This Particular locations does great business. My Philly Cheese Stake today was perfect! Ive had wings here too. Everything's always hot and Fresh. Thank you guys for your professionalism and quality food!

You can place your order pretty fast if you walk right in. You can not make your wings “crispy” per the server(which sucks). I am giving this place a 5-star due to the customer service and quick ordering. Food is good as well. View menu

The food was served hot and fresh. The wings were crispy, but not overly so. I always order the garlic parmesan wings along with the veggie fried rice. I truly think these are among the best garlic parmesan wings available in Gwinnett. Plus, the service was incredibly fast.

I ordered lemon pepper wings and fries for my son and myself and it made us sick, to say the least. A few weeks prior to that I placed an order for my sister who was in town and when we picked up the order on time, the food tasted old the wings and the fries. I noticed it only tastes old when I order through Doordash because that’s happened another time before, too. I gave this place chances to get it right after receiving bad batches of food but getting sick was the last straw for me.

I ordered a 10-piece wing special as part of their six-year anniversary promotion, and I have to say I was very disappointed. The wings were overcooked and seemed like they had been reheated in hot oil, which made them tough. The flavor was supposed to be honey lemon pepper, but I couldn't taste either of those flavors; they just tasted like plain, overcooked wings. I also got a beef Philly, but it had very little beef in it. I really hope they can improve because my last experience with their wings was not great either, but I thought I’d give them another chance. I guess I’ll have to stick to Cracker Barrel or Fingerz for fried chicken instead. View menu

I was dashing for the first time to pay for my tuition, so I am doing my best to make sure my customers get the best food and service, when I arrived to get my customer order, the little girl whos' eye lashes were falling off had a attitude the entire time. She tells me they don't have a drink for the customer, so I call the customer and she is like I want the small peach fountain drink and the little girl was like well it comes with a 2 liter and we don't have a peach 2 liter. I'm not sure why this location refuses to admit that they do not accept call-in orders. When you place an order over the phone, they don’t start preparing it until you arrive and pay. This is poor customer service. After more than a year of only visiting the Main Street location, I decided to give this one another chance yesterday, hoping they would have improved since it’s closer to me. When I called, I asked the girl, "Can you please have my order ready?" She simply replied, "Okay." However, when I got there, once again, my order was not ready.
