"This has been our second visit and I’m just not impressed with the food. Had two different sandwiches one cold and one hot on our visits. The bread is crusty on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside but lacks in flavor. We have tried their spicy homemade sausages with sauce, onions, peppers and cheese. The sausages were not spicy at all and sauce was very bland. The best part about our visits was the ricotta cheesecake it was out of this world."

"I ordered a Gyro, and it was absolutely delicious, while the fries were equally tasty. To meet the $10 minimum for my order, I added a small antipasto salad and was pleasantly surprised by its generous portion size. It was definitely great value for the money. I called to confirm that my apartment information was correct since I was unsure I had entered it properly. Even though they were likely busy, the staff took the time to check my order, read the address back to me, and were very friendly throughout. The delivery driver was also nice and apologized for the delay; I had been worried that the food would arrive cold, but that was not the case at all. I will definitely be ordering again!"

"I've just found my new favorite Italian restaurant in the area! The quality is consistently excellent. I've been there several times, and every meal has been delicious. I've never been disappointed. The pasta is always cooked to perfection, with just the right bite—never overcooked. Their sauces are rich and flavorful, never watery. "Terrible customer service. Delivery driver only complains about how you gave him a tip he ain’t want or complains on how long it took you to come to the door. Then when you call up there they take your whole order then put you on hold and hang up when they notice that you don’t give the driver the tip he wants. He don’t follow simple directions and then goes back to lie to the people back at the store and tell them you wasn’t where you said you was when he never came to the address."

"They have three locations: Hickory, Newton, and Denver. I recently visited the Newton and Hickory stores. It seems that the Newton location is training a new pizza maker. The salads are still fantastic, but the pizza hasn’t been as great as I remember. The crust is thinner, making it harder to grab, and it has less cheese, resembling more of a flatbread. The manager believes this is just how they’ve always made it, but I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I can tell something has changed. When I visited the Hickory location, I found the pizza to be better there. However, the service in Newton was better."

"We usually love Primos! The delivery was quick through DoorDash, even on a Saturday night. However, we tried Grandma's thin crust pizza for the first time, and it was a bit too hard—Grandma might crack a tooth on that crust! It seemed slightly overcooked. The flavor was great, as always, but we had to scrape off the hard bottom of the dough to really enjoy it. Also, we paid $60 through DoorDash for just one pizza and two small garden salads, which seems a bit steep. "

I called Casa Mias to let them know and the guy who took my order also answered and just said ok didn't offer to make it right or provide some money back. after he said ok he hung up on me. I then called them back about hanging up on me and of course they immediately put me on hold. I guess the losers recognized my number and didn't want to hear what I had to say. they have gone down hill with food and service and won't order from there again! if you want good food and service go somewhere else don't order from them!!!"

"This was the first time coming to this pizzeria. Customer service was definitely as close to perfect as you can get. But they get a 4 star because of their pizza. Don't get me wrong, pizza was definitely good, but I've tasted better(I only had pizza, so I can't comment on anything else). They do have a large menu of different foods, which is definitely a plus. I would definitely come back with my family and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. What's even better if that right outside the streets are closed off so that no cars are passing by whatsoever. So one can sit outside and enjoy their food in peace. We arrived early at 7 pm and the place was empty, but it quickly filled up. The pricing was reasonable and my meal came with a salad, soup, and a free dessert, providing great value for money. The bad: The salad that came with my meal was lackluster with wilted lettuce and too much ranch dressing. My boyfriend's cheeseburger was average, not particularly special, but he finished it nonetheless. Also, it was a bit challenging to get the waitress's attention for refills, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and will definitely return, perhaps for breakfast next time."

It a bed of greens, cucumber, spiral pasta, topped with a delicious chicken salad, yummy! This portion is perfect for a light lunch for an adult. My husband had the Chicken Parmesan Sub which comes with fries and he described the taste as average.
