"We had the garlic-Asian chicken wings and fries...a perfect cold-night dinner. Wings were hot, crispy and savory. Fries were hot and crisp. Perfect. Service was quick and professional."

"Tarpon Springs is an interesting place to visit. There 's an odd mix of tourists, locals, and out-of-towners that keeps the area feeling like a tourist trap, but still maintains a certain local charm. Being a settlement of the Greeks back in the day for sponge diving, there is certainly no shortage of Greek themed food establishments. Yeah, some famous named TV chef endorses this one restaurant, and some slightly famous food video blogger raves about another, blah blah. But there is a nice, slightly off the path gem called Costa 's right there in the center of town. First, the service. perfect every time. Nice, friendly, and prompt. Second, the prices are very reasonable. Third, the food is quite simply the best Greek/Mediterranean cuisine on the planet. Portions are more than sufficient to satisfy the largest appetites. Always start with the Saganaki (flaming cheese). We 've had so many wonderful dishes here. The Mousaka will blow your mind! The lamb shank can almost feed two. The Souvlaki (chicken or pork) is so juicy and tender and comes with a ton of garnishes. Their Greek salad is a work of art and comes with a dressing that nears a religious experience. Let 's talk Gyro meat for a second. There are so many variations and recipes for a good Gyro. But, Costa 's has the absolute best Gyro meat on the planet. The seasonings aren 't over bearing and the meat is always glistening with juices and so very tender. When in Tarpon Springs, get away from the dolphin cruise barkers and redundant tourist gift shops for a bit and sit your butt down at Costa 's for grub. You will NOT leave hungry, guaranteed. I would recommend doing a dolphin cruise, BEFORE eating though. There are no public facilities on Anclote Island and the accommodations on the dolphin cruises would be less than desirable for any such... needs ."

"I removed my five-star review for dinner that I rated a few weeks ago. Unfortunately this restaurant is consistently not consistent. The food was phenomenal a few weeks ago and it was absolutely one star tonight. The pupu platter was cold. The appetizers tasted like they were sitting around from the afternoon and we were in there at 6:00 at night. The fried rice tasted old. Won't be going back anytime soon. I just don't understand consistency is so important. If you want to keep your guests in your restaurant and not just sitting at your bar you need to take notice of the food. Salty salty salty salty did not like one thing about my meal tonight"

"amazing eating and serving. our waiter was an older man and as pleasant as possible. he knew we were out of town and asked where we came from and how we found it. I mentioned that anthony bourdain had it on his show. he said we were standing on the same! we will have to stop this when they visit new york"

"I order Moosho-Pork take. the order had cold bean sprouts, 3-5 discs pork, no ice, no growth of the bean sprouts; the pancakes were melted together. that is so sub par that I have to ask myself who orders from this place. never again. obviously nourishes the non-discriminatory student population. money wasted"

"I tried to find an e mail to share this info discretely with the owner, but there was none on the website, so here I am. I order from Quattro regularly, I 'm generally pretty happy with a decent chicken parm and deserts, and reliably prompt delivery. Unfortunately, tonight 's chicken parm was inedible literally too tough to choke down (I tried: . It 's cooked through just fine, so it 's not the chef 's fault. I looked it up and Woody chicken is a lower quality poultry product. This place is doing OK, they just need (much better quality meat. Unfortunately, tonight I ate a $30 plate of spaghetti and a slice of carrot cake (both tasty . Oh well, can 't win them all. 3 stars I guess for now. (Note: For any chicken parm lovers out there, if you haven 't had the dish at The Palm (a higher end chain it 's so good it will change your life!"

"This place is the best food I have ever had in my entire life. Super kind staff with amazing menu prices! I come at least once a week always leaving a well tip as deserved. Highly recommend the chicken fried rice and Mongolian beef with egg drop soup! The crab rangoons are delicious as well, just the right amount of crispyness! 100/10!"

"Server brought check to table and never even asked if we would want coffee nor deserts . When a few ppl wanted their left overs wraped up, he placed them all in one container . I wouldn't normally Care but one person has allergy . When he was asked why he did this, he had no answer . The stuffed shells where served luluke warm and the Alfredo sauce(side pasta) was cold. Do not believe this was a good day to go there. The place was not busy, we where one of 5 tables and we sat down for dinner at 6 pm on a Tues . I felt bad for the person who recommended this place, she was also there"

"This is the best pizza in Queens! I'm as thrilled as I am eating at Sal's Uptown. The sauce is fantastic, and the mozzarella is just the right amount of salty and evenly spread. The crust strikes the perfect balance—thin, chewy, and just a touch crispy, without being overdone. The seating area is lovely, making it a great spot for a fun, casual dinner. I live right next door, and I'm seriously considering pizza a food group at this point! They heat it just right, so you won't burn your mouth. The gentleman behind the counter is incredibly humble and friendly, and he and the warm-hearted woman with a ponytail make a delightful and funny team. I find myself coming here often. Don’t miss the Broccoli Pinwheels—they're delicious, and you can feel good about getting your greens for the day!"

"Service is good for the most part the steamed vegetables are a little over done missing a bit of flavor on them only because there was not a crisp fresh taste it left a bit of a after taste the bok choy was a little sour (I expect a minor amount butcrisp) the batter on the sweet and sour pork was bitter at the end as well almost similar aftertaste maybe bad timing first timethere so this review based solely on a single visit take that in mind , but not verry satisfied based one one experience"

"I visited oozi (em karam) with my son, daughter-in-law, and grandchild. The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of dishes and caters to all tastes. My daughter-in-law, who is more familiar with Mediterranean cuisine, helped me navigate the menu. We started with delicious Hummus-Eggplant Dip and a Mediterranean salad as appetizers, followed by a large and tasty sharing platter. The portions were so generous that we had leftovers to take home. I am already looking forward to my next visit!"

"I attended a Thanksgiving dinner with two older relatives and had a disappointing experience. Despite the numerous empty tables, we were seated as far away from the buffet as possible. It took quite some time for anyone to come over and take our drink orders; in fact, we had to flag someone down. The plates were dirty, and the food was disappointing. The turkey was cold and consisted solely of white meat, leading me to suspect it wasn’t freshly cooked. The potatoes were also cold, and there were three different types of sweet potatoes—was that really necessary? The only other vegetable option was peas, with no corn in sight. As for the service, it was abysmal. The waitstaff rushed in and out of the kitchen without paying attention to where they were going. No one bothered to clear our plates throughout the meal. I can’t help but wonder how this place has managed to stay in business for so long. I won’t be returning."

"Been going here for years. Haven't had a bad meal yet, and it's one of the few places where the beef teriyaki is tender. Only issue I have is the price. It was $12 for a combo meal 3-4 years ago, it's now $19 for the same thing. Pretty much everything on there menu is $2-7 more than any other Chinese restaurant in the area. Like i said there food is good, but idk it's it's almost double the price good."

"Service was good. Sadly the food was not!! We went to big Al's to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary. We ordered 3 Dungeness crabs special which was 4 clusters with potatoes corn and sausage per person. Sadly the crabs where so salty we could not eat them. It was like eating pure salt. So we sent them bk and asked if they could cook them with no salt. They took them bk and sent out the same salty crabs reheated. So we requested our bill pd and left. We will never ever go bk. 2 hours and $65 and we returned home hungry. Worst experience in my life. I would give 0 stars but it's not a option."

"I felt uncomfortable when I went to pick up my order and the manager, Tony, started asking me which high school I attend and where I live. I decided to brush it off and just leave. When I got home, I realized they forgot to include my rice, but they hadn’t charged me for it, so I thought, “Okay, no big deal.” However, when I opened the rest of my order, it was completely wrong. I’m a vegetarian and specifically made sure to order items without meat, but Tony had ensured that I received meat-filled dishes instead. That’s not even the worst part. When I called to request a refund because I couldn’t eat the food, he yelled at me and said he didn’t care about my situation. I'm genuinely shocked that they treat customers this way. Seriously, what is going on?!"

"Okay, okay, I know this is a bbq place, and I should have ordered bbq. Well, I didn't. Maybe if I did, my experience may have been better. We stopped in for lunch. After reviewing the menu, I decided on the shrimp dinner. We ordered at the counter and then found a place to sit. There is a large outdoor patio, but we opted to sit inside. After a while, our food came out, and right away, I noticed the paper plates and plastic utensils. Is this really a big deal? I guess not...Anyways, on my plate, there were 6 big shrimp, 2 hushpuppies, fries, and coleslaw.I felt the hushpuppies were dry, the fries I felt tasted like old grease. The shrimp was crispy and good. I am not a fan of Coleslaw, so my husband ate that. Overall, I was disappointed in this particular meal. Will this deter me from coming back and trying again? No. I did have a bite of my husband's macdaddy that he ordered and that was good! The restaurant is clean, the staff was friendly and I will come back to give Tom's another try!"

"Great music good food. However apparently they don’t put alcohol in the mixed drinks after 11 pm. Ordered two mixed drinks. Did not have booze in either of them. Three people tasted and all of us agreed no alcohol was in the drinks. Advised the server who did nothing then took it up to the bartender who asked if we wanted to buy another shot to go in it. Hell no we already paid 6 dollars for the drink. No wonder we all have been here since 8 drinking and none of us even have a buzz. They stop putting alcohol in the drinks we order after they think we’ve drank enuff not to notice. Sad."
