"I have been ordering from La Villa for over ten years and I never have experienced this awful service. After waiting over an hour and a half their driver calls me and says they are outside. When I go outside they’re not there. Apparently the lady who took my order sent it to the wrong address and they said they would make me another pizza and send it right away. I told them can we get a free pizza or fries for the inconvenience? No, Sam (the manager), said they rather cancel the order so now on I’m ordering from Mama Lunas where they’re pizzas are bigger and they actually care about their customers. This will be the last time I order from La Villa. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place to anyone."

"It was great. This is my weekly enjoyment for Honeybrook. Love the roles, strombolis and cheese steaks. The type that works the register is great, always happy and smiling. I went to Jerry's for a while and the guys are also really nice, but Papa Mark's roles seem better, and I like their sauce and dough more for their pizza and Strombolis"

"We really enjoyed the atmosphere. It reminded us of the type of restaurants that we visited as kids in the 70's and 80's. The pizza was great. The crust was perfectly made. "First time trying this place. We had a pretty decent group so we took my dad for Father’s Day last night (Saturday). It was quite an odd experience. Overall the food was pretty good. We all liked what we got. Except the older waitress there was RUDE as could be. She didn’t say hello just said sit anywhere you want someone will be with you. If it had been busy, I could understand. I’ve worked in the service industry for 13 years, I get it. Then this young girl comes and takes our drink orders and walks away before I can even ask for a glass of Pinot noir. She comes back, I ask for it and she doesn’t say a word. About 20 minutes later I ask about the wine. She said “oh let me go check”. Another 15 later she brings back a glass of white wine.?‍ I tell her this is wrong and she sends the mean one over and she said “look, we don’t even have pinot noir.” Like I did something wrong lol. This went on all evening. The entire time we were there hip hop was BLASTING from the kitchen and so were cuss words. It was the most unprofessional and least intimate experience we’ve had at an Italian restaurant. The best part was the food and the manager (I’m assuming) asking us about the Groupon.? I suggest take out if you must go here."

"Horrible customer service. Subpar Food I Ordered Family size Chicken Luis for delivery waited over an hour for our dinner to arrive with NO CHICKEN just penne and tomatoes. I honestly found it hilarious until called so I have my order corrected and was placed on hold over three times by an extremely rude young lady who couldn’t find my order because for some reason they decided to put the order under my husband's name/Number being lazy. She than told me that I can have it made over but forget its a Family size meal and puts me on hold again to talk to the manager. When the lady back on to than AGAIN ask me for my phone number to just get attitude with me and tell me to just use my husband‘s phone number because the number were the similar her to comprehend. After being placed on hold four times and dealing with an extremely rude cashier, I’m told that I could have the food remade, but it would take an hour at this point. During the entire encounter I was extremely nice and friendly and I offered to pick up the food if it would make it easier also so they could see the mistake. Nope I was told to wait 45 for delivery or have a credit for my next order. So at this point not only have I been waiting over and hour for food, treated like a liar, poorly spoken too and this is the 3rd order I’ve had incorrectly made. I requested a refund and was told “we cant do that its credit and thats it” I explained that not only have I waited hour this is a repeated problem so I wont be eating from here again. I was given the same response. I literally had to get up and go to the restaurant to have my money refunded. Smh the young lady who gave me my refund had a nasty attitude. The unfortunate part is you’d think after I offered to come in and pick up the food this would’ve been resolved and I immediately offered that before the back and forth about the phone number. The worst customer service I’ve encountered in years from the consistent mistakes, Changes to menu daily, Horrible customer service for food that is substandard also trying to force customers to credit mistakes to their next order is simply unacceptable. The food isn’t worth the price and the Customer Service is Horrible. And for those wondering why I kept ordering I mainly ordered sandwich or salads so unless a huge mistake is made It no biggie to me."

"Great food. I had the lemon dream pancakes, which were delicious. Only concern is that while we were waiting outside for a table we received a text that our table was ready but when we entered the restaurant we were told our table was not ready. We had approximately another 15 minutes to wait for our table. Once seated our orders were taken right away and our food and drinks came out quickly."

"I’m starting to loose faith in reading good reviews because this place was not what I was hoping it to be. We were sat fairly quickly but we had to wait 10 mins for our server to approach us and offer us drinks. I had seen him walk by us many times to attend to a party of 8 that he was taking care of but never said anything until 10 mins later. We finally got waters and I tried out their cafe latte and it tasted like regular coffee with regular milk poured in, so I guess they don’t have a milk frother thing? Idk what it’s called but I’m a coffee feign so I know it was just a regular cup of coffee. We waited for 45 mins to get our food. I tried the shrimp and grits and it was so overpowering, waaaay too much sauce was poured on. The hash browns had a sweetness to them and not very good either. They over cooked our eggs (we ordered over medium) and my daughters steak (which we ordered medium, and the steak was very bland and dry), she got the steak and eggs. To top it off we never got refills on our water and when I finally got more coffee, that I had to ask for, it was cold. Our server was very attentive to the party of 8 but didn’t pay me and my daughter any attention. I was server before and I know you’re expecting a good tip from a large group but you have to pay attention to all your tables and make sure they’re good. I doubt I’ll come back here."

Don 't get mi wrong; I 'd still eat either place if Hungry.js I 've been in there more than a handful of times haven 't 'EVER ' been 'Disappointed ' by them!!! They go 'Above Beyond ' in Foods Cooked The Service provided!!! I 'd 'Highly ' Recommend this 'Restaurant ' or 'Establishment '!!! I Don 't know how long they 've been here or around... but I can still see them open operating years down the road from now!!! But don 't take my word for it... "I ordered a small bianca with wings, half bbq half mild. I asked the woman at the register if they had a bianca and what came in it and she made a guess to the best of her knowledge. Not every pizza spot makes a Bianca the same way. I was a little unsure about how it would turn out because she didn’t seem to be sure of what I was asking. BUUUTTT when I arrived home, I opened the box and a beautiful little pizza sat in front of me. With the perfect toppings some of which included tomato and feta. The wings were perfectly crisp and sauce was plentiful. Only thing I would say is please give a girl plenty of blue cheese for 10pc wings ? Also, the crust on that pizza was AMAZING I didn’t even wanna share with my dog! It was garlicky and buttery and amazing. I hope to have a repeat experience soon. Thanks for the amazing food."

"I ordered takeout for the first time from this restaurant, and wow, my pepperoni sausage pizza was incredibly fresh and delicious, even after a 10-minute car ride! It was around midnight on a Friday, and while I waited for my order, I took a moment to check out the interior, which was spotless. I always pay attention to the cleanliness of the dishes, floors, and tables in the dining area. I tend to get concerned about the food quality if I hear a restaurant lamenting about being short-staffed, but that wasn’t the case here. Although they were clearly low on staff, they were working efficiently and purposefully, which I really appreciated. I’m giving this place 5 stars and will definitely be returning!"

"I tried Villa Milano's Pizza tonight for the very 1st time. Not only was it delivered in record time but it was also delivered hot and absolutely everything we ordered was amazing and so delicious. They exceeded all of my expectations which are normally pretty high. We ordered Buffalo wings, the fried dough and the Al Pollo white pizza. I originally placed my order online and then followed up by calling the restaurant because I wanted to make sure they included paper plates and cutlery. They were so nice when I spoke to them and I received everything I asked for plus more. I will recommend Villa Milano's Pizza to everybody. What an amazing 1st Experience! Thank you Villa Milano's. "I order here weekly and they have good food but recently they just lost a customer for their poor customer service and lack of quality in their work. I ordered a pizza and some other things .. they deliver the other items but not the pizza, so the driver told me they would send out a new pizza with another driver....it came 45 mins later cold and soggy (they gave me the first pizza they forgot to bring) and it's covered with cheese and usally isn't it usally has a light feta with some light pizza cheese...I called and they insisted it was a new pizza and wouldn't refund me....one year later UPDATE they still have horrible food I got Alfredo and it's was the nastiest I have ever had in my life so thick and greasy and the shrimp where over cooked....never again I'm really DONE...save ur money people!"

"Exceeded expectations; I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could. Hands down the best pizzeria you will find in the Buffalo area. I ordered a chicken finger sub, onion rings, and pepperoni pizza. The sub to start was fresh as fresh could be. The lettuce was crisp and had a proper crunch. The tomatoes were firm, as though they had been sliced just prior to going on the sub. The cook added just the right amount of oil to dress the vegetables, which complemented the blue cheese topping wonderfully. The onion rings were also splendid, prepared old-fashion style and with no trailing following each bite. The pizza slices were massive, each one being easily the size of two individual slices from other area competitors. If you're hungry, rest assured this place will have you proper fed. Their customer service also speaks volumes. They called prior to delivery to ensure they had the order details correct, and their driver made sure the order was handed off properly to prevent porch-pirates grabbing it up."

"I called this restaurant a week in advance, spoke with a owner, reserved a table for 17 . .. so surprising when we all arrived a week later the restaurant had no recording about our reservation. fortunately, it is a great place and they cloged us at high peaks (not what we wanted) in the second floor. service was pretty good considering that a waitress was assigned to us. She's got it right. but the service was slowly understandable, I think we would have asked for a second waiting staff, but should they not have known? overall, eating was disappointing. but it's beach food. because it is a great space, it is not difficult to get and her meal. it is a good place for children and families."

"Might be a decent place to go, but they did not open at their advertised time of 11:00 AM. When we arrived (at 10:59) the front door was locked. A staff member was cleaning tables on the patio on the side of the building. She was about 15 feet away from us, and we were clearly waiting, yet she never even acknowledged awareness of our presence. We had an early afternoon flight scheduled at Sky Harbor and were hoping for some snacks and a drink before getting dropped off at the airport. By 11:15 the doors were still locked we bailed. I'm sure they will never miss our business, but there are too many options in this area where our minimal expectations for customer service can be met reliably we will go elsewhere"

"My wife and I were looking to celebrate our anniversary. After looking at a bunch of menus we decided to dine at the Glass Nickel. We missed our turn and were circling the block when we saw Scott C driving the pedal bar. Yelp friends in the Green Bay area will remember Scott. It was great to see him, and he's doing well We were greeted by a very sweet waitress, who gave us excellent service throughout our experience here. We had an appetizer (raviolis) and ordered our meal. I love a good calzone so that's my choice. My wife ordered a vegetarian lasagna and a salad. Beer selection was great so we got beers, too All of our food was stellar, Best calzone in a long time. My wife said her food was really, really good. Bottom line excellent food, excellent service. A good choice for our anniversary. If you are looking for a cozy place to dine, this is it. A wide variety of Italian style dishes. A great place that can accommodate vegetarians and vegans. They do have vegan cheese that can be added to a myriad of dishes Although it's a 40 mile drive to get here, we will definitely return to try their pizza."
