wings Town, the Wing Truck or justmake your own. We ended up just going to the Heavenly Flavored Wings drive thru. Just avoid Touchdown Wings."

"I stopped by for an early lunch on a Saturday and ordered the catfish, red potatoes, and mac and cheese. Everything was outstanding, particularly the catfish—definitely the best I've ever tasted. Our server, Jason, was very attentive and ensured we were well taken care of. The atmosphere was also fantastic, featuring pleasant smooth jazz and appealing decor. The place was exceptionally clean, and the food and service were both excellent. I would rate it an A+!"

"Last week I came had huge fresh fries I only wanted wings but was charged for a combo and drinks and just went with it today I came in early I thought they opened at 10:30 I’m not a rude person but I’ll assume the cashier took it as being rude when I ordered wings only and he had to try my cards several times I got my food today and I swear they are leftover wings chewy not even hot and one was tiny very upsetting I was really looking forward to it in the pic you can see that little “nub” was counted as a wing in comparison to the other and they are way smaller than last week and again last week it was hot and fresh ??‍"

"I use to love this place for the friendly service and wonderful food. The chicken tenders use to be fluffy, juicy, and with each bite it would melt in your mouth. Now the chicken tenders are flat, hard and over cooked. The catfish was once flaky,soft, well seasoned. Now it's soggy, bland, rubbery. I know that Inflation is a thing so I didn't mind that the cost of items has jumped up across the board, I can deal with that. What I can't deal with is paying more for lower quality food and lower service. As for the service when I called in my order the person the phone kept getting it wrong,so I had to repeat it 3x. They told me it would take 15mins to make my order. I arrived 30mins later and they did not start the order until I paid for it at pick up. Please inform your customers that this is how you operate now so they know what to expect. I know that this location is under new ownership and has changed the way they operate. I offer this bit of advice, you bought a location that had built a reputation with it's clientele on the quality of product they provided. You should take what they have given you and improve upon it not mess it up. I wish the new ownership well in this endeavor. Know that I will no longer frequent this location."

"Growing up in LA I always drove by my family never insisted on eating here . But for my boyfriend’s birthday I had an amazing time ! The food is head over heels ! The service is top tier ! I loved how they kept addressing making my boyfriend feel like a King because it was his birthday . The drinks dessert is just the best in my books ! And bread they offer is delicious. My favorite part about this restaurant is the chef comes out the kitchen to check on the service of the restaurant. That really amazed me because no other restaurant does that . Usually chefs come at the end of the meal but this restaurant is built different. He checked on us gave us complimentary butterfly shrimp (which was PERFECT) and complimentary beignets for the birthday boy . EVERYTHING WAS SO SPECTACULAR I WILL BE BACK to always support a strong business like Harold Belle’s because they deserve it ."

"We had a party of 11 and the restaurant was overwhelmed. The food all came out at different times and late. In fact, they even forgot to about two of the entrees until we were ready to leave. The food was bland and very average. The food is overpriced for what you get, and most of the what they call tapas were kids size meal. Case in point, the pizza was 5 inches in diameter, tasteless, and soggy worse than a frozen meal. Highlight was the cocktails were decent. The ambience was nice so I had high hopes walking in, but was sorely disappointed with the food and lack of service."

"I'm not sure why this location refuses to admit that they do not accept call-in orders. When you place an order over the phone, they don’t start preparing it until you arrive and pay. This is poor customer service. After more than a year of only visiting the Main Street location, I decided to give this one another chance yesterday, hoping they would have improved since it’s closer to me. When I called, I asked the girl, "Can you please have my order ready?" She simply replied, "Okay." However, when I got there, once again, my order was not ready. This time, I made sure to ask her if my order was ready before I paid. She didn’t even check, just said, “Nah, it’s not ready,” which was pretty telling because after you pay, you know you’re going to have to wait. I then called the Main Street location, and by the time I drove the 9 minutes from this location, my food was ready and hot! That’s probably why the Main Street parking lot is usually empty; they actually take phone orders. It's important for us to support places that provide great customer service. Main Street is far better, and their food is also superior—perhaps because they don’t cater exclusively to our community. I will keep making that 9-minute drive; it’s definitely worth it."

"Great place to get a 10 piece wing combo for a decent price. I've been to this location a lot and they used to be my all time favorite place to get wings, however I noticed that unfortunately inflation has been hitting them too. The wings and fries have gotten considerably smaller and the flavoring of the wings had been reduced. I also noticed that the seasoning bar was diluted with lots of salt to compensate for the lack of seasoning. Overall, it's still a great place to get wings. Good flavors and great options."

"I wanted to check out this restaurant because they recently added Nashville hot chicken to their menu, and it caught my attention. I went for the mild version, and it had the perfect level of heat for me. It definitely made my nose run a bit, but I didn't break a sweat. The flavor was delicious, and the chicken was thick, juicy, and tender. The seasonings were just right, too. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely order it again. I'm missing Nashville and its hot chicken, and this place is a little gem!"
