"Rubio is a roomy Mexican restaurant that delivers food promptly. I would liken it to an improved Chipotle, particularly because of the broader selection, including fish and shrimp tacos. However, my top pick from the menu is undoubtedly the roasted salsa—it's so delicious that I could enjoy it straight from the containers! The service is typically very quick, and the staff is attentive and courteous. Unfortunately, their Salsa Bar hasn't reopened yet, which is somewhat disappointing, but they do offer pre-packaged cups of salsa instead."

The table dirty. Really dirty and disgusting. The food was good, however the service wasn't that great. Included a photo of the table.

This restaurant is by far one of the best customer service I've encountered. The food is delicious. The Mexican street corn in a cup is amazing; ordering a double next time!

The table was quite dirty, which was really off-putting. While the food was enjoyable, the service could definitely use improvement. I've included a photo of the table for reference.

I would eat here every day if I could! I truly believe they offer the best gluten-free menu in the entire Coachella Valley. The flavors are exceptional, and the food is extremely fresh. View menu

We ordered online and then picked it up. You can't go wrong with Rubios always tasted pretty good! They did get part of our order wrong, though missed a special request and gave the wrong sides. But still tasted fine!

Very positive experience.. great food, excellent service. Trying to order online, but had problems. went in and asked for help. Person seemed to the manager quickly and pleasantly solved problem in the app and processed my order, including the discount offered (in the app). Eat home and enjoyed it immensely. Will of course return in the future.

Lunch was a wonderful experience. It was my husband's first time dining at a Ruby, and he was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the food was. Although he's not a picky eater, he grew up with a father who worked in a kitchen, so he has a good sense of what quality food should be. He ordered a taco platter and ended up going back for six more! We will definitely be coming back; we have no interest in any imitation taco places! View menu

I don't know why it says I was here yesterday when I am here right now..theur food is soo good! I got the street corn bowl with shrimp and a mango Mahi Mahi taco. I've been here a couple of times. The lady behind the counter was very nice and accommodating. My son spilled his drink and I asked her for a rag so could clean it up since she was busy. Please be KIND to our service workers, they are short staffed and doing the best they can

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was exceptional, and the service was top-notch. I initially tried to place my order online but ran into some issues, so I walked in for help. The person who assisted me appeared to be the manager, and he promptly and graciously sorted out the problem with the app while processing my order, including the discount that was available. I took the food home and thoroughly enjoyed it. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

"This is La Quinta old style, which is most of La Quinta and I don't mean this in a negative way, but if you are looking for a unique Italian Experience, this is not it. What it IS is reasonably good food, that is predictable and exactly what you think, in a very comfortable, if dated setting. Even the the background music seems like something from the 50's, not bad, just predictable. The restaurant offers a huge comfortable patio (in the days of COVID a big plus) with lots of plants, misters and comfortable seating. The wait staff is generally friendly and agreeable. The evening we were there the hostess was bussing tables and taking initial drink orders which led to a bit of a wait to be seated, probably a result of understaffing in the face of all the issues of the pandemic. It was happy hour so not sure what they do during the dinner hour. We had two cocktails, an appetizer and happy hour pizza. The drinks were ok, if a little too expensive. The calamari was good, a little tough. We had the pepperoni pizza, and that was good. The service was good. It all came in at just under $50, but the drinks were $24 of that. I look forward to returning to try a salad, perhaps a glass of wine and see how it all stacks up. This was our first visit in the 2.5 years we have been here, we have been pretty big Stuft Pizza fans, but the larger patio make a big difference, and the wait at stuffed has gotten pretty insufferable. Not their fault, but it is what it is."
