"Rita's Catering provided the food for my grandson's baseball closing ceremonies, and it was fantastic. They offered three varieties of TJ tacos, accompanied by guacamole, onions, chips, and salsa. However, I did have an issue with the service. With over 500 attendees at the event, it took at least 30 minutes to get a plate while standing in the hot sun. There were three tables with servers, but each table had only one person serving beans, one serving rice, and one making tacos to order. This led to significant delays, especially since some guests had multiple plates filled with three tacos each. If they had one or two people serving beans and rice at one table and five or six preparing tacos, it would have greatly improved the situation and reduced the waiting time."
