"This Rubio's location on the UCSD campus is as excellent as any other in town, featuring plenty of outdoor seating equipped with heat lamps. The employee, Victor, was incredibly prompt, friendly, and helpful—it felt like I was being served in a fine dining restaurant. This was by far the best service I've ever received at Rubio's. The food was delicious and served quickly. Rubio's, please never get rid of the lobster burrito!"

A single bowl costs 14 dollars meanwhile it says 11 on their menu, avoid at all cost unless you wanna get tasteless overpriced food

I have to say I am satisfied with the food! I ordered the loaded nachos and cali burrito! It’s really good! Also awesome customer service, and friendly staff!

Food is ok but pricing is unreasonable with the added 10% surcharge they do not inform you about until you pay. This is before they ask you to tip on take out orders. The food does not justify the pricing; I would not recommend. View menu

Good Food but horrible customer service. There’s a discount sign in the front but I did not receive it during the payment. I asked why I did not get the discount, the cashier said in a very aloof attitude that I did not mention it before the payment processed. I am very upset with her attitude!

I sampled two different burritos here: shrimp and Mahi. Both were just average. The shrimp burrito contained only three small shrimp, and the Mahi burrito had only a small amount of fish. While the flavor was decent, the protein portions were quite lacking. Overall, I don't think it's worth it. There are better options in this food court that offer better value.
