"My wife and I went to the restaurant based on a Happy Hour promotion we saw. After we were seated in one of the 20 empty tables, we were told that if we want any of the Happy Hour specials we would have to go and sit at the bar. Different drink and dinner prices all part of their Happy Hour, but it was only offered to you if you got up and moved to another part of the restaurant. I repeat, the restaurant was virtually empty! I was not going to be made to endure a walk of shame and feel to be made little for asking for the Happy Hour promotion and so we stayed where were sat, paid way too much and left. I don 't like to be tricked and put in that position, so I will certainly not go back to this restaurant."

"Walk in and go to the sushi bar see the variety of fresh fish. Look around at what people are eating it is likely authentic Japanese food. Recently, I was in another Japanese style restaurant and the server had no idea what tomago or hamachi kama was. He was familiar with every tempura/cream cheese/mayo heavy roll they made, however. Imasa's menu offers both tempura/cream cheese/mayo and more authentic dishes too.They also offer some Chinese style dishes like sesame balls or dumplings. Their udon noodles with African lobster tail that tastes like the Chinese food of my childhood. We're hooked on that dish.You can make up your own dish and they'll gladly oblige. We took the house roll and replaced some of the ingredients. They did such a great job that when we go more often than we expected we order a couple of them, along with the other dishes. We have leftovers, but this is our typical delicious meal:Veggie rollsCooked salmon inside and outside a roll filled with avocado, asparagus, etc.Udon noodles with lobster tail2 pieces of nigiri we mix it up4 pieces of tomago(an order of sesame balls and more tomago to go!)We use the leftovers for the next meal and are happy to eat it! The service is spot on and you don't have to flag down a server. I love their willingness to accommodate us and their execution of flavorful dishes. Yes, we're planning on returning this weekend. When we were last there, they were preparing 2 huge boats of sushi and 6 smaller boats of sushi to deliver to a party. So I think the word is out their food is fresh and tasty!"

"As she took the menus and began searching for a table, a group of employees emerged from the kitchen, looking visibly frustrated. They whispered to the host and shot us dirty looks, clearly unhappy that we were there. The entire staff seemed to be casting annoyed glances in our direction. At that point, I decided it was best for us to leave. I don't believe in spending my money and tipping staff who clearly do not appreciate their job or have basic customer service skills. This restaurant relies on paying customers, and if the employees can't demonstrate a commitment to service, then they should reconsider their positions. My family, friends, and I will not be returning to this establishment."

"Very nice place to dine in Cooper City, which is rare. It is billed as a Peruvian cuisine establishment and its appetizers did not disappoint. The shrimp ceviche was good, a bit too salty for my taste, but the shrimp was tender. Order the Yucas con queso. It has a tasty Guancaina sauce for dipping. The fried calamari also very well done. The Aji de gallina was also a hit. I ordered the 24 oz porterhouse (I was hungry and had skipped lunch). Cooked to my liking (medium) very well. Try their Pisco Sour for a nice cool cocktail. The Suspiro a la Limeña and the Passion Fruit mousse are great meal enders. Wished they had tiradito in their appetizers. The servers, especially Giovanni, were always around and replenishing our drinks regularly. Excellent service all around. Oh, they also deliver locally. I will be coming back! Give them a try!"

"After some disappointing experiences at Broccolini, we hadn't visited in a few years, but we decided to give it another chance the other night. The service was satisfactory, and the food was delightful. We ordered the Caprese Salad (though it was a bit heavy on the greens), the Calamari appetizer, Eggplant Rolatini, and Pappardelle with Salmon and Shrimp. The spaghetti that accompanied the eggplant lacked flavor, so I'll be sure to ask for garlic sauce next time. We wanted to try the Limoncello cake and cappuccino, but we were too full. We'll definitely be returning!"
