"This restaurant was a big disappointment and the food was way overpriced. The food quality was below average, and our server talked too much and had no knowledge of the wine or food menu. Iâve had better steaks at many more restaurants in Atlanta. Just because itâs in Alpharetta, doesnât mean it needs to be overpriced. We will not return!"

"The service was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Louisiana chicken and the chicken Caesar salad. However, the payment process was quite amusing. I had a $25 gift card along with $10 in cash, but they didn’t have any cash to give me change at 1 PM! I can't quite understand that. The government keeps printing money, which diminishes the dollar's value, and I've traveled through seven western states without encountering any cash shortages. After some time, I think the manager finally found a key or something to get some cash for change."

"Our family enjoyed the outdoor seating and the waiters did a great job of quickly pushing other tables in when it was raining out of the blue. We were under an umbrella and a big tree and didn't have to move and the rain stopped quickly. Our teenage kids weren't in many nice restaurants and they loved the creative starters, especially the homemade croutons on the Caesar salad, delicious! We all had very good meals and were too full for dessert, which is unfortunate because I have eaten the chocolate bread pudding with baileys before and it is divine! There are so many tasty options and we enjoyed the scallops as well as the duck, key lime chicken and the flank. You can't go wrong!"

"If it weren’t for an issue with the server, the experience at this Applebee’s would’ve been a 5 out of 5. Our server brought our dessert AND the check BEFORE my partner and I had even finished our entree. I took a picture because I’ve never experienced this before. Our dessert had ice cream and a hot brownie, which meant the ice cream began melting while we were still finishing our main course. And then having the check at the table when dessert arrives doesn’t quite make you feel welcomed. More so like we are being expected to leave soon. How disappointing for our Massachussets visit. Everything else like the food, prices and atmosphere were good at this restaurant. I hope all guests can be treated fairly and consistently."

"The service I received at this location was the best I've experienced among all the Omaha locations. In contrast, the Bellevue location was disappointing; the staff just stood around and didn’t engage with customers."

"Sometimes, it pays to go in to a place without looking at the reviews. La Pinata is one such place. A co-worker and I ventured off of High Street in search of a lunch place. After my masterful parallel parking in front of La Pinata, we went in for what turned out to be a fairly pleasant surprise. Pros: Ample parking around the area. Ample seating inside the restaurant. Very cheap food less than $7 for a plate of Arroz con Pollo). Cheap seafood $5 +tax for shrimp and fish tacos). Huge menu Freshly made salsa with chips free, of course) Cons: Not gourmet for sure. Service can be slow due to staffing issues, though it was fast on our visit. All in all, don't come in here expecting Tex-Mex on the level of Nada. Instead, La Pinata is on par with most Tex-Mex places. But altogether, I think this restaurant definitely deserves to be much higher than the 1.5 stars it receives so far."

"The atmosphere and our server were fantastic, but the main dishes were quite disappointing. The biscuit pot pie was not what I had anticipated. Instead of a traditional pot pie, it was simply a buttery and delicious biscuit sliced in half, served with green beans, an abundance of corn, and carrots in gravy. Unfortunately, it lacked flavor and excitement. The braised beef was decent, although the menu mentioned rainbow carrots, and all I received were orange ones. The appetizers—Brussels sprouts and fried green tomatoes—were enjoyable, but overall, this restaurant was a letdown."

"The restaurant was less eerie than we anticipated. While there were some horror-themed decorations, the overall ambiance resembled a barn. The waitress was rather rude, and our food arrived at different times because they forgot to prepare half of it. My kids and I ultimately didn't eat our meals, as they weren't tasty or visually appealing."

"We sat at the bar where we could see the entire restaurant. Great ambiance. Bartender Cecile was very nice and made a perfect Martini. Lemon Greek soup was hot, creamy and delicious, great way to start the meal. Stuffed grape leafs were good; the bechamel that was in them was not lemony enough, good that they served a wedge of lemon. It might have been nice to add some crumbled feta cheese. For an additional $3 we requested grilled pita bread which added to the dish. We will go gain."

"My bf and I made reservations here on a Sunday before we went to a Falcons game. When we arrived, the hostess seemed as if she was reluctant ti seat us per our reservation as she did not give us a wait time like she did everyone coming through the door. It had a nice vibe and I liked the decor. After about 15 mins of waiting, I had to ask again about when we would be seated and then we were seated right away. The server, name u known), although a bit friendly, was not very good at her job. She didn’t really give us any time to look over our menu before asking us what we wanted. We didn’t receive a drink menu so I had to ask what they offered and she didn’t make any suggestions. About 15 mins later, my bf received the coffee that he ordered, but my mimosa was not given to me. I figured it was taking longer since they seemed a bit busy. After another 5 mins of my server not checking on me, I asked her if it was almost ready and I could tell she had completely forgotten about me. I ordered the pancake platter with potatoes and my bf ordered the fish n grits. By time I received my drink, our food came right after. My bf got everything that came with his, but I was kissing my potatoes. I stopped my server and asked bout my potatoes and she said she would go get them. 15 mins later, she never returned. When she finally did, I stopped her to ask about them, and there was a look on her face that clearly said she forgot, but instead she told me that she stopped by the kitchen and asked but couldn’t get any. I don’t see how everyone else in the restaurant managed to get all their food, but she was denied my potatoes. Any who, the pancakes were good, the chicken sausage was cold and I have no idea what the potatoes tasted like. My bf, on the other hand, enjoyed his entire meal."

"After ordering, we waited 30 minutes only to receive incomplete meals. I was served grits that I hadn't ordered, and there was no apology for the mix-up. The eggs were cold and had a slice of unmelted cheese on top, while my toast was not only cold but also hard and unbuttered. Throughout our meal, Stacy never checked in to see if we needed anything else, making it feel like she was annoyed to serve us. Owner, if you happen to read this, please consider addressing the behavior of both the waitress and the cook, as a strong reputation is crucial for a thriving business. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning here again! (No tip) And please, let’s put an end to any racially insensitive practices!"

"The manager and his team made a genuine effort to ensure my sister-in-law's day was memorable. They even treated us to a couple of Limoncello shots on the house and checked in on us at least ten times throughout our visit. In my opinion, he is a superstar! Do yourself a favor and skip the Williamsburg location—make your reservation here instead. The food is excellent, and you won't be disappointed!"
"My daughter recently had her first teenage dining experience with her friend. She mentioned that Tina was an amazing server and that they both had a fantastic time! The chicken broccoli Alfredo and smoothies were, as always, delicious!"

"I have visited this restaurant around 2 times per year for several years. However, my most recent visit has left me hesitant to return as the food was average at best. The appetizers of baked oysters and fried mushrooms were decent, although the oysters were not very warm. The shiitake mushrooms were a generous portion. The crab cake entree was disappointing compared to previous visits, lacking in crab flavor despite being large. The grouper special was a bit tough and overcooked, likely due to the thin filet. The food was somewhat greasy. On the positive side, the view was nice and the waiter was attentive. I may consider returning to try the oyster stew and soups as well as opting for a meal of appetizers. It is possible that this was just an off day for the restaurant and things may improve in the future. Alternatively, it could be that the restaurant is cutting back on more expensive ingredients. I may give it another try in the future."

"Since our waitress wasn’t with us initially, I felt that the hostess—or one of the three staff members present—should have taken our drink orders. When our waitress finally arrived, we brought up our concern about the temperature again, but she said it was out of her hands and that the manager would need to address it. I thought, "Then why not send a manager?" During both situations, the staff at Sammy's should have been more polite and proactive in responding to customer concerns. After a while, the manager came to our table but didn’t introduce herself or apologize; she just mentioned that she had adjusted the air conditioning. Once our waitress returned, she was polite and efficient, though I couldn’t see any reason for the delay since the restaurant wasn’t very busy and there seemed to be plenty of staff. We ordered fried seafood, red beans and rice, and eggplant Parmesan. The food was good, but it didn’t quite match the quality I expect from the Highland Road location. With other dining options available in Central, I don’t think I’ll be rushing back anytime soon."
