**What I Liked at PF Chang's:**
I enjoyed the lunch wok classics, particularly the Grilled Salmon. It’s dry-rubbed with Asian spices and served with grilled asparagus and a tangy red pepper slaw, along with a generous portion of white or brown rice. The dish with brown rice is both healthy and satisfying.
**What I Didn't Like:**
Unfortunately, the asparagus was limp and lacked any crunch, and the salmon was a bit dry. However, adding a squeeze of lemon helped enhance the flavor.
One of my friends ordered the Almond Cashew Chicken wok classic, which came with stir-fried bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, celery, bamboo shoots, and water chestnuts in a garlic soy sauce. Personally, I found there was too much sauce for my liking, but she seemed to enjoy it with the fried rice, which comes at an extra cost.
Another friend chose a lighter option, pairing a California Spring Roll with a bowl of hot and sour soup. She was pleased with her selection.
For dessert, my friends opted for the Banana Spring Rolls, which come as six pieces on a plate accompanied by three small scoops of coconut-pineapple ice cream, drizzled with caramel and vanilla sauces. The dish is garnished with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. It was a bit too sweet for my taste, but my friends loved it.
The ambiance of the restaurant is visually stunning, and the service was friendly, approachable, and efficient.
