"I recently had lunch at this restaurant with four of my colleagues, and I was really impressed. The food was excellent, but the service was truly outstanding. Our server, Morgan, really knows how to provide great customer service. She was the most attentive server I've encountered in any restaurant I've visited. Morgan was very familiar with the menu, made great suggestions, and easily addressed my gluten-free needs without missing a beat. She consistently kept our glasses filled, ensuring we never ran low. I believe Morgan should train other servers; her ability to create the best dining experience is unmatched. I'll definitely be returning and recommending Elizabeth's to others because of her exceptional service."

"We visited Elizabeth's pizza at Silas Crossing in Winston today at 4:00 p.m. after we had debated between several Italian restaurants in the area. Beautiful atmosphere, reasonable music, employees all wear masks, tables apart. We ate here before and first in love with Elizabeth when we lived in Greensboro 25 years ago, before we entered the Blue Ridge Mtns. It is nice to have always consistently good food. Although the prices were somewhat steeper than what was previously viewed online, the food was good and the portions were plentiful. We all took at least half of the participants home. Many options for vegetarians that are so beautiful. My daughter ordered the Baked Ziti -cheese- $13.99) and had the salad as her side. Great ranch dressing-not too thick, homemade cost. My husband ordered spaghetti w/ meatballs $14.29) with soup as his side. Your soup of the day was tomato bisque . Very recommended! He would have ordered a gallon. I had the Vegetarian Stromboli -small- $10.59) and was so happy that it had all my favorite viggies. Onions, green peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, spinach, cheese. We ordered garlic knots as appetizer $7.29) and one side of the marinara sauce for diving $3.99). Impressive size bowl for size, compared to some of the other chain Italian seats. Since it was only 4:00, I did not order my usual wine, but they have a nice selection of wine and beer. Jose was friendly and attentive to our needs. He brought boxes, drinking cups and a bag we had to ask first. Since all our girls are servers, we definitely appreciate nice service."

"This Bojangles location is definitely the worst I've ever been to. The staff always seems to have a poor attitude, and they often run out of menu items. Today, they didn't have any large items available, including cups and containers for large fries. From now on, I will choose to drive further to the next nearest location to avoid this one altogether."

"The staff is super nice but very very unorganized I didn't like the fact that I went in there at a little bit before 8:00 and the entire front line had been broke down so I couldn't even see the food they didn't have any teammate to go and they forgot my chicken strips I got the big family pack supposed to come with eight pieces of chicken 12 family strips eight biscuits three fixings and a gallon of tea I had to wait probably about 10 minutes for my tea if not longer I didn't get my chicken strips at all tonight I have to go back to get them it took 6 minutes to get my order taken but the staff was very apologetic about it super friendly just really unorganized and kind of rushed I understand they're ready to get out of there when it's closing time but it's not even 8:00 and I can't see what I'm getting that's one of the best parts about Bojangles and one of my half gallons of tea tasted salad yes they gave me two half gallons instead of one full gallon which is fine but just more to carry when you already have two bags full of food... I go there often cuz it's near me and when you order something simple you never have a problem but they can't handle these big orders cuz it's the third time they messed up a big order than a place... So come on people you're a great store just try a little harder and get more organized"

"We got to off the grill every Monday night. The owner was there tonight and VERY rude to the two young men working. Even rude to us and was yelling and screaming over a $5 kids meal that the boys gave us free for kids eat free. We ordered 4 adult meals and 4 kids meals not expecting to get the 4th kids meal for free but that’s how they rang it up. He approached us as we were leaving and got an attitude with my husband, so I said that is NOT how an owner approaches a customer. He came from behind the counter and tried to get in my face in front of our 3 children and my autistic adult client who had a melt down and he screams and him and threatened to call the police. We love off the grill but after this experience will NEVER return."

"04/2023 This was my first visit, and I was not impressed at all. I went through the drive-thru, and the woman taking my order sounded like she was lying on the couch with her phone stuck in her neck, clearly irritated to be at work. She was unhelpful and curt when asking questions and taking my order. I had to repeat my order three times because she got it wrong each time. When I got to the window, there was no greeting—just a hand reaching out for payment. I paid and received my food without a bag, just boxes stacked haphazardly. What kind of customers are they used to that this is acceptable? Once I got home, I found the chicken was breaded and the whole meal was a soggy mess. The fries were so over-salted that it felt like I might have instant bloating and sky-high blood pressure. This will be our only visit. Good luck with all the renovations coming... P.S. I should have read the reviews before going."

"Terrible! Awful customer service. they neverrrr make curbside orders when they are supposed to. 20 minutes AFTER I’m supposed to receive my food while I’m waiting in the assigned parking spot, I call and she says oh they will start making my food then hangs up. and btw this happened twice about a year apart. Both times I had to call the store myself in order to get them to start making my food even though I ordered through the app.UPDATE: waited an additional 10 minutes and still no food. Called again to cancel the order and she said she couldn’t do that, I would have to go through the app but it isn’t possible to cancel orders through the app. it’s a huge run around. Finally located the number of corporate and they will be getting an ear full when they open tomorrow"

"Incredibly rude in the window, would not listen to our order and again and again the wrong element. Do you have arguments with my partner, and said ?we don?t have chicken sandwiches by 10:00?, when it was 9:58. Had?t even around to try the food, just ran away because of the increasing rude/annoyed attitude of the person on the window. We also tried to be polite and reasonable, but this person clearly had a day?, and instead of potentially escalating, it was better to just go. It seems to have a staff/management problem quite consistent. In the past, when others have taken my order from this place, objects (hazardous) have been understated. I suggest waiting for about 4 exits and meeting the next Bojangles near Gibsonville. Nicer, better prepared."

"What I ordered they forgot the egg and cheese on the chicken sandwich so I watched them reopen my sandwich and just stole the egg up there and the cheese. The server was wearing gloves but it was how it was done. They should have repeated it or something to make sure it was made correctly. The cinnamon twists were hard look like they've been sitting in the light too long. It wasn't fresh and the people behind me got rude customer service from a cashier who claim that she had workers in her drive-thru and she got to get to them. But a customer is in front of you and you're the one that chose to get in front of that register and I just looked at the customers and shook my head because the lady was so mean to them and talking so loudly about how she needed to get to the drive-thru. But when I pulled up to order my food I went to the drive-thru and there was a paper cover in it said the phone didn't work and you had to come inside and order. So I don't know if she was making it up or just in the 2 minutes that I've been in the building. It was fixed all over sudden. Dark skin. Heavy set black lady was really mean there is a such thing as customer service and if you can't do that you don't need that job. If you got to talk loud and embarrass people, you don't need that job if you can't conduct yourself as a good human in the Earth. You don't need that job. "Normally even if ask for southern tenders I get the spicy ones and I can't eat spicy foods at all. Have had them mess up the order more than they have gotten it correct. Employees are very rude at times but the girl was actually nice last night and Iactually got what I ordered even though fries were to be no salt no season salt nothing in salt but they were salty but not asbad as normally are. So if you can't eat spicy and order southern check before you pull off or you'll still have no food to eat.But another choice could be the steak biscuit it's normally a good choice and not spicy but do wish they had a choice of nonspicy of more things ...their regular chicken sandwich had a friend's eyes watering and he can eat spicy but he said that it wassetting his mouth on fire so even non spicy chicken sandwiches aren't a safe choice if you can't eat spicy due to any gastroproblems"

"I have been eating here for pretty much my entire life as my family's house is in the area. Sadly over the last few years it has gone downhill. I do not know if the online order system is to blame, or simply changes in ownership and quality of the products. The last time we ordered, we made the mistake of using the online ordering and we will not do that again. The Chardog (a Grilled hotdog) was not grilled, and wasn't even warm to lukewarm, it was cold. Like it had been sitting in a fridge and then had condiments put on it. They used to have Merks cheese for the cheese fries. I'm not sure what they have now, but the cheese was broken and oily and gritty. I also asked for extra crispy fries, and once again they were floppy and cold. I'm not sure if it is a problem with the reading comprehension of the person who is looking at the online ordering, or a change in management or ownership, but the quality isn't as good as it used to be. It makes me so sad, because this is my family's go to quick dinner that makes everyone happy, Or it used to."
