"I had a reservation at 18:30 and it was our first time to eat there. we have to wait another 15 minutes before we come to our table. it was a very busy Saturday evening in the restaurant. the waiter was friendly, but unfortunately he only checked us once in the entire dining experience. my eating was not bad, but the steak my friend ordered was very dissatisfied. he ordered a medium rare that came out moderately. he said the flesh tasted like gum. the spargel and the carrots were very dirty. I tasted it and it was bland. he didn't want to ask the waiter to take the food back because he knows how long it would take until it comes out again because we waited almost an hour for our food. unfortunately we don't go back again, but he was unhappy with the service and eating."

"WARNING: STAY AWAY!!! This restaurant has seriously declined. Our visit to JB's on 8/17/24 was disappointing. One person in our group ordered a half rack of ribs with sides, but the ribs arrived ice cold and undercooked. After taking a bite, he couldn’t eat anything else because the taste made him feel nauseous. We informed the server, and while they removed the cost from the bill, it really ruined our night out. Now, 12 hours later, two other members of our party are also feeling sick and vomiting. We tested for COVID, anticipating that question, and the results came back negative. It seems clear that the issue stems from poorly prepared food at this location. We spent $180 on a terrible experience and will never return. I advise others to take their money elsewhere."

"I informed the hostess that I had a reservation, but she failed to check me in and later claimed I was a no-show. Not only was I present, but she also disregarded my question about my reservation. We were seated away from our desired location, even though it was available and I had asked for it again at check-in. The waiter took 15 minutes to reach our table and seemed overly focused on a table of five nearby. We had to request broth and water, which was a bit frustrating. I ordered my salmon medium, but it was overcooked and burnt. Throughout the meal, the waiter didn’t check in to see if we needed anything or if everything was satisfactory. When it came time to pay, he was polite, but it felt like too little, too late. On a positive note, the bartender was friendly, polite, and attentive, earning him a five-star rating from me."

"I ordered chicken Milanese… the chicken is small,thin, dark coating, very dried, hard to cut.. hardly see the chicken.. It’s so sad… Calamari.. numerous times given opportunity to order, hope better, just the inconsistency, at times just right, many times, the calamari appeared to have freezer burn, dry, chewy. This supposedly popular items.. the flavor is good. I think sadly to say, Brios food quality somewhat decreased with time.. it’s sad, because Brios is a nice place, just can’t live it up to the standards.. I’m kind hesitate to return… unless no other choice."

"I am giving my review based mainly on the service at this restaurant. The food was decent, but I found it to be very expensive and the preparation took too long. Stephanie, our server, was a true gem of a person. I enjoyed every interaction with her - she was sassy, wise, and always had something interesting to say. She made sure we never went too long without a refill or checking in on how our experience was going. Stephanie was very welcoming and I would definitely return because of her. The wings were okay, but quite small for the price. The pasta was well-cooked, but it didn't stand out as being particularly unique. Thank you again, Stephanie, you are a phenomenal person and I admire your work ethic and personality. I hope you see this review because you deserve praise for your excellent service."

"Our experience at GG 's was an absolute pleasure! We arrived for dinner time, and surprisingly we were sat right away! Place feels very cozy and I would say it Has a very Welcoming/Family environment. Our waiter (William) Was absolutely professional and pleasant to speak with! He took our order with ease, and promptly delivered drinks/Hot/Fresh food! Prices are absolutely Fair for the amounts... (We had the chicken Alfredo and Pepperoni pizza and some garlic rolls). "This was our first visit in a very long time. The place was rather empty but we took an outside table under an overhang…great choice as there was a rain storm. Excellent service by Emily. We were disappointed that our favorite appetizer of shrimp and eggplant was unavailable but shifted to the mixed bruschettas and were very pleased. The portion was 6 pieces so plenty for 2 of us. We split the Caesar salad and then a serving of lasagna. We ate everything rather than go home with left overs. A pleasant evening."

"I visited this restaurant with a dining group of 30 people and we were promptly seated at 4 long tables in a separate dining room from the main restaurant. This was on a Saturday around 5 PM. First, we were all very impressed with the service. We had 2 servers throughout the evening and one server informed us she had only been on the job for a little over a week! I ordered a glass of Lambrusco with a chopped salad consisting of greens, cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, olives, feta, and a tangy red wine vinaigrette to start. Several of my table mates ordered Caesar salads or the house salad, which all looked equally delicious and fresh. I decided to order the calamari appetizer with lemon aioli and marinara sauce on the side, accompanied by a slice of warm, fresh arrabbiatta to also dip. Several others ordered the Pasta Woozie and raved about it so much that now I want to go back and also try it. It was made with chicken, fettuccine, alfredo, and spinach. We all lamented the fact that we did not have room for dessert, which had the expected tiramisu and cheesecake options. My only negative would be to say that the parking lot needs some upkeep as there were potholes we had to dodge when parking and the first impression belies the fact that the interior of the restaurant was quite nice! Kudos again to the delicious food and service. Our large group was unanimous that we intend to place this business on our regular rotation since it was so accommodating and accessible for our large group."

"The atmosphere was comfortable. The hostess welcomed us. Bethany our server was dutifully attentive to her customers. If we needed something she almost intuitively was right there to meet our needs. The Pucillo Pizza was awesome. And the Calabrese Chicken Wings were very tasty. One suggestion to the Chef? The wings were microwaved and served. That makes for a very moist wing. If you mike the wings and then pop them in an oven for minutes flip them and bake them for another minute. They will come out crispy just as if they were deepfried"

"I reserved Opal because I was recommended but my experience was less than expected. Service very poor, maybe because We only ordered a glass of wine. Food WOW Pizza advertised a wood burning pizza (not really in my opinion! It looked like frozen pizza from Hotel Room Service) Shrimp pizza looked like had a Frozen Dough with Costco shredded cheese on top Appetizers were ok My wife select a fish from the special menu which was ok Service The appetizer arrived and we had to move plates, and when the main dish arrived the dirty plates from the appetizers were still on the table and the lady did not know what to do. Server came to assist a new table and even before our first bite she asked how was the food… I said it was ok. That was the last time I saw the server. Not even my water was refilled during the entire dinner. Dirty dishes after dinner were on the table for a while and only removed when I asked for the bill. Really would not recommend."

"in the restaurant at the time advised and waited for a few minutes until the waitress said that she could not take us about 15 minutes place, she was the only one that worked. when I looked around the restaurant, I could see other mozens sitting waiting for the only waitress to take their orders. the bar was covered with dirty food and other tables. there was a young man who said she was on the morning shift as we still wait there. another woman with blonde hair holding 2 flake wee culminated her head to say that someone was with us, then she went out of the door. my daughter visits the school in the opposite, we were there for parenting and that is the restaurant where she wanted to eat. needles to say I was horrified to stand only there and didn't think our experience would be better so we left and never go back. this is not the first time that this special waitress was the only one. I know it's hard to work people, but if you do. has terrible working conditions, who would want to work there?"

"I ordered from the website because the Doordash app was down. When I got home and tried the food, I realized it was made with chicken and uncooked broccoli, despite ordering broccoli, black olives, and fresh mozzarella as toppings. They only included a spoonful of ricotta and no other cheese. I was hesitant to call at first due to a busy schedule, but eventually did and spoke to a manager who offered to make a new one for free and even gave me dessert for the inconvenience. Apparently, they were training a new staff member. I went back to pick up the new calzone the next day and even though I had to reheat it, it was much better. I'm glad I followed up. The photos show the original calzone, but I forgot to take a picture of the new one. It looked like a typical Bertuccis calzone when I received it."

"We had a wonderful dining experience today at lunch. We enjoyed the grilled salmon salad which was awesome! I enjoy grilled salmon salad and it was the best salad I ever remember having! The salmon was seasoned wonderfully and I was impressed with the array of ingredients used in the salad. It was delicious and I highly recommend it to others. The atmosphere and layout of the restaurant made for a delightful dining experience! The service was phenomenal! Paulie served our table and it was a pleasure to me him! He is so welcoming and personal to customers and goes out of his way to provide excellent service and make one's dining experience excellent! I am an engineer and have traveled extensively in my career and eaten at so many restaurants. The dining experience including the food, atmosphere, appearance of the restaurant, and the service Paulie provided was as nice as any restaurant I have eaten at. "We went early (for specific reasons) and lucked into the early bird special. It was terrific. Appetizer, main course and dessert for $27. There were six of us, celebrating an 80th birthday. Four diners had the seafood chowder, deemed delicious, one the caesar salad and one the shrimp cocktail. It had 3 large delicious shrimp. Main course choices were steak tips and salmon (there were other choices as well) with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Dessert was a choice of chocolate cake, coconut cream cake or gelato or sorbet. Everything was delicious. We had glasses of wine, Riesling, sauvignon blanc and sangiovese also all delicious. The birthday boy was celebrated with a frosted round cake and candle. Our server Acely was outstanding, perky, fun and knowledgeable. Altogether, lovely experience."

"As always, very happy with Bertuccis in North Andover. Dine there often as it’s local to us. Never had any problems until our visit Sunday evening. Worst service we’ve ever had at Bertuccis and probably anywhere. We never saw our waitress unless she was bringing food to our table, or taking our order. When we did see her and ask for things that hadn’t been delivered to the table she disappeared for minutes. She handed the plates to each person and waited for them to take the plates from her, which is a big pet peeve of mine. She never asked if we need refills on drinks and we had a birthday to celebrate and the birthday person‘s dessert took minutes to come out. I’m hoping that she’s new and still in the process of training. If she’s not,Bertuccis she needs to go! Other than the poor service our visit was great as always!"

"Waited with 15 other people at the hostess stand for 11 minutes before getting attended too. Had reservations for 11 and they were not prepared for us at all. Table they brought us to was not clean. We cleaned ourselves. It had some old dirty jacket and crumbs all over it. Waters took 25 minutes, did not get silverware or napkins. Got food 2 hours later when the restaurant had only 5 other guests. Waiter said people don’t come to work anymore. She was sweet and new and never hosted a party before. I don’t blame her. Never will go again. Magnet nor anyone else ever came to check on us, apologize, or thank us for our patience. Our party was mostly kids on a Sunday afternoon. Nothing complicated always ordered and they were not busy."
