"I enjoyed a delightful lunch experience with prompt and courteous service. I ordered the Godzilla Maki for $18, which was absolutely amazing, along with edamame for $6.50 and green tea for $3.50. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, and it was clean and not too loud during the lunch rush. I sat in the main dining area, not on the Hibachi side. The restrooms were also spotless, which is a plus! I highly recommend this place for your sushi and Hibachi cravings. My server today was Fay, and she was very attentive and sweet. Just a heads up, an 18% gratuity is added automatically."

"Amber is really close to where I live so it's been on my list of places to try for a bit now! You can definitely tell this is a local favorite spot, since I see lots of takeout orders coming from here every time I walk past it, and when I went for the first time the other day-there were lots of people dining in for lunch! They have great deals at lunch, with lots of different specials for everyone! I got to sushi rolls, with miso soup and a salad for only $13! I got the crunchy spicy tuna roll and shrimp tempura roll and thought both were delicious and fresh testing! Will definitely be coming back here soon to try some more lunch specials!"

"We have enjoyed Amber on numerous occasions. It's an ideal spot for a quick dinner prior to taking in a movie nearby at the 68th St and Broadway. Last Friday, new Years eve, we came by at 6PM, ordered our appetizers which came in minutes. We then ordered our entrees and waitred. After 15 minutes, we told the sever we were trying to make a movie. Fifteen minutes later, still no service. We told them to pack up the dinner to go, paid the check and left. This was the first time the service was poor. Hopefully, it won't happen again."

"I drove 70 miles to get to this restaurant, which used to be only 2 minutes away from where I lived. It was worth every gallon of gas. The portions were very generous. The only slight negative was that the egg rolls were not as good as the rest of the food. Despite that, I will definitely go back whenever time and gas permit."

"This is the worst restaurant I've ever dined at. The soup was flavorless, and my meal, which was supposed to feature tofu, was served uncooked—just cubed and tossed into a dish with beef and gravy, accompanied by raw bell peppers. Tofu and beef together? Yes. We ended up spending $120 for four people, and that was without much alcohol—just one bottle of beer among us. Ugh. Even the rice cost $5 for a small bowl. The service was provided by an indifferent man who lacked attentiveness. The ambiance felt like a tacky tribute to Liberace."

"My boyfriend and I had hibachi around 4:50 PM, and the service was excellent. The only thing we overlooked while ordering was that, unlike other hibachi restaurants we've visited, this one didn't include noodles in the hibachi meal, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, the food was tasty. I would rate it a 3 out of 5 since we've experienced better hibachi places. For two drinks, two orders of noodles, and the hibachi, our total was around $80."

"My colleagues and I had reservations at 12 noon and were seated straight away. As the Burmese restaurant is in the area, we really looked forward to this experience. While we were in no hurry the restaurant was. Drinks were ordered and they urged to have a meal order at the same time. We wait to order the food until the drinks have been brought to us. We ordered the Burmese beef and goat stew as well as the Moh Hin Ga (fish noodle soup). The sauces on the meat stews were good, but not spectacular! The stew was definitely not tender. If you like tough meat then these dishes are for you. In addition, the Moh Hin Ga lacked taste and in the words of my colleagues: "I would not order it again". Also soft drinks and iced tea and refilled for free. Given the rush and subpar experience, won't be returning. Given their great Yelp reviews, it seems like there are plenty of customers out there who like it. Maybe we only visited them on a bad day or the normal cook wasn't around that day ..."

"Would have never guessed there was a sushi place out here. My fiancée and I enjoy sushi and are always trying to check out new locations.The building and parking lot are small, but there's plenty of space inside. We must have gone on off hours. There was 1 server/host and 1 person making the rolls. I'm definitely not complaining. the service was quick. I had 3 rolls. I always enjoy the sweet potato rolls and California rolls. Tlyes, they're basic, but you know what you're getting. I ordered 1 signature rolls, the godzilla roll. It was delicious. Service was quick and friendly, prices reasonable, and the food was good."

"This restaurant is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. In my opinion, they serve some of the best salmon sushi in the area. My favorite menu items include the salmon lover, sautéed edamame, spicy tuna avocado salad, and the Thai basil with steak. Like many places lately, their prices have gone up, making it a bit more expensive for us to visit as frequently as we once did. However, every time we do go, we have a fantastic dining experience."

"The Thai food was decent. Ordering online was quick, only taking 20 minutes to prepare! The ambiance was beautiful. The dishes were mild as expected. The pad thai with chicken had a surprising sweetness to it, which was enjoyable. It could have used more peanuts and chili flakes for added texture and flavor. The fresh fruits were a nice touch. The fried eggplant had good flavor but was overly greasy. The massaman curry had a beautiful taste, but I wished the potatoes were cooked more to absorb the flavors of the curry. The dish seemed to be dominated by tofu. The seaweed salad was interesting with cauliflower, but my dining partner found it to have a strange taste. I found it to be bland and lacking in seasoning."
