"Very hectic with weddings and huge parties. The event room was not completely closed off from the rest of the restaurant so had to endure dance music . Iâm all fine with a little Michael Jackson , but I heard the same song at least twice and it was very very loud . And listening to Gangnam style while eating my dollar surf and turf just didnât seem right. The kitchen was disconnected from the event room as well as outside dining so the poor wait staff had to carry massive trays around people waiting at bar and entry. Food was okay but not super. Had to wait a very long time for appetizer clams) while others at the table had gotten their Aps. But the people working there were very nice and helpful. Bob our waiter was very good and the busboy who prepared our table did not see name) was very nice as well. So for the people and the other stuff needed a bit of refining."

Extremely mediocre. Service was pretty terrible. We went on a Saturday and apparently they had double booked reservations. Waited minutes for our terrible. There was a Sweet going on and a table of seated next to us, it was so loud, couldn't even hear ourselved.

Lunch for four. Two of us ordered coconut shrimp. Some of the shrimp were still raw so we told the waiter. The manager came over and said they would send out two new orders I guess he was mad because the new orders come out burnt and dry. Guess he doesnât like criticism. Last time going there.

The food, service, and ambiance were all fantastic. It was my wife's birthday, and the entire staff stopped by to wish her a happy birthday. She was even given a complimentary cannoli with "happy birthday" written on the plate. We felt like we were part of their family that evening. They did a great job.

We had a reservation but had to wait minutes for our table. Everyone with a reservation had to wait at least half an hour. Once we sat the service was fine. There was a big private party going on and the loud DJ music carried through the entire restaurant. Food was fine, in my opinion pretty pricey for what it is. our Carlucci experience was great. especially the service. all about this restaurant was exemplary starting with the friendly Valet visitor at the doorstep. the restaurant itself is beautiful and the tables are not over one another. we had the biggest server that would not have been nicer or more accommodating. the appetizers and dinners were delicious followed by a great selection of desserts. I recommend Carluccis....You will not be disappointed.

My girlfriend and I have dined here many times thru the years, though had been away for several years due to Covid. Last year we began to dine occasionally, using the outside dining area, which is as close to being outside without actually being outside. My daughters (and grandson) have joined us on a number of occasions. The outside area is spacious and well-ventilated. The food, though quite pricey, is delicious. The service is somewhat uneven. Some servers only wish to help, while others are not quite as engaging. WE will, however, be back.
