"I stopped by today for the first time after meaning to visit for a while, and I really should have done it sooner! The ribs were delicious; they practically fell off the bone and were complemented by incredibly flavorful sauces. The sides were so good that I actually ended up enjoying them before the ribs. But what truly stood out was the staff—everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful, guiding me through the menu since I was a bit overwhelmed with choices. Throughout my meal, they treated every customer with the same care and checked in with me to see how everything was tasting, even thanking me for coming in. This won't be my last visit, despite it not being on my usual routes. Thank you for making my meal and day so memorable!"

"Highly recommend Billy Sims Barbecue! Upon entering all of the staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions of their favorites and answering any questions we had as first timers. I had the pulled pork sandwich and the meat was mouth watering and tender. My husband had the chopped brisket sandwich and it was gone in a blink. Mac and cheese was great and also really liked the baked potato salad! For dessert we grabbed the chocolate mousse and the best part was it came in a mason jar to take any left over to go!! Thanks, we will be back!"

"This restaurant is a bit expensive, but it's definitely worth it. The beef, pork, chicken, and hot links are all delicious. They have a great variety of sauces to choose from, catering to all tastes. Although it may be difficult to spot when driving eastbound on the street and you can no longer make a U-turn on Arapahoe, the effort to find this place is well worth it."

"I had the three-meat dinner featuring chopped brisket, pulled pork, and ribs. All of the meats were tender and had a nice smoked flavor. For sides, I chose beans and mac and cheese. The beans were tasty, but the mac and cheese was just average—it was a bit bland, so I added some shredded cheese to enhance the flavor. The portion sizes were quite generous for the price, especially considering the amount of meat. I couldn’t finish my meal, but I’ll save the leftovers for dinner at work tonight. I really appreciated how they packed my order, providing utensils, napkins, and sauce. Overall, it was some pretty good BBQ, and I’ll definitely order again."

"Left the loaf of bread out of my order, wanted me to drive back to the store instead of just refunding my money. Now I have to call a General Manager because I placed an online order and nothing can be done now, according to the entire staff. UPDATE: I sent an email as requested, but haven 't received a response yet. Not sure why you responded if you had no intentions of following up. I suppose you think it makes you look better in the eyes of the people reading these reviews but all you 've done is wasted more of my time and caused further irritation by your total lack of customer service. All over an overpriced $5 pack of buns that you never gave me."

"I've ordered directly through your website, doordash and over the phone. NOT ONCE have I received dipping sauces. It clearly states on your website, and doordash that you get 2 of them with any pizza, and was even asked what 2 dipping sauces I wanted when I did the over the phone order. From doordash reviews this a common occurrence, not just with pizza but with cinnamon bread too. Don't get me wrong I absolutely adore the pizza! It's wonderful! But I've paid for items I didn't get several times! Doordash is the only one to ever compensate for them. From what I see of pictures of your reviews you only give them out to people in the store. Not deliveries. It doesn't state that anywhere you won't receive your requested dipping sauces. I'm unable to drive out for food or groceries evey week like most people, my physical health won't allow it, it's why I get them delivered! If it wasn't for that I'd order more often! Your 9in deep dish with the sweet red sauce is just like Evaroni's and they don't deliver at all! You could make a killing on that alone! Especially if you brought back larger deep dish options!"

"There were four employees working and they were all friendly, welcoming and attentive. The chopped barbecue sandwich and Mac and cheese were delicious. The chicken was a little dry but still had good flavor. Thank y’all so much for being so friendly and showing amazing customer service. "I've been a customer at Billy Sims in Edmond for the past 10 years, but my recent visit was quite disappointing. When I got home, the food didn't meet the standards I've come to expect from my previous experiences. The girl at the window looked unwell and seemed disinterested. I'd like corporate to be made aware of this. Usually, when I visit, there are staff members named Zach and Kemper who really enhance the experience. I don’t know if they still work there, but I believe they're why the restaurant had been doing so well — they offer great customer service, and the food has always been good when they’re on duty. Unfortunately, today didn't reflect that. To make matters worse, I received onions and pickles, which I've never had included before at Billy Sims. It was an unpleasant surprise, with too much onion and pickle. I also found jalapeño peppers at the bottom of my dish mixed in with the onions and pickles. Lastly, I think Billy Sims should consider offering a military discount, as it would show appreciation for those of us who serve."

"Unsanitary food preparation, poor atmosphere. We ordered over $40 worth of food, including a salad. The workers were wearing black gloves, and I was surprised to see the older woman, gloves on and still covered with the shredded cheese from preparing my salad, take my credit card. I thought, Oh, surely she will change gloves for the next customer 's food preparation. But no. She proceeded to use those same gloves to touch and prepare the next person 's food. How many dirty credit cards, bills and coins had she touched before making my food? Post-COVID, there is no excuse for this kind of health violation. I am not interested in going back. "This chain offers some of the best pizza around, with a wide variety of toppings to choose from. My personal favorite is the garlic—it’s the real deal and tastes amazing, reminding me of my Italian grandmother’s kitchen. As an immigrant, she lived in a basement apartment in downtown Portsmouth, and when we visited in the evenings, you could smell her authentic garlic from blocks away. I also appreciate the selection of seasonings and cheeses available. Truly, all you need for a great dining experience are good choices and quality food, and Rapid Fire delivers on both. If you haven't tried it yet, it's definitely worth a visit!"

"The food was good restaurant was clean with speedy service, help very nice. I was a little off on the price of 4 ribs 2 +sides for $14. Actually I think a snack pack on the ribs would be a better idea of like two ribs and one side. I thought the music wasa little loud for a barbecue restaurant it was really chilly inside especially when the temperature outside was 32°degrees. I just actually wanted to stop in and I was hoping they did have a snack pack of ribs but instead I had to have fourribs and two sides plus large Texas toast way to much for a 2pm late lunch. My friend had a pork brisket sandwich in oneside.Anyway it was a good place and you should definitely stop in and have yourself lunch or dinner. And I tried all three orfour barbecue sauces on the table they were all really good so yes, give Billy Sims in Joplin Missouri a try"

"So we just stopped in here for a quick lunch on our way to Wyoming and weren't impressed. We both ordered the chopped pork sandwich and macaroni and cheese and both were cold. The taste of the bbq was okay, nothing to write home about, but the mac and cheese was almost tasteless and clearly not homemade. I will say, the place felt clean and the workers were friendly. Wouldn't stop in here again, sadly."

"This appears to be a small chain I was unfamiliar with. It's uptown Oxford and a huge college haunt. Fast and friendly service at the counter. Two pies to chose from, 9 inch or 11 inch. I ordered a 9 inch bbq chicken. You can tip on the card. Orders are called out and unfortunately came in a box for an in dining room order. Possibly with a crushing weekend they had no trays. My pie was yum! Great flavor and fresh chicken. The soft crust so good! The soft drinks are self serve. Dining room tables clean, but trash areas needed help. I'm gonna squeak them to a 4 with a few hiccups. 3.5 rounding up, will return and recommend."

"We started going rapid-fire when the Eastgate location opened. The Milford location is near the sports park. We were between games, and they were quick and easy to pop in and grab some food.Vegetarian options: We are vegan, and they have options such as vegan cheese and pepperoni. We can load our pies or calzones with vegetables to keep them somewhat healthy.Parking: The location is in with a Starbucks so it can get busy at time. There is always parking on the side of the building if the lot in front is full.Dietary restrictions: They have vegan sauce, pepperoni, and garlic butter. Of course, there are a lot of veggies."

"Will NOT be returning. My husband and I were really excited to try this place. He got the 1/2 rack of ribs with potato salad and beans. I got the 3 meat dinner with pulled pork, chicken, and brisket with corn on the cob, toast, and mac and cheese. Eventhough the meats were decent, there were WAY more negatives. 1) rib meat was VERY fatty. 2) no sauce- both containers even said need sauce ...we got none just dry meat. 3) potato salad had a bad taste like it was spoiled. 4) the toast was bread doused inbutter not toast. 5) the corn on the cob was not fresh. It had no salt no butter and was mushy. Tasted like the frozen cobs youcan buy and then they let it sit for hours. 6) the Mac and cheese I swear was FROZEN SCHOEFFERS Mac and cheese. I am 100% sureon that. VERY DISAPPOINTING meal and cost us $50. I highly DO NOT recommend."

"We chose to eat here because we wanted to see what all the hype was about. It was our first time eating here and it for sure will be the last. First the lady that was making our order asked us what we wanted and when we told her she acted like shedidn't hear us and would ask again rudely slamming the meat down on the cutting board. We ordered three of the 12.99 meals. Wewhen I went to pay for it the gentleman that was at the register was extremely rude. He stated that the total was over $55, towhich I asked him for clarification on why and he got even more disrespectful with me stating that I ordered sliced meats sothat add to the price. However I only order sliced brisket for one meal which I was fine paying for but the other two meals hadNO sliced meats in them and he still wanted to charge me for them anyway. He would not listen to what I was asking, justcontinue to be rude. It doesn't end there , when we got home to eat all the food was cold and we didn't even get the right meatthat we had asked for. Total came to over $55 when it should of be about $39 plus tax. DONT waste your time with this placeunless you like being talked to very disrespectful and wasting your money on food you didn't order. There is WAY better BBQplaces than this one."

"Good Bless Billy Sims. Every Sooner fan loves him and his restaurant lives up to the legacy. If you want a mouthful of a sandwich try the Heisman. It's loaded with the good stuff: smoked bologna, a hot link and your choice of either chopped brisket or pulled pork. I chose the brisket and I recommend it. It's good enough that you don't need to add sauce. The sauces are all good to me. The staff here was awesome, very pleasant. Another plus, it's not overpriced! Check it out if you get the chance."
