"I was on a mission for chicken wings, so we stopped at Diggers. The atmosphere was friendly, our server Christian’s srvice was on the point, and made the proposal to get the marinated Steak medals on our Caesar Salad. We ordered a dozen, and the cook allowed us to get half drums in the hot, and the other half flats in medium. They were delicious! The Caesar Salad was huge and plunged with the Steak medallions that were generous. We also had a side of fries that were served wonderfully crispy. Loves this place in downtown Riverhead!"

"Was never really a big Olive Grdn fan when it comes to Italian cuisine. Rec'd a gift certificate which brought me here today. Gotta say that I was pleasently surprised. Server was pleasant n attentive. My wife ordered the chicken parm which she enjoyed, me I ordered the soup, chicken gnocchi that I enjoyed n the salmon which came w/broccoli. A tasty n healthy dish. Very pleased. Would I return, most definitely."

"So delicious. Friendly and fresh. Keep up the great work. My favorite pizza. Well I do like a Chicago deep dish but their Grandma pizza is pretty close just add sausage. Oh lets not forget the best garlic knots anywhere. Okay, I'm going to gush the Italian dressing I take home. So we eat there at least twice a week. Mostly take-out always hot and delicious. One of my favorites is chicken piccata extra sauce. The meatballs are heavenly. I mean their hot grinders huge. You can't miss the specials but you'll have to call. Very nice too that meals come with, salad, side of pasta (your choice of sauce) and bread. I highly recommend trying this amazing Italian restaurant we're thankful they've been around for many many years."

"I friend back home recommended this place. We made reservations for a casual Christmas dinner. We had an awesome 2 top in the front window with all the Lincoln Ave decorations lit up! Great service and food, and we so appreciated it on Christmas after a day of skiing! Italian cream sodas were the bomb, the wedge salad and bread was a great start, our entrees were delicious, and we had coffee and a fudge brownie sundae for dessert. What a wonderful Christmas Dinner!! Thank you!"

"I called the restaurant on Wednesday this week looking for a venue for my son's graduation party. I spoke with the owner, who guided me on accessing their website. To make a long story short, I went to the restaurant, met with her, and we decided on a menu together right then and there. She was incredibly accommodating, even ordering a cake for us and creating a personalized menu for our group of 24. On the day of the event, we arrived 15 minutes early, and everything exceeded my expectations. The service was fantastic; the owner checked in with us several times to ensure everything was going smoothly, and the food was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and most importantly, my son had a great time. Originally, we had planned to go elsewhere, but in the end, I was much happier that it didn’t work out."

"For the new year, we went to Olive Garden! It was a great experience, I?m giving that location a 5-star review. The place is very very clean, and they follow CDC guidelines. Be prepared to wait in your car because for health safety they can?t have people standing inside. After giving them my contact, we were texted min later once our table was ready. Our host Shannon was one of the best I?ve ever seen. She was knowledgeable on the menu and help up with our food selection. She was always checking our table. She got the gift of making guests comfortable. Everyone at our party or 5 were satisfied by her service. The food was Amazing and her advice was spot on. She deserves a raise or a promotion. We will be definitely back and we would like to be served by her again. The manager Ron was very professional and came to great while wishing us a happy new year."

"The service, atmosphere, performers, and owners are awesome! The food was good, but I have had better food for the price we paid. . The limoncello cake was the bomb! The stuffed mushrooms were small and greasy and the calamari would be better if hand battered in house. The only serious critique I have is the entertainment fee charged per person. This was not specified on Open Table when I made the reservation nor the did I see it anywhere obviously stated on the website. The music was great, and we love supporting musicians, but paying on top of our food bill was a bit much. A suggestion: if you have dinner reservations and spend over a specified amount, the entertainment fee can be cut in half or removed"

"Olive Garden might not be the most authentic Italian restaurant, but it's a good Italian restaurant and a popular chain. The food is consistently good, if sometimes expensive, and it's always worth the visit in my opinion. It's also one of the few restaurants that has food options that are completely vegetarian, which is sometimes a tricky proposition... Vegetarian safe cheese is not available at all restaurants or on all dishes here or anywhere else, but at least there are some options at Olive Garden."

"I have eaten here many, many, many times and consistently enjoyed it. Last week, I did not! The chicken parmesan was two small pieces of overcooked breaded chicken topped with a bit of sauce and some cheese. Seriously?! It didn't even resemble a decent chicken parm. For $17, it certainly was not inexpensive. And a few skimpy tablespoons of spaghetti with sauce. Seriously?! You would think pasta was $100 rather than $1 a pound. Ridiculous. And our waitress was lousy. I specifically asked her to make sure our entrees didn't come out until after we had finished our salad. She brought them out when we were just starting our salad. Then she wanted to start clearing our dishes when we were still eating. WTH?! She ignored all verbal and non-verbal cues that we did not want to be rushed and, frankly, ruined our dining experience. It will be a LONG time before I return here. Went to Carraba's this weekend and had a much better meal and experience."

"For some reason, we decided to give Olive Garden a try since it had been a few years since our last visit. Upon arrival, I noticed the bar was pretty much empty. I asked the hostess if that area was first come, first served. She told me that it wasn't possible because the area was dirty. I looked over her shoulder and then noticed the many plates all over the bar and on every single table in that section. At that point, we should have left. We were told that the wait would only be 10-15. Unfortunately, it took over 45 minutes to receive the text informing us that our table was ready. It was quite obvious that they were understaffed. Dirty plates were all over the restaurant. Our server was nice and the food was good, which helped. I loved having the option to substitute the noodles for broccoli to make it a healthier option. These two reasons are why the rating for this restaurant is three stars. However, I would recommend that if a person felt compelled to dine at Olive Garden, they chose another location because this one needs help!"

"Very upset on what I just experienced here. I placed an order online and their system is very limited to modifications as well as the kids section doesn’t allow you to put drinks. So after I placed my $114 order I called them to explain themodifications I needed and what drink my child wanted (which another employee before told me to just call and let them know tohave it ready taking their advice . So I called not even 5 minutes after I order and explain if I could switch the kidssteamed broccoli for mixed veggies which they said they can and to add the kids drink a ginger ale and my jambalaya pasta sinceI can’t have mussels to add extra shrimp which I’ve done in the past when sitting down at the restaurant as well as insteadof veggies with my steak I asked for double Fries which I was able to modify online and all steak being medium . I showed upwhen I got the text it was ready and the girls in front clearly didn’t take down my note or care to do the modification Iasked. Thankfully I checked my food before leaving and told them they didn’t change the broccoli to mixed vegetables, theydidn’t give me the drink and I had to double check with the girls if that meant they didn’t even mention the extra shrimpsince I removed the mussels , the one girl that stayed with me said she wasn’t the one who spoke to me and doesn’t know . Nobread or bruschetta was in the bag . I also had to wait and extra 15 minutes for the mixed veggies. Also no double fries with mysteak but they added veggies and steaks were well done. The point of calling was to 1. Make easier for them and to do it beforethe kitchen started the food and 2. To not have to bother them when’s I’m there and also to have my food ready . Highlydisappointed , paying $114 for food and couldn’t get simple request done and not how I ordered my food and still having towait for them to do something I gave them a head up for and time to do . "Kayla was an exceptional server—attentive, humorous, and knowledgeable. She truly enhanced our dining experience! For my meal, I had the Shrimp Scampi, which was a lighter take on the classic. It featured asparagus, tomatoes, perfectly cooked shrimp, angel hair pasta, and a light lemon garlic butter sauce. I was thrilled to find such a lighter option on the menu. Our birthday guest chose the Grilled Chicken Margherita, topped with tomatoes and mozzarella; however, it was a bit bland and could have used more excitement. Everyone else was pleased with their "Tour of Italy" entrees. The Fettuccine Alfredo was slightly light on the sauce but still tasty, satisfying a craving for something richer. "They waited us out for a text when our table was ready. Waiting time wasn't long. Customers will be separated according to Kovid rules. The waiter was polite and informative about the distance between the girls. The food was delicious and fantastic, as always! The ordering technique has changed with an I-pad of any kind for displaying menu and payment of the tab. However, a regular menu was provided if necessary. It was fun and relaxing! "We arrived within 40 minutes of closing and I was not expecting great service but we were traveling and didnt have more than a handful of sit down options. Our waiter definitely had a long day and was visually tired but still stayed professional. I think he knew we were not there to milk the breadsticks and salad which was also a nice change for him. While I would have usually wanted a slower meal, we let our waiter know we were halfway through a 5 hour drive and from there on, we had a mutual feeling of eat and move which got us our appetizers and meals to the table and out the door in 30 minutes. Shrimp scampi was nice with a light butter cream sauce, good enough to eat again after reheating that night but would not have saved until the next day. I have not eaten at Olive Garden in years but for the speed of service and quality of food for the price, I will stop again on the road for sure, especially traveling along the northeast 95 corridor."
