"I went to pick up a large order for my organization, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The manager was very rude and condescending, making it difficult to get the help I needed. The orders were for several different people, and since the food containers were covered in condensation, I couldn't see what was inside. I asked him to label the orders, which should have been done in the first place, but he claimed it would take too much time. Even though I offered to wait, he dismissed my request as ridiculous. After a moment of tension, I pointed out that there was a nearby marker, and he begrudgingly labeled the orders. Because of this experience, my organization will not be using Rubio's again, and I will be sure to share this with my colleagues to prevent them from dining there as well."
