"Unsanitary food preparation, poor atmosphere. We ordered over $40 worth of food, including a salad. The workers were wearing black gloves, and I was surprised to see the older woman, gloves on and still covered with the shredded cheese from preparing my salad, take my credit card. I thought, Oh, surely she will change gloves for the next customer 's food preparation. But no. She proceeded to use those same gloves to touch and prepare the next person 's food. How many dirty credit cards, bills and coins had she touched before making my food? Post-COVID, there is no excuse for this kind of health violation. I am not interested in going back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

This is why i laugh every time someone says fast food workers need 15$/hr. You can't even get our food into the bag. Or the orders right. Why would you be paid more to do the job you can't do currently? This place is dead all the time.

We both had pulled pork sandwiches. They were pretty good though a little overdone on the meat (per my wife) Sauce at the table was good. Green beans were fine. Wife said the baked beans didn't have much flavor and didn't eat much of them. View menu

Billy Sims never fails to deliver tasty, flaky pull apart, plastic-fork tender brisket with plenty of full flavor smokey goodness. Classic sides like baked potato salad was creamy refreshing. Corn cob was al dente buttery and sweet. Served withTexas toast unless you?re in Texas, then it?s just toast. ????????????

I had the Heisman, and it was wonderful. I just went through the drive through, but the service was great. The cashier interacted like an adult and was super friendly. Another associate brought the food to the window and was incredibly friendly and gracious!! Oh, and did I say the food was wonderful?!! I'll be back! View menu

I have eaten at Billy Sims before and had good experiences. But last night I had the two meet plate with brisket and pulled pork. The brisket was good, but the pulled pork was very fatty and I could not eat it. "I haven't been here in several years and this place has changed the menu since then. They used to serve crepes, but it seems like that is no longer on the menu. I miss the crepes they used to serve, but this place still seems like an excellent local coffee shop with sandwiches.Service: I was greeted promptly as soon as I walked in even though the worker was busy making a drink. They take your name when you order at the counter in the middle of the cafe, and they call out your name when your individual items are ready to pick up from the counter. They do not serve dine-in orders within 30 minutes of closing. There are tables on either end of the cafe, but not much, so don't expect a seat during peak times.Coffee: Served as is, the hot latte was foamy and velvety without any bitterness. Even though my order was to go, I was surprised to still see latte art when I took the lid off.Food: I ordered the Otom sandwich, which includes egg, bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato spicy aioli, on your choice of bread. I chose to have on an everything bagel, which had a perfectly substantial amount of chewiness. The egg was overcooked and dry, but the rest of the ingredients, like the tomato and the aioli, covered up the dryness. The spicy aioli is mild but does add a nice small kick to the flavors. It is a fairly greasy and messy sandwich thanks to the bacon and aioli, so be sure to have a couple of napkins on hand. Overall, it was delicious."
