best bbq I ever had. wetness, great taste, very delicate. I wish we had one where I live.

I wish I could give a zero rating. We ordered 2 weeks prior to our event food for 14 people and was given an individual order. When I called to address this with the manager, he had the worst customer service attitude I have witnessed in a long time. It's really sad because their food is delicious. They have lost business with our family.

If not the best BBQ in Joplin, this place is definitely up there. The service staff are exceptional, the food is cooked to perfection, and the sides are always delicious. The assortment of sauces is also very tasty. The restaurant is clean and the restroom facilities are well-maintained. If you haven't tried this place yet, you definitely should. View menu

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Joplin location. We ordered dinner for 14 people and only received a meal for one person. The manager did not make any efforts to correct the mistake and dismissed our concerns. We will not be returning to this restaurant in the future. It's unfortunate because the food is actually quite good.

The food is good but you better be ready to wait 45 mins at the drive thru even if you’re the only customer they have! Placed the order online and still had to wait 30 mins in the drive thru to pick it up, this is ridiculousMaybe instead of arguing with your customers over your horrible service you should try to correct your issue. It doesn’t matter if you place the order an hour ahead of time or pull up there, the wait time is always 30 mins plus. It’s no wonder your business is always dead, I should’ve ate at jimmy johns instead, the service is better and the food definitely is, you enjoy standing there preparing a 30 min sandwich though

The food was good restaurant was clean with speedy service, help very nice. I was a little off on the price of 4 ribs 2 +sides for $14. Actually I think a snack pack on the ribs would be a better idea of like two ribs and one side. I thought the music wasa little loud for a barbecue restaurant it was really chilly inside especially when the temperature outside was 32°degrees. I just actually wanted to stop in and I was hoping they did have a snack pack of ribs but instead I had to have fourribs and two sides plus large Texas toast way to much for a 2pm late lunch.
