"Went to have dinner with just myself and my daughter. Ordered,part of my meal came , waited for my other part, also was waiting for her dish the whole time. They finally bring my food yet not my daughters . Waited another 5 mins and I said my food is cold and she still had not received her food yet, so they remake my plate.. yet still no sign of my daughters..I get comped a drink and an appetizer… Do you think I came looking for that ???‍ No. I wanted to just have a nice hot meal with my daughter and instead we had to wait and then the funny part is , that we were there so long it past the free parking limit.. it’s what 1:30-2 hours free then you pay.. yeah had to pay for being there past the free time.."

"We had a fantastic experience with our waitress and the service was excellent. However, there was one drawback. It was my stepson's birthday and when our waitress asked what he wanted for dessert, he chose the chocolate cake. Unfortunately, she returned and informed us that there were only two complimentary dessert options for birthdays - creme brulee and another option that I didn't catch. It was disappointing to learn that his choice of cake was not included as a complimentary option, especially considering there was only a small price difference between the cake and creme brulee. In the end, we paid for the cake and our dinner. Despite spending over $200 at the restaurant that night, this dessert issue will stick in our memories for a long time. It's frustrating when customer service falls short in such small ways. When the cake arrived, we asked for a candle but the person who brought it seemed bothered and simply lit the candle without a greeting or well wishes. It felt like a missed opportunity for a simple gesture like saying Happy Birthday. The restaurant wasn't busy, so it wouldn't have taken much time to make that small moment special."

"As always, visiting Hunter's Tavern in Easton, MD, is a culinary delight. Our server, Liam, was excellent, and based on his suggestions, we decided to try the daily specials for our main courses. My wife relished the Mexican Rockfish topped with crab and avocado, while I enjoyed the incredibly tasty 10 oz. NY Strip paired with crab mac and cheese. After our meal, we headed to the bar for some after-dinner cocktails, where our bartender, Sandra, was both knowledgeable and friendly. Her Sagamore Rye Manhattans and Old-Fashioneds were the perfect finale to our five-star dining experience at Hunter’s. A trip to Easton wouldn't be complete without enjoying lunch, dinner, or brunch at Hunter's Tavern."

"Went to Peppino's with a friend before going to a concert at Van Andel Arena. Decided to split a Pizza Sub with Fries. Friend ordered a Mango Peppino's Limonata, which was delicious. The pizza sub itself was very good. Plenty of sauce and cheese, and sub roll was good. French fries were crunchy. Place was packed, but was expected 2 hours before a busy event at Van Andel. All the restaurants within walking distance were on 90 minute waits, and we didn't have reservations anywhere. Peppino's was also on a wait, but we were able to score 2 bar seats and got lucky. Would definitely go again, their pizzas looked good."

"Truly fine food served in a very professional manner at an historic setting. A walk through the grounds and seeing the historical pictures are a must. When we entered the Garden Patio there was a smoke from a decorative fire that was taken care of when we commented as we were seated. The food served was perfectly created and each of four different requests were thoroughly enjoyed."

"we like to go to this bertucci my daughter goes to merrimac college, so it is beautiful and close unfortunately how everywhere they were far underoccupied! it took a long time to get our food and we were almost too late for our concert at the merrimack college! "Disappoint. After the local award 3 years in a row, thought it would be a good place for late lunch. Service was slow (not crowded day at all, much wait staff), and food was just ok. My daughter ordered Burrata Salat. has no salad at all. You take it when it comes to salad section with greens, but we were wrong. My chicken fingers were tasty, but there were only 3 small ones for dinner plated and sat a while before I got them.. My sweet potato fries were hardly warm and not crispy at all. Husband's sandwich looked good. When I asked him how it was, he said it was good. Wait, the staff was really nice, I'm going to be compliment. So many great places to eat here will not eat again. Maybe for drinks, but no meal."

"Ambiance: a classic Italian American restaurant with a relaxing and chill vibe. The restaurant was not too busy on a Wednesday night. The inside of the restaurant looked clean and tidy. Service: service was top notch. Our waitress was really nice and friendly. She even helped us decide on what dessert to get after our meal. Amazing service. Food: so, I ordered their Fettuccine and Prawns (Prawns with Broccoli, Garlic, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Shallots, in White Wine Cream Sauce with Butter, over fresh Egg Fettuccini). I loved this dish. The highlight was definitely the fresh egg fettuccine noodles, which were chewy and bouncy. I also really enjoyed the white wine cream sauce with prominent garlic flavor. I appreciate it the amount of broccoli that they put in this dish, to really balance out the heaviness from the cream sauce and the carbs. The sun-dried tomatoes added tanginess and a different texture to each bite. Last but not least, the prawns were beautifully grilled and flavorful. I would get this dish again. Price was $21 as of September 2024. For dessert, we got the Lemon Italian Cream Cake. It was a Devonshire's Tangy Sweet Lemon Italian Cake topped off With Powder Sugar and decorated with whipped cream. I loved the lightness of this cake. The cake itself was not overly sweet, and I enjoyed the lemon flavored custard in the middle (not lemon curd). It was delicious. Price was $7.25 as of September 2024."

"we regularly eat in this bertuccis about twice in the month since 1995. that was the worst experience we had in this restaurant. we did not even see a waitress after 20 minutes after sitting so left. it is obviously more personal required. If this goes on, we have to find a new place of interest. we know some of the employees who usually work on Sunday, and on this special day we say none of them. hopefully they didn't leave the restaurant permanently. based on this visit we cannot recommend this restaurant."

"My party and I dined at the Winged Bear for dinner, marking our first visit since the pandemic shutdown. I am happy to say that the restaurant still offers the same high-quality food. The Cuban sandwich I ordered was delicious, and my companions enjoyed their meals as well. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, striking a good balance. "I had Sunday brunch (via reservation) at their super hero themed buffet recently. I was impressed with the level of decorations which mesmerized my young son. The staff was dressed up and very engaging. We enjoyed the large spread of food offered, and we found the extra time put into the 'super hero named ' food options a nice, small detail. "The food is good, and the servers are friendly, though they seem a bit overwhelmed. However, the prices aren't very competitive. I've noticed that the tables aren’t cleaned with chlorine solutions, which makes me question their sanitation. I enjoyed the sample jams, but it was a bit tricky to get the bread to go with them. I ended up trying the jams with lettuce, which wasn’t ideal. The drinks are definitely the highlight here—excellent coffee and tea at quite reasonable prices, served in bowls instead of traditional cups."

"Random Restaurant Post work drink enjoyed @oko.rye . It looks deceivingly Japanese, but the food options here are Japanese-inspired and created by non-Japanese. Knowing that at the onset, I did enjoy the generous servings of crunchy and heavily battered tempura, chef 's special set of his and hers nigiri set (for those with a companion/date, two of every kind) and their affordable Teishoko meal aka Chef 's Meal that has the entire food group covered. Best of all, I enjoyed the restaurant 's location in Rye right beside a good-size library with a big lawn and the warm and cleverly designed interiors. "Had an outstanding time with my mother today at Bertucci's. We ordered from the Throwback Menu and all the food/desserts/drinks were outstanding. Michelle, our waitstaff professional was a seasoned professional and treated us terrifically. The huge bonus was seeing Krissy Marshall at Bertucci's because I haven't seen her since 1978. I am glad she came over to our table to say hello, and we shared memories about her former house, siblings, Pathwoods Avenue Park, and other things. Recommend!"

"Stuck in Mickey-land for a convention, a group of us were looking for a Sunday brunch spot. Oscar's at the Waldorf sounded like what we wanted and off we went. Although I'm not a lover of buffets, this one looked amazing, with more variety than usual, including a smoked salmon bar, prosciutto bar and honey dripping from a honeycomb! There were a lot of family's with kids, so it was a bit noisy, but that didn't really detract...everything the group of 4 tried, we loved. Only 2 things that were a little strange were that the cost of the buffet only included Mimosas, not **** Marys and there were no Eggs Benedict on the buffet??What impressed me most though was the commitment to making the customer happy. When I got to the salmon bar, it was empty, although two staff members I asked told me it would be restocked. When I mentioned it to our waiter, he came back and said they'd run out, which was disappointing. The manager came over an apologized, said they'd even sent over to the next door Hikton but they were out til Monday...not what I wanted to hear. 15 minutes later the manager appeared with a plate heaped with the best smoked salmon I've had in a long time....THAT is service."

"Long wait and the host wasn’t using his system to keep track but more by memory. Reserving a table on OpenTable didn’t really help us, but they were short servers so he was staggering tables to not overwhelm the kitchen or servers which I can appreciate. Once we sat down the server was very attentive and the food was amazing. I would definitely go back but bring some patience knowing they’re probably under staffed on most shifts since this was a Saturday evening."

"Restaurant was very busy and it was about a 10 minute wait. We were seated as soon as a table was available. Server immediately took our appetizer and drink order. Brought those out quickly and took our food order. She was very attentive and frequentlyasked if we needed anything. So in spite of a full Restaurant, we were served quickly and our food was delicious! My husbandordered the tuna tacos and he said they were delicious as well. Will definitely be back."
